Got Viet Coffee and Banana pudding matcha. Both were very good but I loved Matcha a bit more. Will try others soon.
Got the Taro Coffee for my caffeine fix! Yummy ube taro cream sits on top of bold, not-too-sweet coffee. Once mixed together, the coffee becomes sweeter and mellow while the subtle ube flavor lingers in the background. The kind, cheerful service made the visit even more enjoyable. Parking can be a bit tricky since the lot is small and awkward to navigate, but I had no trouble finding street parking. There's a shaded outdoor seating area around the café, making it a great spot to relax while waiting for your drink or to hang out.
I was craving a coconut cloud matcha so Onda snagged a spot on my Saturday agenda. Onda is truly a hole in the wall. This spot could be easily overlooked if you didn't use the digital world to find your next coffee fix. A quick search on Yelp showed that this small cafe offered this trending menu item. I ordered their jasmine coconut cloud matcha. To be honest, I wasn't obsessed with the drink. The matcha tasted a bit bland. Neither too sugary or ceremonial. They do have a cute patio on the backside of their walk-up cafe if you plan to hang a bit. Would like to return to explore their espresso based menu items.
Hidden gem for croffle and simple coffee! We popped by and saw this tiny coffee shop being run in a small parking lot, with just 4 outdoor stools. Their croffle was freshly warm with a nice chewy crispy texture. Their lattes had good sizes and were very tasty. Would definitely return.
Stopped by this coffee shop after my husband found it on TikTok, and we decided to give it a try! He ordered the Vietnamese coffee, and I got a vanilla latte. The Vietnamese coffee was pretty good, and honestly, my latte tasted more like a Vietnamese coffee which I didn't mind at all! The shop is literally in the middle of a parking lot, which I thought was a little odd at first, but there's plenty of seating if you want to sit down and enjoy your drink. There were other restaurants in the area, although most appeared to be closed the morning we visited. Service was quick, parking was plentiful, and overall it was a cool little spot to check out if you're in the area. I'm not sure if we'd come back specifically for the coffee, but I'm glad we stopped by and gave it a try!
Had gone on a walk and looked up coffee places close to downtown and found this place. Parking inside is kind of odd so I parked outside which there was plenty of. Went inside place my order online through their QR code and waited for my coffee. I got the marble coffee because I was sharing with my mom and she can't have a lot of caffeine. It was so delicious. Tasted like mocha and had a really great coffee taste, sometimes coffees can be overly sweet and not enough coffee. Definitely plan to go back. Want to try some of their stronger drinks. I normally go walking along the beach path, so this is a very easy inconvenient location for me. It's a small little place with just a few stools to sit at so not really recommended for hanging out but there's plenty to walk around and see right there in downtown.
Fun little coffee shop tucked in an area you last expect to find high grade coffee. Customer service was friendly and prices for coffee were on the standard side for what coffee costs in today's economy. I ordered the cheese coffee and tiramisu coffee; both were excellent. Each coffee was very rich, creamy and felt like a meal. Definitely would recommend this place.
Seen a post on insta about Onda Coffee, so I decided to stop on the way home from LA, even though it was out of the way. I was looking for something refreshing and seen they had my two fav combo- Jasmine and matcha. I tried the Jasmine coco cloud matcha and I was a bit disappointed. Although the tea was not bitter - for less sweet- it wasn't the most pleasant. It didn't taste like Jasmine and reminded me of cough syrup. The matcha foam didn't stand out much. There were a couple of other customers waiting for their drinks. I ordered online but did have to wait since there only appears to be maybe 1-2 employees making drinks. It's a cute little walk up cafe. I did see many chairs around for those that want to hang out. I wouldn't go out of my way to try this place.
They no longer use pieces of fruit in their lemonades. Shop has a cool location but there's limited to no street parking, parking lot has a few spots. Nothing special about the drinks probably won't comeback given then traffic on Long Beach blvd. Better off getting a refresher from SB
I love that there are so many specialty coffee shops all over town. I honestly cannot recall the last time I stepped into a S-bucks, and I am thankful for that. This little spot is walking distance from my work. My coworker and I walked in on a Wednesday morning a couple of weeks ago. She ordered the tiramisu coffee and I got the coconut one. I believe their coffees are made using Vietnamese coffee rather than espresso, and they only come iced. They also have tea options. We each opted for half sweet and they were great; texture-wise, we both found them to be pretty thick. Not a terrible thing, just different. My only pet-peeve with mine was that it had too much coconut flakes; it was a bit overwhelming especially towards the end, but the flavor was really good. I also ordered a plain croffle because I needed to try this variation of a croissant. The lady working there was kind enough to give me a sample of the cheese cream to dip it in since it was my first visit. All in all, I would come back to try different coffee and the croffle again. I actually didn't mind it plain. With me, it is usually "less is more" but that it just my preference. Go give the a try! Place is small and probably only operated by one person, so just know to expect a wait.

The matcha is the perfect sweetness by itself and creamy even with oatmilk. I personally love the Yogurt Matcha which was the perfect tangyness. My friends loved the Coconut Cloud Matcha, and Jasmine Coconut Cloud Matcha. We went back the next day as my friends loved was visiting and we tried the Banana Pudding Matcha Latte and Caramel Rock Latte. Can confirm that the coffee is just as creamy as the matcha, especially with the cheese foam. This is a short 15-20 minute walk from downtown Pine and near where I reside and can say this will become one of my regularly visited places.
Honestly by far one of my favorite coffee spots in LB! The lightness of the coffee was super delightful. The cream cheese top...YUM! If yall enjoy the StarWars Cocoa Puff cold brew from Disney...you'll definitely love this! The cashier was super nice and helpful finding the perfect drink of our choice. The shop is located in the middle of a parking lot which makes it hard to go in n out but definitely worth it. But the shop is perfect for fun aesthetic pictures!
Super unique spot, almost like a converted car repair space. This spot is among over 7 different ghost kitchens , most ate boba or milk tea spots with a few food choices. The business is tight in the center, super cute and small. There's benches to sit while waiting but not to lounge around. The service was very attentive and sweet. It took a little time but hey quality is always preferred. The coffees were delicious a d just the right amount of cream not too bitter. This is a place you go to for good coffee without all the lines and 10 different options.
This place is so underrated. It is in a weird spot, just a standalone stall in the middle of a ghost kitchen plaza, but it is worth the trek out. I got the jasmine oolong cheese foam, and it is phenomenally delicious. The tea is very very fragrant and the cheese foam is the perfect creaminess and saltiness. Check them out for sure!! This was my first stop on my Long Beach solo date: morning - afternoon edition and it was the perfect one. Driving up to Onda, the entrance in is so small and unassuming that I missed it the first go around and had to double back to enter. Once I did, I drove a bit past the stand to park in the empty spots just next to the bright blue building. There were about five people in front of me which totaled to a 20 minute wait time (it was the weekend), so it's perfect to come to when you're having a chill morning but I would keep that in mind if you're rushing to work. Think of this as your favorite matcha spot for catching up with a friend or responding to texts from the week, while you wait. I ordered the Basic Croffle & the Double matcha with matcha cold foam and woooooowww, let me tell you. I loved every second of it. I didn't want anything too sweet so the kind man at the register window recommended the double matcha and it was precisely what I was looking for. The matcha was strong, in a good way, and kept me feeling awake and creative for the entire afternoon. The croffle (croissant waffle) was exquisite and I looooved trying something new!! Overall, a great local spot in humble surroundings with a laid back vibe and delicious drinks & treats! read more

I ordered the cheese latte and was not disappointed. My husband ordered the tiramisu and it was also delicious. There was no line when we went, parking was easy and there is a clean bathroom right across the way. I would definitely come back. read more

Coming from OC with many good coffee spots and I am really impressed at how delicious Onda coffees are! They definitely should launch one in OC. Highly recommended, my favorites are coconut coffee and caramel rock lattes. Their teas are also good and the croffles are worth to try as well! Love it read more

Such a cute little window spot, tried their tiramisu coffee and it was so yummy! Definitely on the stronger side but I appreciate it, you don't really find good strong coffee that has lots of flavor. The croffle was also amazing and so fresh. Recommended to me by Katie while getting my nails done :) Can't wait to try out the new matcha menu! read more

I came here on Sunday during their grand opening. Everyone is so efficient, kind and their drinks are so good. I was able to try 5 drinks & every single one of them was satisfying. From their tea refresher to your caffeine boost. I'm voting yes on coming back and I strongly believe you should also come. There's out-door bench seating with a really relaxed atmosphere. read more

ONDA coffee is a new cafe in a small lot shared with other new businesses. I was pleasantly surprised on their menu because they have quite a variety of options to choose from. I got the Coconut Latte and it was the perfect amount of coffee and sweetness ratio. The owner was extremely sweet and welcoming. This place isn't your usual coffee shop, but they do have some outside stools to sit and wait on your order. If you're coming to try this place I definitely recommend the croffle!! It will actually blow your mind. The owner was very kind and gave me one to try and now I think im obsessed. If you love croissants and waffles, this one is for you. read more

Like everybody else I seen this on tik tok and my wife wanted to try the place out. I didn't know what to order so I asked for recommendation and it did not disappoint! If you come here the caramel rock sugar is what you need to try. Taste amazing and foam pairs so well with the drink the topping was some sort of sugar crystal and added a great texture to the drink. It's a small coffee shop with bench sitting outside. read more

I had such a great experience at this coffee shop! The drinks were absolutely fantastic--everything tasted fresh, well-balanced, and crafted with care. You can really tell they pay attention to quality. The croffle was also amazing--crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and perfectly paired with the house made cheese sauce. Definitely one of the best croffles I've had. What made the visit even better was the owner. She was incredibly nice, welcoming, and helpful, taking the time to make sure everything was perfect. That kind of genuine hospitality really makes a difference. Come try this place next time you are in Long Beach ! read more

oh so good. I got their most popular drink to start. So glad I did. A nice blend of bold tasting coffee with a little crunch from the sugar rocks and a nice creaminess. there is some seating area around the building. it is a stand alone in the middle of a small lot. read more

Small take-away style coffee shop with just a few outdoor seats, but definitely worth stopping by. My favorite drink here is the caramel rock latte -- smooth, flavorful, and not too sweet. The croffle with cheese sauce is a must-try! Crispy croffle paired with creamy, savory cheese sauce is such a good combo. Friendly service and quick grab-and-go spot. Tried the Jasmine Oolong tea with cheese cream and the caramel rock latte--both were a hit. The jasmine oolong was light, fragrant, and refreshing, and the cheese cream on top was smooth with a nice slightly savory touch. The caramel latte was well-balanced, not too sweet, and very creamy. This is a great neighborhood spot--small, cozy, and perfect for a quick grab-and-go coffee or drink in the morning or during lunch. I work nearby, so it's super convenient. The drinks were super yummy! Leaning more on the sweeter side but quite strong. This cute little shop is tucked away in a small plaza you might miss it. We went towards closing so there was plenty of parking inside. I can't wait to come back to try more drinks. read more

Such a nice and cute coffee shop near the heart of Long Beach downtown! The oolong tea with cheese foam was absolutely delicious, the foam is sweet at first but when you blend it with the tea then everything is perfect. It had the perfect balance of rich, creamy foam and smooth tea flavor. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to! read more
