Open 24/7 365 days which really helped me out in getting an emergency item on Christmas. Clean store, friendly, attentive employees, easy to spot from the road with the striped banner on the exterior, with ample parking in this strip mall. It was business as usual on Christmas with pastries and perishable refrigerated food well stocked. My only disappointment was the shut down self serve cappuccino/hot cocoa machine due to Covid! That's some great stuff! You can still get coffee though per request, made behind the counter. May the numbers flatten soon because sometimes I want to treat myself to a cappuccino fix!! read more

Rudest staff I have ever dealt with at a 7-11. I come in and go to the counter. It is at the same time as a delivery. The person claiming to be the manager tells me, "I can't deal with you right now" and then instructs the clerk who is sitting behind the counter not to assist because "she is on break." Granted, I know this isn't the Four Seasons, but good and courteous customer service must count for something. Do yourself a favor, live without the drama, and skip this 7-11. read more

This store is the nicest in this general area. The staff is always courteous and very friendly. I'm always impressed with how this well this store runs. During these Covid Times, they're adhering to the rules very strictly, which I appreciate. When I used to live in WestLA, I'd make it a point to stop at this store when I was in the area. The pizza and hot foods are the best you're going to find at a convenience store and they're hot pizzas out of the zapper are just as good as Little Caesars. The other 7-11 stores in the area are not as good w the hot foods and their foods just taste like convenience store junk. Don't care for 7-Eleven much. Prices are too high for most everything, so this is the type of place I only come to if I have no other choice. Otherwise I'm definitely heading for a full size supermarket or a Target for a more complete shopping experience that is more wallet friendly. He most redeeming quality of most of the 7-Elevens around here is that they have Redbox's outside. 95% of the time, or more, that is why I am here. There is another one closer to my house that I frequent. More often. One particular night I had to go to both to try to return my two Redbox movie rentals since my primary 7-Eleven's RedBox machine was full :/ read more

Not sure why anyone would think this location is "seedy" or "ghetto" being that it's located in one of the nicer residential areas of long beach. Anyway, it's the closest 7-eleven to my house, so I am here at least once a week for some random thing. The guys who work here are so nice! Always willing to look in the back if they are out of something on the shelves. The place is always really clean, inside and out. And they call me "miha" which I think is cute :) read more

I have to be real here. Not ALL the people are friendly here. There are one or two people who are just neutral. Not rude or anything. Here though, you will get great customer service and you see a lot of people walking in and saying, "ayy welcome boss" or "hi beautiful welcome." Very nice and friendly. From my experience being a regular customer the past two years, everyone is treated nicely. Although during school days with rowdy kids it can get crowded and loud. It's a 7-11. Nothing fancy, but still good and reliable. Clean, good variety of stuff. The little section they have with sandwiches and stuff is pretty cool, tasty same day sandwiches. It's on the east side of the street, so it's kinda hard to get into if you're heading southbound, and the parking lot is a little crowded sometimes. My only gripe is that the clerk always calls me baby, which offends my delicate sensibilities, but this is not my regular 7-11 and I just don't care enough to interrupt my beer mission. read more

Horrible! Had to go to the restroom badly and offered to be a paying customer. Clerk said no, employees only. I formed her that I had a health condition. She still said no. I should have pissed on her floor. She told me to walk across the parking lot to the coffee shop. They were friendly. I highly suggest the coffee shop across the parking lot. read more

This 7eleven is little bit on the seedier side if you ask me. A lot of weird people come here, myself included. Haha. I much prefer the one Palo Verde and Athernton. Its a lot closer to the campus so majority of people that shop there are students. read more

I highly, extremely recommend asking for a receipt or use a credit/debit card if you ever step foot in to the 7-11 on Studebaker and Anaheim streets (1190 Studebaker Rd) in Long Beach - you may know the guy behind the register who has worked there for years, but he totally just accused me of not paying for a drink and a snack and then he rang up my two items AGAIN which totaled $8.15, so why do I have the exact change of $11.85 sticking out of my wallet if I gave you a twenty dollar bill!!!! He refused to check the video or the cash register record. He didn't apologize, but just kept falsely accussing me of pulling a scam and doesn't know how I did it. 7-Eleven - a one dollar bill in a suitcase - Convenience Stores Near Me - Long Beach, California

They stole $10 from me. I gave the guy a $20 and asked for $10 mega pivkd. He took my bill held it up and in a very loud voice said "$10 on mega." Now catch this con. I did ask for $10 on mega but he quickly put the money into the drawer and turned toward the mega machine." Real slick repeating my request but creating the illusion that I gave him a $10 rather than a $20. Before he even reached the machine I said "I gave you a $30. He said "No, you.gave me a $10. I held it it up and said $10 and you didn't say 20." I know I did not have a $10 in my wallet, only a 20, two 5 s and a few singles. I did not still have a 20 after I gave him my bill for the numbers. I have never before had any clerk hold my bill up and loudly shout out the amount of the purchase. Also he didn't do that with any other purchase by anyone else before or after me while I was in the store. Beware it the charges and your change. 7-eleven. Typical grab-n-go store. They got your lottery tickets, scratchers, candy, soda etcs. They do have a RedBox outside their store...cool! I like the parking here because there appears to always have parking available. The store is clean and easy to get to. read more

Came here on 3/3/2017 to pick up some coffee with my three boys and husband . My husband asked the guy if he could brew a fresh cantor of decaf since there would not be enough for a full cup and who knows how long it had been sitting there. He did , but did not empty the old coffee out, just started brewing the new to fill in with the old coffee. So then my husband poured the old decaf in another cantor. Of course, it was already dripping so some got on the hot plate. Well the other guy came over and had a fit. I told him what was the big deal and he just kept complaining like we had ruined the store. I told him I did not think that him wiping the hot plate should be so bad. He was really mad and kept talking smack so i started leaving and he laughed at me. So i came back and started to pour me some decaf and he got so mad since it was still dripping . He yanked it from my hands and burnt my hand. I threw a clean coffee cup in his face because I could not believe he had done that. I left and was appalled that I was treated like this. So, yes people run away from this 7 Eleven. They could care less about the customer and are miserable so they take it out on their customers. read more
