I love Jamba Juice and I know their menu inside and out. I also know that you can access older menus. It was Friday and we had just rolled into LBC to visit my friend's friend and her new baby. Ana wanted Jamba and it sounded heavenly. We walked to heaven's gate and got denied. So why is it that every (I am not exaggerating) Jamba Juice we have gone to (Santa Cruz, Bay Area, San Jose, a few days earlier in San Diego) can make Ana her Tropical Turbo Smoothie with no problem. Yes it takes a few to pull up an old screen, but it is totally manageable (and from a customer service stand point, you always try and do your best to accommodate the customer) The girl at the counter "Sorry we don't make it anymore" Ana "Really since when? I know it's an older drink, but I have been able to order it else where" The girl at the counter "Sorry you are going to have to order something else" Ana ordered something else, and we left irked... I hate to write bad reviews but upon my arrival there training new staff I'm guessing and one of the female employees where yelling at him in front of customers. Kinda unpleasant I get that he's new but if your going to correct someone new don't yell at them in front of customers very awkward. And second the two female employees were very slow and my drink was just sitting there didn't even bother to call my name? Not sure what is happening here but you can sense the TENSION between co workers. Please do better shouldn't be much drama serving juices. read more

About a month ago I came to this location Jamba Juice. I really enjoyed coming to this location as it remained open early in the mornings even in the midst of Covid-19. However that quickly changed. I was appalled when I saw workers who appeared to come in when they were off of the clock as it was obvious a couple of them still pajama bottoms on. I noticed that they DID NOT have masks on. It doesn't matter if you are not working for the day. Be respectful to your customers and please wear a mask. Even if you come in for your free smoothie or to pick up your check. Just as customers are at all times required to wear a mask so should ANY employee behind the work station where food is prepared. Anyway I quickly left. I really hope management replies to me regarding my concerns and that this is addressed with your employees. read more

I typically avoid this place since I can make my own version of Jamba Juice for less than half the price. But since one of my friends forwarded a special $2 deal for Jamba Juice, I decided to go for it. The store is definitely clean. And the service was good and friendly. For the $2 special deal, you couldn't beat it! So for that I score it a 5 star. But in the normal regular price, 3 stars. I still like a Jamba Juice once in a while. read more

Parking sucks here whether it's a weekday or a weekend. The establishment is smack dab in the middle of a phone place and subway. You know those places alone get busy and this today I got lucky since someone was backing out for me to get their parking spot. On the bright aide,they have friendly staff and have outdoor seating just in case you want to bring your four-legged baby which I did. The inside of the place has plenty of chairs for you to wait for your order and they have more goodies on their menu. Too bad that the normal small size has gone up in price as well as the other sizes. Can't justify buying the other stuff but I like my classic smoothie drinks and that's why I come back. read more

I've loved Jamba Juice since I was in high school, and nothing's changed since then. I still even order my old drink, even though it's no longer on the shown menu. The staff still knows what it is, and they still make it without question. How great is that? This particular location has a great working team. They are upbeat, friendly, and helpful. They dealt with my difficult mom when she was trying to choose a drink, and the girl behind the cash register (I didn't get her name, unfortunately, but she had beautiful eyes) was seriously hilarious. When my mom spilled her drink in my car (all over my backpack and clothes = epic fail), I went in to get napkins to help sop it all up. The staff inside saw my face and asked what happened. After I told them, they made my mom another drink. I was going to pay for another one, but they insisted on making it complimentary. Now that's service. Never had a bad experience. Only negative thing is that the parking lot is TINY. There's around 4 shops in this small corner center, plus a Bank of America ATM machine. There's street parking, but be careful, as a lot of cars are either coming off of the freeway, or trying to get on there. Just a standard Jamba Juice. Walk in, look at the menu boards, order what you want, tip, wait, get your items, and walk out. Prices are likely around $4 or more for a smoothie. They also have small sandwiches, breakfast wraps, oatmeal, and granola bars. Always been pretty clean when I've come in. Service is quick. Pretty convenient because it's so close to the freeway. Also, Subway is next door if you want to grab a bit more food for a healthier meal. read more

Friendly staff. Service is reasonably fast if there is no line. Parking is tough... Only about 20 parking spots shared by 3 stores (Subway and a phone store) and 2 BOA ATMs. You can't really park on the street either. I would avoid coming here during lunch time - it's hard to find parking and get in and out of this little area. The juice/smoothies, however, are great. I am a FREQUENT visitor to Jamba Juice and am having trouble wrapping my mind around the Acai Bowl and the changes to the size. I paid over $7.00 for the bowl and it was the smallest size I could ever imagine. What happened? When they first came out there were two sizes. Than some Jamba Juices went to one size only but it was a decent size (like a yogurt land bowl). Now it is the size of a babies bowl of food. I just can't believe it and am super disappointed that they made these reductions. There are a lot of juice/fruit places popping up around the area and Jamba Juice better rethink their sizing. Nature on Patella has an Acai bowl for $8.00 and it quadruples the size of the Jamba Juice one. read more

Placed my order (a medium Caribbean Passion) through the Jamba Juice app and just picked it up. My drink is watered down with barely any fruit flavor. I should've known before I left because the smoothie is not thick and has a consistency that's more like juice. I'm very disappointed... I really just wanted a good smoothie :( Not a 1-star since they had it prepared in a good amount of time and because I would like to think if I took the time to return my drink that they would make it better. read more

My first ever Jamba Juice location where I used to get smoothies weekly. Living in Dallas now, it was cute to see that White Gummi Bear made it to the menu. It's at a great location, across the street from Lakewood Mall and Pacific Theaters. Cashier was helpful and I always like my smoothies extra thick. It came out perfect! Always satisfies my cravings and helps maintain my hunger so I don't end up snacking and ruining my dinner. read more

I came here last week and let me just say that i'm not impressed. I had a very specific order and it was made perfectly; however, I then proceeded to use the restroom and found a basketball in there. I have been coming to this Jamba juice for over five years. Sorry Bellflower team for not writing something sooner!! Your team is always very helpful and friendly. I've never waited very long for drinks even with a long line. I've learned about different healthy or tastier alternatives like the ginger shot with lemon or orange and a pinch of cayenne pepper. This helps with the immune system and blood circulation, so I get them after a workout. Jeannette is someone who deserves special recognition for always going above and beyond with service and a smile. Thank you for always being a friendly and reliable person to deal with. I thought Jamba Juice standardized everything, just like Starbucks, but I was wrong. My boyfriend and I came here for a late night smoothie run and we were appalled by the service we received. I don't even think it deserves to be called "service." The employees were talking about their dates and "doing their own thing" while taking our order, which I thought was totally rude. I had an excuse to go because one of my students got me a gift card for Christmas :) I happen to be out teaching a student and figured I would stop by here to just get a nice smoothie to end my teaching day as well as welcome in the first weekend of 2015! Note that parking here can be a struggle! There's only Jamba, Subway, and a Sprint store, but it CAN get cramped! I'm not too adventurous in food, but I just got my good ol' Caribbean Passion. Tasted as great as always! Service here was great too! Just found out that they have a rewards program now! Go online and register! Once you sign up, you can use a $3 off coupon for your next visit! For every $1 you purchase, you will receive 1 point. Get 35 points and you'll receive another $3 off coupon. They'll also send you a birthday coupon! I stop by this one on my way back from my Basketball games on Sundays since it's on the way home and close to the freeway. The one that sucks is the parking very small lot the are also a Subway and Sprint store in the same little area and an ATM machine at end so lots of traffic in and out of this place. I went to this place because I wanted to do a 5 day vegetable juice fast, and I was wrong. I am searching online for stores that can offer fresh vegetable drinks only. I wanted to order a vegetable juice only with carrots and cucumbers, and so on, and they don't have FRESH vegetables at all, even though they say they have a carrot drink. Guess what? It is not fresh carrots, they buy shelf-bought carrot juice from their suppliers that is loaded with sugars, and is basically unhealthy and worthless. You can go to the grocery store and buy carrot juice, but they are all NOT healthy at all because they too are all loaded with sugars and calories. Everything on their menu is loaded with sugars, and the calories for all their drinks are 300, 400, and 650 calorie drinks. You might as well go buy Sodas and drink sodas all day long. I would love to see them offer REAL vegetable drinks with just vegatables only and make these drinks with fresh vegetables. read more

I'm done with this place. It's on my way to work so it's convenient, but it never fails to disappoint. Never. The last time I stopped by, I was eagerly anticipating my Apples & Greens smoothie only to find out that they were out of kale. Out of kale? At 8:00 am? Okay. Strike one. I stopped in this morning for an Acai Berry Bowl. The bowl was to be my first solid food after a 3-day juice cleanse. I couldn't wait to sink my teeth into solid food. I was craving bananas in particular. I ordered my bowl and was informed that they were out of blueberries but that I could replace them with raspberries or more strawberries. Okay. Strike two. Out of blueberries? At 8:00 am? Wow. After I ordered and paid, I was informed that they were now also out of bananas. Let me get this straight: I ordered the bowl that's supposed to come with blueberries and bananas and you're out of both? And you didn't even apologize? Okay. Strike three. To add insult to injury, the person ahead of me was handed three Acai Berry Bowls with blueberries and bananas while I was waiting for my bowl with neither! I don't know who is responsible for ordering inventory here, but that person should be replaced immediately. They've already lost my business and I doubt I'm the only one who's been forced to go elsewhere. Don't get me started on the parking situation. It's terrible. Good news for the Jamba in on Atlantic in Bixby Knolls! I'll see you tomorrow morning for an Acai Berry Bowl. I have no doubt that you'll have plenty of blueberries and bananas on hand. read more

Yummy yummy yummy I got fruit in my tummy. I wish Jamba Juice was on site at CSULB, I prefer their flavor and variety over other fruit smoothie places. With that said, it's located in an awkward little plaza with little parking space, but the store itself is pretty big. They offer a lot of noms other than your drink, like the yogurt parfait, bread items, munchies, and more! I feel super cool when I order something not on their menu. I really like this Jamba Juice. It is new, CLEAN and probably the biggest store I have been in. You can actually sit down and relax with your smoothie. The staff is friendly and they will even make you old things that are no longer on the menu if they still have the product. I have done this a few times and luckily the girl there new how to make my old fav. I will not visit this Jamba Juice again. I will go to another one. Service started out great and normal as usual. It was $1 oatmeal day and so I thought I would swing by and try out their steel cut oatmeal - I usually get a starbucks or even McD's. Here is the reason for 1 star: I ordered blueberry oatmeal, the lady ahead of me also ordered oatmeal but another flavor. She received her order, opened and it and realized it wasnt her order. Told the jamba person and they kindly took it back and set it on the back counter (within my sight). I was next up and she saw I ordered blueberry so she took that SAME container of oatmeal added the crumble too it and then delivered it to me as if it that was my order! POOR Etiquette! It was not my order. The fact that a customer already handled it and gave it back is what bothers me the most. Usually if the order is incorrect the servers should take it back and toss it out. You don't re-serve a wrong order that has already been handled! I was in a rush to work and didn't have the energy early in the morning to put up a fight. I expect something like this maybe at a hole in the wall, but not at an establishement like jamba juice. Who knows what goes on behind closed doors. I'm far from a regular here. I actually don't like Jamba Juice and the few times I have gone to various locations, I had bad service. I came here last Thursday because I read they have Acai Bowls and I wanted to try one (this place is minutes from my office). I was there around 7 am. When I came in there was already 5-6 people waiting for their orders, and only 2 staff making everything (a Asian woman and light skinned African American young man). The young man quickly took my order and already showing me great attention and service. They were exceptionally quick with everyone's orders. I was the last customer waiting after 10 minutes and the young man brought me an acai smoothie. I apologized to him and told him I thought I order and meant to order the bowl. He was quick to apologize and I told him I probably ordered wrong and would pay for the extra bowl. He told me not to worry and had his manager (the Asian woman) charge me the 60¢ difference. Within 2 minutes they made me a brand new bowl and gave me the smoothie for free. I told them both sorry for the confusion as this was my first time ordering one of these. Both staff were super sweet and told me it happens frequently. They were amazingly nice and respectful. I've never had that kind of service from any beverage place, including Starbucks! I'll definitely be back to this location. I didn't get either staffs name, so I apologize for using racial references. But those two people are awesome!! read more
