There is a fair amount of seating inside, which, as others point out, is often completely taken by students. Such was the case when I visited. So I took my drink outside to one of several outdoor tables (wasn't sure if they were meant for customers of this place or Afters next door). This iced drink was quite good. Now, be prepared because some of their Matcha lattes, only come cold because of the way that they create the cold foam. This is my first time at Trung Nguyen E Coffee. From what i understand, it is an original brand from Vietnam. Their coffee is brewed from high-quality beans from the Buon Ma Thuot Province in Vietnam. They use a balance of Robusta and Arabica beans which gives their coffee a bold and rich flavor. This location is the one off of 7th st and bellflower in Long Beach. In the newly renovated plaza where Target is. It is Across the street from the VA hospital and Cal State Long Beach. There is plenty of parking out front. They have free wifi and a place where to plug your laptop. Making it highly suitable for doing work. It is always packed with students. The menu is really unique with Specialty Drinks like Pistachio Espresso (which i had), Hazelnut Coffee, and traditional Vietnamese Egg Coffee. The lady pours me the coffee about 70% full. She asks me "do you want room for milk?" Granted she had left room for milk. I say, I would like you to pour it all the way up with coffee. She says "the coffee is too strong, it can harm you." I say, who came up with that? What if it was lactose and tolerant, she said "we have almond milk? I said, what if I'm allergic to that? Stop, now why would you pour me another cup of coffee if it can harm me but you don't want to top off my cup with coffee? She got mad.... I was mad. Of course, I think honestly. These are the most rude and money hungry, despicable people to practice business. It's safe to say, I will never go back to this business and or recommend them to anyone else. As we waited, I noticed the place had such a cute vibe and it seemed pretty popular. There were people sitting and enjoying company with their morning coffees. As soon as we got our order, we left.
