I have been to this location several times. The staff are usually friendly. Sometimes they mess up the ordering sequence, but it's okay. I like that I periodically receive email coupons which they accept, but sometimes I have to wait for them to call somebody on the phone to authorize the coupon; they should better prepare their store in this sense. read more

Wow! I don't often go to juice bars, but needed a pick-me-up after a week of sickness. When I went in, the girl at the counter looked like and acted like she was asleep. Almost no response as I greeted her. I asked if she could recommend something. Again, almost no response until I asked if I was asking the wrong person! Ran into the restroom while awaiting my smoothie; it looked like a gas station restroom! Paper all over the floor, paper towels nonexistent, toilet paper was supplied as paper towels. The service at this Jamba Juice Is extremely slow. Each time I have stopped by, Hopi g to grab a quick smoothly, it takes up to 15 min!! I have a Vitamix at home, but, if I'm running late, I've thought to myself, "I'll grab a Jamba Juice right quick". This is the 5th time I've used that logic and taken my chances at JJ. Today, I was the only customer in the shop when I walked in. Great, I figured today would be different. 3 people came in after I did. 2 were attended to and received their smoothies and were out of the shop while I still waited. . I have been going to Jamba Juice at the Bellflower location since it went in. I have always been pleased with my experience and with the variety of drinks I have tried. I think that the prices are a bit high for blended juice but its fairly quick service and the drinks are consistent. I highly recommend to try the "White Gummy Bear" which is not on the menu but very tasty. read more

Frustrated. I have come here 4 times in the past two weeks to enjoy an Acaci Primo bowl. The very first one I tried was awesome though my quest to have that experience again has been a disaster! Today, I got the worst "energy bowl" ever! First, after watching six employees mill about the place - cleaning, chatting, etc while one customer ( me) waited for my order that no one was attending to- I finally spoke up. When the mailman walked in with the one piece of mail he got more attentive service than I did. I then watched one person looking perplexed blend the base of the bowl and two people try to figure out what toppings to put on the bowl. I watched one guy POUR honey all over it but since I hadn't paid so much attention to the prep in the past - I didn't think much of it. I returned to my office ( around the corner) took the lid off and I am now suffering through my runny energy soup ( significantly thinner than a smoothie) that taste mostly like honey. If I wasn't so busy, I would take it back. Instead, I think I will just give up. Jamba Juice - I have been frequenting your business since you started. You used to be a unique and friendly vibe with great food. Now, you are a colorful McDonalds without the ability to produce a consistent product. I generally go for a Banana Berry in the "Original" size. Delicious. I was a little taken aback when they asked, "Original or Power size?" I know there's a sixteen ounce option. This place was empty at 9.30am on a Sunday, but since it was nearly impossible to get around Long Beach 'cause of the marathon (that good looking guy running was probably my roommate, though he doesn't think so) and many people had church, I don't fault them. Is it wrong to give a 3 star rating just because parking is horrible there? It's a really small lot for the kind of traffic they have. The spaces are kinda small too and no I'm not a typical Asian driver haha. Service is friendly, but I find myself waiting quite a while to get my drink because of the amount of people there. The smoothies are good too, not very icy and pretty well blended. They have a secret menu too for those who may not know. You could go on wikipedia to find it or something and the white gummy bear is probably the best one. Always fast friendly service at this location. The only downside is that sometimes the parking can be a challenge. I go for the wheat grass shots. It's funny, but a year ago I wondered who would drink grass juice. It started on a lark with my son and his friend. Ive waited 20 mins for my bowl and one drink. They started to make my bowl then helped 6 other customers while my bowl melted and then tried to still serve it to me. A few days a week this is part of my routine. I get a great Subway next door, and then I grab a Jamba Juice here. It is always consitant and friendly. I like the wasy the make eye contact and smile. I generally do a shot of wheat grass too. My State Farm agency is right up the street at 2750 Bellflower. Parking is a challenge when driving there, save time by parking on Willow. This place was busy and it was a small crew, but man to did they get through orders quick. Ordered 2 pb chocolate loves and got them in 10 minutes. There was approximately 6 orders in front of ours. It's 7am and the guy in front of me ordered a "medley bowl" I think he said, anyways they were out of it. It's just funny to me how you can be sold out of something so early. Anyways, I always drive by here. I say drive by because their small and overcrowded parking lot never has any parking and if I don't find any I just simply keep on driving. I'm not one of those people that loves to linger in everyone's way waiting for a parking spot to magically open up or the kind of person that stalks people coming out of an establishment just to follow them at a snails pace and steal their parking spot. Some of the staff doesn't understand the reward points system and will get defensive when you tell the that the points didn't get logged in instead of learning about it or getting the manager and solving the problem. They keep on messing up my order and don't really fix things in my favor when the mess up. read more

Jamba Juice used to be unique. But over the years they have changed their recipe or mix or something. I stopped going for a while...but once in a while I go back to see if maybe it was a fluke. After going 3 times in the last 2 years....its not a fluke. I order the traditional juices...and my favorite was 'Caribbean Passion'. Sometimes I ask them to add a boost. Last 3x all of them have been watered down. No longer frothy....taste very bland...not consistent like in years passed. I complained to the company about 2 years ago and they replied and apologized. The told me they would sent a certificate for a free order. Never got it. Contacted them back...they never replied. So I forgot about it and went back 2 weeks ago. That was the 3rd time in 2 years. Same result. And the price has increased....which I expect, inflation etc. I do not recommend. Very unfortunate. read more

Isabelle was on top of our order and even offered to write the names of each employee on the drinks so we didn't get confused. Then she and and another staff member helped bring the drinks to my car. 90% of their drinks contain strawberries and I'm allergic to strawberries. I asked to substitue out the strawberries and I got all these complicated answers about why they either can't do that or they'll have to charge me way extra. I ended up just not getting a drink. Is this a training store. Super slow and drinks are never quite right. Large chunks always at bottom of drinks.

Come to this location only due to the fact it is on my way home from the gym (24 hour fitness). The drinks are okay if you get a standard one; however, make any modifications to it and expect the staff to screw it up. Plus, they seem annoyed when you do. Service level is horrible. Lot's of turnover so they don't really know what they're doing 1/2 the time. Overall it's about 50/50 on a good or bad experience with this location. read more

This is the closest Jamba to me so that's why I keep coming back! However, the parking lot is quite small, and I often see cars waiting for parking. Luckily I normally don't come during lunch hours so I haven't had trouble getting a spot, but it's always a bit of a question mark. The service is a little bit off at this location, which I'm not used to from Jamba. Their coordination seems like it needs improvement. However, I still enjoy their smoothies, especially the new almond milk ones. read more
