This is the closest Jamba to me so that's why I keep coming back! However, the parking lot is quite small, and I often see cars waiting for parking. Luckily I normally don't come during lunch hours so I haven't had trouble getting a spot, but it's always a bit of a question mark. The service is a little bit off at this location, which I'm not used to from Jamba. Their coordination seems like it needs improvement. However, I still enjoy their smoothies, especially the new almond milk ones. read more

It was a hot day and Jamba Juice was a convenient stop. Service was pretty quick. Hard to really give a review for chain restaurants...I think I've said that before. The menu rarely changes, and the recipe is pretty darn set. So you gotta give them extra stars if the service is great. And at this Jamba it was A-OK, thus the three stars. read more

I have only visited this location once, and I was very unimpressed with the service. I don't usually review franchises/chains but this one was very slooowwww. They handled the ordering line efficiently, but there were at least 7-8 of us standing around waiting for smoothies once we had ordered, and more joined us as they also ordered. The employees were perfectly friendly, but moved at a snail's pace. I have personally never worked food service but I know if you have a ton of people waiting, you move quickly to get them their orders. I watched one dude behind the counter set up like 3 smoothies, get them blended, and just abandon them as he (slowly) walked around doing other things. I happened to be driving by this restaurant while working in the area and stopped in for a smoothie. Wow! The supervisor who helped me was absolutely amazing! Jeannette had a smile to light up the place and was so friendly and helpful. Using her suggestion for a power smoothie she made up one of the best ones I've had in awhile! This is, by far, my favorite Jamba Juice location. For one thing, it's HUGE inside. There are tables and a bar and plenty of room. Ample parking in the lot or right outside on the street. Oh Jamba... you know... its the Starbucks of smoothies! For people who have $5 to spend on one smoothie, instead of making their own at home (I am one of them). I love the Protein Berry Workout. Many options, healthy, sugary, fruity... take your pick. One secret item is called the Gummy Bear... its full of sugar but try it once... it actually tastes like gummy bears lol This location is located in a very small plaza that also houses a Subway, Sprint Store, and a Bank of America ATM. The parking can be a B as its very small, but people always go in and out so most likely you will get a spot. read more

This is my favorite Jamba Juice, and the only one I know how to get to easily. That staff here is always super friendly and if there is a deal going on that will save you money they are not shy about letting you know. Hands down the worst Jamba Juice in the Long Beach area. Unfortunatley, I come here more times than I should only because it's closest to my house. Parking is small & difficult (problem with strip mall owners for putting a JJ, Subway & Sprint Store in a small triagular parcel). More often then not they get the order wrong, and for too long I have to deal with chunks of banana or what ever EVEN when requesting to be "double-blended". True to other reviews, big turn over here. Terribly slow service. If you want good juices and bowls (JJ's are a joke!) then I recommend driving a bit further and going to Nekter by the Trader Joe's near PCH & 2nd Street, or Natura Juice Bar in Los Alamitos (4382 Katella Ave, Los Alamitos, CA 90720). The best place for a smoothie. I like this particular jamba juice because everyone is so chipper when you walk in. No one has an attitude. They even suckered me into getting that vitamin c boost. You never wait too long for your smoothie. I get there at 9:45 am and I still make it to work down the street by 10. They are awesome. read more

Much like other reviewers have written,this Jamba Juice does in fact make things no longer on the menu,as long as they have the ingredients. The place is new,clean, and the staff is very friendly. Bad thing is, the parking lot is small. On weekends you sometimes can't find a place to park. There are a few places to park on the street but that's about it. Had a really terrible customer service experience in the store and left without purchasing anything. the person who was acting as manager got bent out of shape when I approach the cash register one where A customer puts in the order. She acted like that was a big problem as if I had done something wrong when in reality she seem to want everyone to stand back away from the counter until she was ready to take an order. Really? I am a Jamba juice junkie so I frequent many of the local Jamba Juices.... This one, I must say it is by far the slowest Jamba Juice yet. And the only reason a Jamba Juice junkie like me would give a poor review is because of the poor management that I experienced today. A customer came in complaining about how slow they were and when the manager looked at me for approval to back her up, I definitely admitted that it was extra slow compared to the normal slow and she got very snappy back. I'm not sure why manager would do that.... Next time just apologize instead of asking another unhappy customer. read more
