This spot is quite cute with great vibe. There is outdoor and well as indoor but outside is quite nicer with nice easy chairs and nice view of the shopping complex as well as street. Red Cup Day and the wait was 11-16 minutes! All the staff was calm and very friendly. With the large amount of people waiting you'd expect it to be crazy. It wasn't. Everyone was just happy to be getting their red cups. They had one barista with the box of red cups handing them out as you picked up your holiday drink. It was a very well done system. I hit up Starbucks almost every morning for my go-to blended Brown Sugar Oatmilk Espresso drink and egg bites. I'm not easy to impress, but Bellflower & Stearns won me over with their super friendly service! Lisa is a whirlwind of hospitality & energy, dishing out smiles like there's no tomorrow, charming every customer that walks in.  Brad rocks the register in a snazzy lid and has a personality that's off the charts plus he's got the best 'hello' in town. Sara works the register with compassion, makes me feel like special, asking about my day and job search with genuine interest. The baristas are top-notch too,  talk about energy drive (maybe a lil' caffeine jolt behind all that energy) - Tony & Mikyma know how to make a mean drink, their a couple of caffeine ninjas and Morgan, Cindy & Londyn are always hustling to get orders out, even bringing it to me when I spaced out due to my lack.of caffeine. Caffeine and kindness, the perfect combo to start my day! The entire staff makes me feel like a VIP when I walk in. I highly recommend this location but ONLY if you're looking for a location that treats you like a friend and not customer a customer! I came in wanting to get a coffee and use the bathroom, but there was a line. the barista asked me if i made a purchase, and i had to tell her i had to use the bathroom and there was a line. but then, when a white woman walked up to the same barista, she willfully gave her the code without asking her to make a purchase and the white woman walked off without ordering. so i told her that she needs to enforce the purchase policy with everyone. read more

Was looking for suitable Starbucks in the area to do some work as the location on Ximeno is moved to so where far from the area. This store is a perfect place to do my work as I needed to finish my project. The inside has many seats available, although gets crowded in the morning. The people who work are also friendly to help connect the wifi when a customer couldn't connect to the internet. Nice people here! read more

I just left this Starbucks and ooooommmggggggg what a great great experience I just had. Tyler was the gentleman that helped me and he was beyond incredible. Walking in the door he greeted me with the most warmest welcome. I have a 7 yr old and she was ordering her drink and he was amazing with her. She was beaming. She likes when she am assert herself and it's received in a positive manner. So he suggested a drink to me to get me out my comfort zone. I told him I trust him and my taste buds are in his hands. Was here about a week ago and it would've been just like any other Starbucks experience, but I observed a barista pick up a sleeve for a bakery item that fell on the ground with his tongs... then continued to use those same set of tongs to handle the pastry. I did not recall if I saw him use the same wrapper. I think he had just set it aside instead of throwing it away. All in all, I was pretty shocked by the lack of hygiene and won't be coming back to this location. Yuck. read more

I am very disappointed in my order. I ordered through Uber eats expecting my drink to be FILLED. For some reason, at least 6 people who placed their order inside the store after me received there order before me this afternoon. What did I order? Just a simple venti passion ice tea (unsweetened). Who knows how much longer the baristas would of have we waited if I didn't go check on my order. Perhaps they were about an hour before closing time, or the staff wasn't particularly friendly the night we stopped by. I first ordered and the staff didn't even greeted us, just took our order. After a few minutes my friend finally decided on what he wanted, so I went back to the cashier but for some reason everyone was at the back office. I waited and when someone came out, she didn't say anything. Just looked at me and proceeded to clean some things. Then went to the back and called another person to help me take my order. No thanks. Nothing was said. After I ordered the second time, the line got busy which I think was good because it forced these two staff to work more. Aside from the customer service, this location is good. So I went in today for the very first time and and let me say that this is the first time that I have ever felt so welcomed! The lady behind the counter today ( blonde earring a pink shirt) was absolutely amazing! She greeted me and even engaged in a small talk with me which I rarely happens at other stores. They even remember my name which is shocking because they probably see a million faces a days. I have 3 Starbucks in my area this is by far my favorite location. She tried to tell me that the restroom was out of service, it's not working at the moment. When I had just seen 2 people use the restroom before me. So I corrected her and told her it is in service she just didn't want to refill the toilet paper. Worst experience ever with this store manager. She straight up lied to my face. I will no longer come to this location because of her and I will let everyone I know about this experience I had here. Courtney manager you need some more training. I ordered a coffee and a sandwich and was hoping to get some work done answering emails. After about 30 minutes somebody came in screaming and cursing, talking to someone who wasn't there. The staff told him to go outside if he wanted to be loud, but he sat on the floor next to my chair and continued being disruptive. He didn't order anything but was allowed to stay there being loud and disruptive. The staff didn't do anything else except keep offering him water. I ended up leaving even though I wasn't done eating. I will try a more peaceful coffee shop next time. read more
