Swung by a few days ago could not believe my eyes with a line out the door and hardly a place to park even on the street. I stood in line and waited for my smoothie it took close to 30 min. I just want to say that the girl behind the register (Jennette) was awesome. She handle the crowd with confidence didn't seem to break under pressure and kept the line moving at a nice pace. Even though it was the busiest I have ever seen I recommend this place to anybody the staff is helpful good product for the price and just dam good smoothie. Once in awhile it's worth the wait to get something amazing!!! read more

Jamba Juice is the best!! My favorites are the Strawberry Nirvana and Mango Mantra. The store is clean and the staff is super friendly and efficient. There is a Subway next door, so parking is crowded and can be a hassle, but it's worth it. read more

Cashier was respectful, service was sub par though. I ordered a kaleribbbean breeze (a combination of mango, passionfruit, ginger, and kale). I was watching an employee working the blender. When she finished she placed it in a cup, realized she didn't make enough, and dumped it back in the blender. She loaded it with passion fruit juice, blended another few seconds, and then served it. It wasn't blended, there were several large chunks of kale. Enough to where I had to stop drinking 2/3 in and just throw the rest out. I understand if there are new employees but that is no excuse for lazy performance. I am not impressed. read more

The parking is horrific. 'Tis but a sliver space to wedge your car in, and a lotta times there is so space at all. The workers are friendly, but mostly exist to entertain each other, almost like they're rehearsing for a play, backstage. Whenever you drop a coin or dollar in the tip jar, all the performers, I mean, employees shout something aloud and clap their hands, it's like being in a Twilight Zone Musical. But, they get the job done, and are efficient. read more

THERE SHOULD BE AN OPTION TO GIVE THIS LOCATION NO STARS!!! I would always go here at least once a week, and I would always order one large Mango-a-go-go, thick. One day, I entered the store hearing the employees saying, "we need more mangoes" and "we're in desperate need of mangoes." I was standing next in line for the cashier. When it came to my turn, I ordered my usual. I paid for the large size smoothie and the extra $0.75 to make it "thick." When I received my order. I immediately noticed the hue of the color of the smoothie. I was too shocked that I asked twice to the person who made my smoothie if it, indeed, was a mango-a-go-go. She reassured me, so I took it. I took one sip, and my taste buds were sending my brain red signals. IT TASTED DISGUSTING The large "Mango-a-go-go" that I had ordered and paid for tasted like the washed up leftovers of what should have been my order. HA! And secondly, the consistency was not blended to be THICK. I had ordered for my drink to be "thick." I even paid the extra $0.75 for my drink to be made "thick." And the drink I was holding in my hands, by no definition, was blended or even looked to be "thick." I WAS SO DISPLEASED If the employees knew that there was not enough mangoes for my order to be made correctly, then at least have the wisdom to inform your customers that a certain fruit had run out, and I would have kindly and politely ordered something else off the menu instead of WASTE MY MONEY ON A DRINK THAT WAS, IN NO WAY, MADE TO MY SATISFACTION! Best Jamba Juice experience I've ever had! Went in late one Friday night and the night shift was just so nice and friendly. I want to like them. I really do. I love Jamba Juice in general but this particular location is a bit of a disappointment. Unfortunately it's the most convenient of all and that's why I keep coming here..... being disappointed over and over. The last couple of times, the oatmeal was cold. The last time they told me the machine is broken. Today I asked for it to be layered and I got nothin. I told the gal that the oatmeal was not hot and even though I said I'd eat it anyway, she did not address it other than to make me a new layered oatmeal. In addition, the last couple of times, the cashier needed assistance, causing a line up behind me. I logged into their little screen at the register and it told me I can get a free boost. I said Ok! Then they tell me I can't have a free boost AND the Make it a Meal Deal so there went my free boost and they had to ring me up all over again. Grant it, that's a Jamba Juice policy but the cashier should've known that before he rang me up. I have to think about coming here again and perhaps maybe take the ride down to Second Street! read more

I visited this location today on my lunch break. I ordered my drink, sat down and waited. 10 minutes goes by and I started noticing people getting their drinks that ordered after me. I brought it to one of the employees attention and she said, "sorry for the wait, yours is coming up next." Sat down again, another 5 minutes goes by and more people have been served, still no drink. My lunch hour was over by this time, and obviously I was very upset. At that point, I just wanted a refund and be on my way. I went back up to the counter and told another girl that was making drinks that it had been 15 minutes now and I wanted a refund. Her response was just, "Ok" and motioned me to the register. Really? I understand mistakes happen, but the poor customer service and the fact that it was just brushed off was the part that rubbed me the wrong way. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the kid at the register and another person stepped up to apologize, made my drink anyways and still issued the refund. Won't be making anymore 20 minute stops to this Jamba Juice. read more

always a quick stop by spot for me after the gym for a quick meal with a smoothie. friendly service. some people need to be patient. if you have never worked in any type of food services BE PATIENT! Your drinks are made to order! If you don't like the wait, then stay at home and drink water! But lets say though, parking in the lot is terrible during peak times. I've been coming to this Jamba Juice for a couple of months and the morning always seem like their in a bad mood and I feel like I'm bothering them to order a smoothie. So the other week I came in the evening after working out to get my protein smoothie what a difference in atmosphere.. the girl who took my order was so friendly and had a smile on her face and offered me a variety of other smoothies but I still got my protein one but it was nice to come into an inviting environment and leave satisfied..my smoothie was great and the others working had smiles on their faces and were pleasant..nights are for me and wanted to show my appreciation for great customer service..didn't get their names all were fantastic the one at the register was wearing a black shirt and a special shout out to her..thank you ladies for showing us what customer service is all about !!! read more

I love Jamba Juice but this has to be one of the most inconsistent ones I've been to. I live walking distance and frequent the store. Consistently out of stock on items and often extremely slow when only a few customers are in line. A couple times I've walked in thinking the store wasn't open yet because the music was so loud, behind the counter was a mess, and the displays were half stocked and a complete disarray. There are a couple rockstar employees and when they're here the experience is great; unfortunately, this isn't the norm. I still go to this store because it's close but I've just lowered my expectations. When I'm in a hurry before work I go to the one by my work instead. read more

I recently had a terrible experience at this location and will never be going back. I frequented this one due to it was on the way to work. But the GM was very unhelpful in handling a mistake that his subordinates made. They charged my card incorrectly. And their was no customer service in rectifying the issue where I left satisfied. Instead they just reversed the charge and I end up leaving with no drink and a hold on my account for the mistaken charge they made. Also they never gave me my 3 dollar coupon which I accrued from prior purchases. Sadly there are other employees there I will miss that were great at what they do as well as their customer service skills. But due to the GM's incompetence I can't take another chance on mistakes being on my card. I'm thankful for the others near me that seem to get it right every time that I can still count on. read more

The parking stinks.........Drinks are made with to much ice and there is no real health benefit........Robeks on PCH Offers, 20% off for ALL Gym members...No one does that.........I usually Park at Pep Boys, which allows all Robeks customers.... Great Service. read more
