Amazing stay and amazing spa included in your stay. Overall, this stay was incredible from start to finish. Room service was impeccable and facilities are up to FS standards, thank you!

Experienced another holiday party here this year and it was awesome. Had so much fun and the service and food were great. Such a great venue and hotel in a great location in denver.

Very mediocre customer service for the money. really a joke for a four seasons property. rooms are a little beat up.

I'd never actually been worried about safety staying at a Four Seasons, but the Denver one was... interesting. The staff, while helpful-ish, did always seem a bit suspect. There were a lot of folks at the front desk who seemed constantly overwhelmed and not particularly sure of where things were in the hotel themselves. And always rushing or understaffed. The spa and room however, my goodness. The dogs were cozy, the bed and food was wonderful, the massage and steam were great. Not my favorite part of Denver, especially with dogs, but again, good for a quick stay.

All in with taxes and fees it…read morecame out to about $300 per night which felt pretty expensive in my opinion, but still less than some of the other iconic boutique hotels nearby. The location really can't be beat. You're right in the heart of LoDo. Coors Field is a few blocks from the hotel and Union Station (which connects directly to Denver Airport) is only about a 5 minute walk away. Tons of restaurants, bars, and things to do are all within walking distance, which makes it extremely convenient. When booking, I asked for a high floor, quiet room so I could work. Upon check-in, they honored that request and also upgraded my room from a Journeyman to an Innovator Suite which I greatly appreciated. That upgrade definitely elevated the stay! The Innovator Suite was fantastic. It had two queen beds, two TVs, a full sofa, wet bar, dining table, flexible workspace, and city views overlooking Denver's LoDo District. The bathroom had a large soaking tub, which I had to take advantage off. There's no balcony and while the wet bar includes a small fridge, it's not really functional for anything beyond drinks as there's no space for leftovers or larger items. You also get a token per night to redeem for a free drink at the bar during happy hour, plus free drip coffee in the mornings. Other perks include free churros during social hour, a courtesy car service within a 2 mile radius, and discounts at various shops. There's also a fitness center, although I didn't use it. There were some things missing though: no pool, no spa, housekeeping is by request only, and no breakfast included. Service throughout was excellent. There's 24 hour front desk service and everyone I interacted with was cheerful, helpful, and kind. Overall, a strong stay with great service, a fantastic room upgrade, and an excellent location, even if a few expected amenities were missing for the price. If I had to come back to Denver and the company was covering the bill, I would stay again. The location really can't be beat. If I were coming for a leisure trip with a similar budget, I'd probably look for a hotel with a pool and spa instead. This hotel is best suited for people who want to experience LoDo nightlife, catch a game, or just be right in the middle of everything downtown. The room I was upgraded to was probably much more expensive than what I actually paid, which definitely improved the experience. I'm not sure I would feel the same way if I had stayed in the original room I booked. 4.5 stars rounded down.

If you're looking for a cool hotel a short walk from Union Station, The Maven is a great option. We were easily able to walk from the station with our luggage and our room was ready early! The vibe is very cool, eclectic, and modern. From the Airstream-style trailer by the front desk, where they give our churros at happy hour, to the great decor, to the adjoining food hall and cocktail bar- It was just what we were hoping for. A few notes: - If you want housekeeping, you have to ask for it. We didn't know this and were confused why the room wasn't getting refreshed. *Would love to see some small signage about this in the room or mention it at check-in. - Be ready to jot down all the perks when you arrive- from drink tickets for happy hour at the cocktail bar, to % off at the adjoining restaurant and bar, to a free drip coffee at Huck coffee (technically in the food hall? but literally just across the lobby), these are worth taking advantage of! Overall, a great stay and would recommend to others. Shout-out to Kodiak at the front desk who was lovely with all of our questions!

We booked through Chase Travel's The Edit, and the benefits were truly impressive. The welcome amenities (snacks, Perrier, and a small wine bottle) were a great touch. We also received a room upgrade, dining credits, spa access, and the option for an Audi test drive -- easily one of the best credit card hotel experiences we've had. Most of the staff were friendly and professional, but we did have one poor front desk experience during check-in. The staff member was disengaged, avoided eye contact, and spoke very quickly without making sure we understood the details, which felt unwelcoming. Aside from that, everything else was excellent. Would definitely stay again, especially when booking through Chase The Edit.

The hotel is located downtown and not far from Union Station, which made getting in from the airport via train very easy. From there, we were also able to catch a bus to Boulder for a day trip without any hassle. The hotel is within walking distance (about 10-15 minutes) of most downtown attractions, including bars, restaurants, and Coors Field. Anything farther was just a short car ride away. The rooms were spacious and well- designed, contemporary but still comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was large. We also checked out the gym during our stay, which was bigger than expected and had a good mix of cardio machines and free weights. We did not end up dining at the hotel restaurant, but we did enjoy the Kimpton happy hour around 5pm, which was a nice perk and a fun way to unwind before heading out for the evening. Overall, a great option if you are staying in Denver, would recommend.

The original vault is off the main lobby and very impressive. The original bank must have kept a fortune in it because it is seriously massive. Rooms are modern and clean. Maybe it's that they are smaller or older. Or the technology is outdated, but it's frustrating until you realize the room key issue. I was going to only give them four stars because of this but the history won me over.

The ballroom we were in was well lit but not too bright that it hurt your eyes. The table was nicely laid and even with the salad and dessert on it, there was enough space. The servers were polite and helpful. I appreciated that they brought me tea while serving coffee. The option was appreciated since usually I don't get an after dinner beverage if it's not coffee. The food served was delicious. The salad a nice mix of textures and tastes. The short rib tender and flavorful. And the dessert was light without the icing on top. The audio visual system worked well and we could hear the speakers clearly. Many attendees found parking in structures or lots around the hotel. But there is a valet option and charging stations for electric vehicles. I believe you can self park but I'm not sure. I parked in a nearby garage. The services were available but were not actively proffered. On the other hand, their spa was utterly fantastic! The hotel food was lackluster and focused on steak over anything else. They had other types of food, obviously, but steak was in plentiful abundance over anything. The housekeeping staff was amazing and on top of their game. The room quality was very good and spacious; larger than most hotels' suites. The in-room bar and mini-fridge were not free despite being labeled an "honor bar." I'm not cheap; I have no issue paying. My issue is the deceptive marketing of the so-called honor bar. The room's furniture was not cheap, but it did appear tacky with the illusion of being of quality. On the positive side, the staff were polite and attentive, and the room was cleaned while I was out. The view was also very impressive. Overall, with all things considered, I'd pick a different hotel; there are better hotels in the immediate area with a lower price tag and the spa is not worth it, despite its attentive and fantastic service. Staying at the Hotel Teatro was a mistake we won't make twice…read more We were created by the friendly staff and checked in and offered a prosecco or soda. That was great and I highly recommend the prickly pear soda. They are walkable to a lot of restaurants and the opera house, and also offer car service within 2 miles. Very handy. But that's where the good ends for me. Our room was tucked up behind the elevators among a bunch of weird little stairs, like the most unimpressive Escher painting. It was very dark with only 2 lamps and 2 bedside lights. We could have opened the wall of windows, but because the doors and windows were not properly sealed, the only way to keep the freezing cold air rushing in was to keep the blackout curtains closed. The heat worked well, but cycled frequently and was very loud. The intake is next to the bed, so it disrupted our sleep. The fitness center was sad. There was one treadmill, one bike, one elliptical, and one weight bench, which is fine, but only 5-12 lb and 25-50lb weights (nothing between). Also, it was 82 degrees and there is no cold water available. It does not appear to have been swept or vacuumed in weeks. I used one of 2 beat up mats and from the ground could really see the filth. At check in, we were given a wooden nickel ($10 credit) for each night and told we could use it in the hotel restaurant, The Nickel. They only offer breakfast in Saturday and Sunday, so we went our 2nd day. I got the shakshuka, and when it arrived there were 2 poached eggs on top, not cooked in the sauce. NBD until I took a bite and all the sauce was room temp, as though it has just come out of a jar. There were areas slightly above room temperature, like it had been under a heat lamp. Wildly disappointing. My BF thought his avocado toast was pretty basic for the price. We tried to spend our last wooden nickel that night, getting a drink there, and were told it was only good in the other lounge area, which is odd since we both heard them tell us the nickel was for the Nickel. We ended up paying $42 for 2 small apps (a single croquette and 3 tiny gourges) and a glass of wine. I wouldn't have gotten anything but we wanted to burn the credit and BF wanted a snack with his wine. So we paid full price. Overall, very expensive for what it was. This is a 3-star hotel on it's best day, and someone needs to investigate the kitchen. We also feel deceived about the daily credit.
