Tiramisu sulbing + tteokbokki

Amazing vibes - perfect for friends + family gathering. Service was great and waiting time was reasonable!! Amazing shaved ice cream and the tteok was yummy :)

As someone who doesn't do well with ice-cream, Sulbing somehow has me eating entire desserts and licking the bowl clean without issues. Sulbing is a Korean Dessert Cafe that has some of the most beautifully crafted shaved ice dessert making it light and fluffy, and melts in your mouth like powdered snow. I've had their mango cheesecake, strawberry, cookie and cream, Dubai Chocolate (a special), and my most favorite tiramisu with a shot of espresso. I am hoping there'll be more dessert places like this as I do like my sweets but can't always handle the heavy creams.

This was a very clean modern Korean cafe. You can place your order at one of the iPads or at the front counter if you're going to pay in cash. We tried out their iced strawberry latte as well as the small size of the premium strawberry sulbing. The latte was pretty average, but the sulbing was the best I've ever had. The size was still big enough to share between two people and every bite tasted like a piece of heaven. There were a good amount of deserts to choose from and I'm glad that they had a display showing exact what each of them looks like for us visual learners! Will I be back? Absolutely.

Premium strawberry bingsu

I like the modern loft decoration with lots of lightings. My friend & I ordered Premium strawberry Bingsu & Strawberry milk. I love the small cup bingsu because it suitable for smaller portion consumer like us. Bingsu tastes very delicious and the cheesecake also tasty. The milk came with fresh strawberry chunks, but I think it is taste average on this one. Service is great. We forgot to look at the call out number on the board and the staff personally came to us to inform us that our ordered are ready for pick up. We would go back to try more flavors. Recommended to all the shaved ice lover esp. during this Summer time.

Clean and modern spot for some bingsu! The prices are very reasonable with two sizes. You go up to order and they call out a number when your order is ready. Service is fine. Lots of seating with outdoor seating. Would definitely come again for a sweet treat

These desserts are probably some of my favorite and the kids love it as well. Compared to some of the other places that are similar, I like that their recipe is a tad bit less sweet so it's not overbearing, but it's still tastes amazing. The mocha coffee that I got here was also extremely rich And way better than Starbucks or something similar. The space they have is extremely clean and well lit. Only slight downside is the parking situation, but otherwise it's one of my favorite places

What is better than a Dubai Chocolate sulbing with Injeolmi Toast and Condensed Milk Latte on a hot summer day. The seasonal Dubai Chocolate flavor subling was not overly sweet and the pistachio cream was not overly heavy. The kadayif shred in the center added texture to the sulbing and matched quite well with the chocolate, pistachio cream and vanilla ice cream. Still full of taste till the last scoop. My favorite sulbing so far. The Injeolmi Toast was not thick and heavy in taste as the honey bread toasts. Surprised how well the injeolmi taste with lightly toasted bread, dusting with the soybean powder and almond. Certainly a perfect light dessert alone for late afternoon, with a cup of equally indulgent aromatic condensed milk latte. Sulbing Cafe is a the Streets at SouthGlenn right by the Regal Hollywood Theater.

Sulbing is a dessert cafe chain based in South Korea that focuses mainly on bingsu (Korean style shaved ice) and other Korean style treats. I was extremely excited to find out there was a location in Colorado. We first tried Sulbing when we were in Busan last year and had this amazing bingsu with mango, cheese, apple ice cream, and condensed milk. I was SO obsessed and wished we had tried Sulbing sooner. Imagine my excitement when I saw the same exact flavor available here! MANGO CHEESE. Aaaand guess what? It tasted *almost* just as good. The cheese was a bit different compared to what we had in Korea and I think it just needed more condensed milk, which was an option when ordering, but I figured I'd try it as intended here. The mango and cheese just pair so well together though and I was so happy to have this bingsu again. I also got the mozzarella injeolmi toast and a honey butter bread. The honey butter bread was ok, but it was a bit dry and lackluster. The mozzarella injeolmi toast was surprisingly good though and I really liked the combo of the two. Injeolmi is korean rice cake coated in roasted soybean powder and is nestled between slices of toasted milk bread. I've never had this before and I definitely recommend it if you're in the mood for something different. Overall, I really enjoyed our stop here. Inside is bright, spacious, and hip. Ordering on the touchscreen makes it super easy and no pressure to figure out what you want quickly. I can't wait to go back next time I'm in Colorado.

Tiramisu

We drove about an hour to try this place, but it just wasn't worth it. The tables weren't clean, and there was no one at the counter, so we had to place our order using the self-service screen. Our food came out packaged to-go...possibly our mistake, but it wasn't clear during the process. The prices were surprisingly high for what we got. The food tasted good, but not good enough to justify the cost or the drive. The tiramisu was completely frozen and too hard to eat, we had to wait for it to thaw. The mango dessert also felt overpriced. There was no customer service or interaction, which made the whole experience feel cold and impersonal. Overall, we left disappointed and wouldn't return.

Desserts: 5/5 Wide variety of bingsu, all displayed at the counter, which makes it easy to choose. Very tasty and refreshing. I didn't try the non-bingsu desserts, but they also looked good. The only downside: no calorie info, so I had to look it up myself. Ambience: 4/5 Cute and clean café. Not much decoration, but still pleasant. The space isn't big, so it can get a bit noisy at times. Service: 5/5 Friendly staff and convenient self-order kiosks. No table service--everything is self-serve--but it works well here. Drinks: 2/5 Coffee was disappointing, weak and not very good. Tea is just bags, no brewed pot as expected. Definitely not on the same level as the desserts. Summary: 4/5 overall

Went with some friends visiting from my hometown on a hot summer day and our experience was delightful! Bingsoo has always been a key player with our group, so we decided to run it back and share some laughter and make more memories over bingsoo. The vibes of the café reminded us of our default hangout spots back at home and the bingsoo was absolutely delicious and nostalgic with every bite. We specifically tried the Biscuit Sulbing and the Mango Cheese Sulbing and both were so mouthwateringly flavorful. They were much bigger than we thought and packed with toppings and ice cream. If you're a fan of Biscoff cookies, the Biscuit Sulbing is definitely for you. If you're a bit hesitant on the cheese with the Mango Cheese Sulbing, the cheese brought such a decadent, tart flavor that balanced out the fruitiness of the mango, you will be craving this for days. Highly recommend giving Sulbing a try!

Next to the Movie Theater! The place is HUGE and LOUD!!!! You order it on screen or with the cashier. We got the Mango and Red Bean. Serving looks small but there is a lot for 4 of us!! The ice is shaved like powder so it makes a mess everywhere on the tray when you try to scoop up into your bow. Mango with Yogurt is a new taste. We are use to Taiwanese Mango shave ice so this is bit different. Red bean is perfect with the gummy. Wish they turn down the music a bit!! It was soooo LOUD!!! Will definitely be back!!

Hidden gem in the most surprising location right in the heart of Colorado. If you haven't had K-desserts, this will be an absolute treat for you. Quite the newbie I am, fresh to the scene, I can tell you I was very satisfied and my sweet tooth left happy. We tried the Mango Cheese, which basically gives you chunks of cheese cake?! R u Fer reel?! We had a big group with lots of picky people but with the different spread of different desserts, they were able to satisfy all the different pallettes. One think that was super surprising were the "croffles"?!?! Basically if a croissant made love with a waffle, who thinks of this?! Did not try, but apparently they take their coffee Fer Reel, too. Thank you for taking us on this dessert journey!

Fun! Strange, lighter than ice cream, and a bit spendy but totally worth it. Cool space too. Awesome date spot for you youngsters.

The woman helping me at the front counter was very professional, she had a great smile. I loved how attentive she was for what I needed. She talked about the full menu and let me know what people usually tend to order so I ordered the Bulgogi beef. The beef bulgogi bowl was so darn delicious. The flavor of the beef was incredible. You could tell that it was marinated for quite sometime. The rice was cooked to perfection and the vegetables were fresh. They even threw in a Potato Korokke on the house. I will absolutely be going backto Chillgogi for lunch or dinner. I cannot wait to try the other items on the menu.
