Clean and Tons of Seating!! I got the Orange Dream Machine. It came out very quickly, and it tasted amazing! It was thick but not so thick that it's difficult to drink out of a straw. The flavors in the smoothie were good, a perfect combination of citrus and creamy. The employees were so kind! I was ordering on the self-order kiosk, and despite ordering there, the employees told me that if I had any questions, I could ask them. The Jamba Juice was super big and clean. There's tons of seating and tables, and there's a self-order kiosk. I haven't seen those in any Jamba Juice locations so I was pleasantly surprised. There's a lot of parking so you should have no difficulty finding parking. The plaza just has Jamba Juice, Subway, and a Smoke Shop. I would come here again! Love Jamba! Always a fan of the product. Just wish they would focus more of customer service. The last two locations, including this one, have had unfriendly staff. They seem to be unhappy at their jobs. You actually feel bad for ordering and making them work. And then the checkout system asks for a tip?!!! They were the only staff working so maybe they are the manager even. There was so rush as I was the only customer so can't blame it on that. These are amazing. My husband got the Nutella bowl and I got the chunky strawberry and added Nutella to it. Very, very good. I have gone back three times in a week and tried different ones. Place is nice inside very clean, if you have a headache, I suggest you not go in there because their music is so loud but it's good music. Customer service very good. Very pricey for what you get. Those two bowls were $32 and that was not even a large. The large is $18 each. Yummy. With several days before Christmas, you would think most retail places would staff up a little more than normal. I walked into this location at 8:50 AM, and was told by the single staff person that she couldn't help anybody for 20 minutes or more because of a big order. so in essence if she's turned away over 20 people for one huge order. This is unacceptable because most people come in to Jamba Juice early morning before work, and the next nearest location is at the traffic circle which is out of the way. Please get it together Jamba juice and serve your customers a little bit better. Having only one staff member and when your location opens up at 7 am is unacceptable. He took our order of 6 Jamba Juices and 3 shots of wheatgrass. MP was patient as the people in our group were slow to order. He was a PRO! Thanks, buddy! Our 6 juices came out pretty fast - within 5 minutes. However we waited 15+ minutes for the wheatgrass to be prepared. It appeared that a new employee was working the wheatgrass machine. It appeared that she didn't know how to work the machine. Her steps: 1. Pull out the wheatgrass from the bunch - STEMS AND ALL!!!! 2. Shove them in the machine. Didn't work, so added more wheatgrass. STEMS also. 3. Grab more wheatrass STEMS AND ALL! 4. Shove them in the machine. Turn on the machine. IT WORKS! 5. Manager notices that she is having problems, so she decided to train the new employee as we waited for our wheatgrass. 6. Employee grabs more whatgrass STEMS AND ALL! 7. Manager catches the error and asks her to use the knife to cut the grass. 8. Employee tries to put the wheatgrass in the machine. WAIT - WASH IT FIRST (yes, the first two bunches weren't washed before making the shot). 9. 5 minutes later the wheatgrass is done. 10. Then a discussion starts about how to cut orange slices. 11. 15 minutes later, my three shots of wheatgrass is done. SHM. Frustrated, as several other customers have put in their review. I like to get their Mango A Go Go,price is expensive for a smoothie now a days. It's about $6 bucks for a medium sized drink. You get a fair amount. The Smoothie was very watery this time around and I wish it had more ice in it rather than not having not that much ice in a smoothie that's supposed to be cold. They had a small burrito breakfast meal and it was half empty when I got it, it was also very poorly made. I was a bit disappointed since it was really not that great and expensive for the cost and the food inside of the menu. They should not even have this as a menu that's available for customers. It was poorly made. $5 bucks for the thing. I could have gotten a bigger and better meal for that price. Very disappointed. Parking is limited, if you're luck you'll find one. read more

My kid loves this place, so I bring her here to help make the end of a bad day a little better, but we seemed to annoy Corey with the blue hair to such a degree, he's singing he hates his life, slamming stuff on the counter. Been coming to this location for years and always get the same items. Today I did my usual order and had the smoothie split but instead of giving me the whole order of smoothie in two small cups they split the small I ordered (I add extra yogurt and banana to the orange dream machine) into two kids cups. I expect that when I pay for extras to get the extras. When I asked the server behind the counter she just looked at me like I didn't know what I was talking about then she asked the guy that made the order and he said yes you ordered a small split. WORST customer service. 95% of the time I walk in, I am just looked at until I walk to the counter to order. My grandma is 71. I like to call ahead on most occasions to be timely for her. This Jamba Juice NEVER answers their phone. & when I mean never, I mean I have called 10-15 times in a row, and they do not answer. HOWEVER, when I walk in the employees will be doing absolutely nothing and giggling amongst themselves. I just want to place my order on the phone. Very simple. I hate to write bad reviews but upon my arrival there training new staff I'm guessing and one of the female employees where yelling at him in front of customers. Kinda unpleasant I get that he's new but if your going to correct someone new don't yell at them in front of customers very awkward. And second the two female employees were very slow and my drink was just sitting there didn't even bother to call my name?
