My son turned my husband on to this spot and 2 days later we went back. We got the Cali Bowl and a build your own. I didn't get the açaí; but my base was the Ube dream...yummy. Apparently you can order online and just pick it up. read more

This is my favorite acai bowl place. I used to go to the one in Long Beach but they unfortunately closed :/ There are many options to choose from when you create your own bowl. They always make my bowl to the top and has the same great flavor. Service is always quick and efficient. It is a pretty small space with a few seats but always clean! read more

I really enjoy Berry Brand - in fact this review is long overdue. Every time I have been in there I have always been greeted with a smile, and friendly faces. The premade menu ideas make it easy to decide, but I always enjoy making my own as well. It always clean inside and pretty quiet. The bowls really are great and worth the trip from Long Beach. Parking and getting in and out of the parking lot gets a little tough at times but we can adjust. read more

One of my favorite açaí places. However, today, they didn't give much in the bowl. Gave me more chia than açaí. The guy could've scooped more. The girl barely gave me toppings. Had to ask for more but still not enough. Asked for more almond butter too. Realized ratio of chia and açaí are the same and more almond butter than toppings. Horrible. read more

I needed a quick, light bite to eat and as soon as I saw this spot, I figured it would be perfect. I was between meals, but a bit hungry and the bowl satisfied my hunger. This was my first time here, and first time trying ube dream. I mixed it with acai as my base. It was very good and something different for me. I ordered as a build your own. I added fresh fruit, goji berries, almonds and almond butter. Very enjoyable and refreshing. The ube base won't be an all the time choice for me, but the flavor and texture were great, and for something different, I'd order this way again. read more

On a berry brand hyperfixation for the last couple months and I basically get the same thing every time but it's so good!!! I get the 12 oz bowl which is $10 but it's unlimited toppings! Great flavors and quality. I get half acai and half coconut base (blue and pink), hemp granola, and matcha chia seeds which imo is the best combo. I get all the fruits blueberry strawberry and banana. With agave on top. Chefs kiss. Service is super fast and they have two people working the front. Chill vibes like hawaii here but no chairs, just high tops for standing. Highly recommend this spot :) local favorite! read more

One of my favorite Acai bowl places in Orange County! My friend got me hooked on them ever since they introduced me to them a few years ago. Their asian flavor bases are so good and the workers are very generous with the toppings and help stack your acai to the top! My go-to are the following: Base: Acai, Pandan, Ube, Coconut Dream Chia: Matcha, coconut Fruits: Strawberry, blueberry, banana The shop is pretty small so I recommend you order it as take-out and eat it at home or elsewhere. 5/5 read more

I love the acia bowls here. It's a go to spot when I visit from the Bay Area. They have great options that other places don't like oats and pandan. They only serve oats until they run out, FYI. They have 3 sizes. The place is always clean and the service is always kind. read more

So I've been going here for a year or more. I am always looking for that one Acai place that doesn't use sweeteners let alone artificial sweeteners. I had that in Amen Acai in cypress but sadly they closed down. I found this place and I recently emailed the management for this place. Sadly I was told that they blend the Acai sorbet with cane sugar. Nooooo! I was also told that the peanut butter that they use has peanut oil in it. Why would you need to add peanut oil to peanut butter? They would not reveal the brand of peanut butter that they use. I also asked about their date syrup and was told that it has organic dates in it but I don't know what else they add to the date syrup. The quest continues for a healthy acai place. read more

I've been to the Berry Brand location in Long Beach and loved it so I was excited to see that there is a location even closer to me in Cerritos. Berry Brand offers a variety of pre built bowls but you also have the option of build your own bowls. I opted for the build your own bowl with an ube base and really enjoyed it! I appreciate how they offer unlimited toppings here and that they have a decent variety to choose from. They also offer 9 different bases and you can either have one or a few bases--it's up to you! I opted for the ube base (because I'm a sucker for anything ube) and thought the ube flavor was really good! My one critique is that I wish that the base was less icy because I felt like I had to let it melt slightly before I could fully enjoy it. The store itself is bright, cute, and modern! There are a few seats inside, however, they were all taken when I came, so I took my bowl to go. Service here was patient and friendly. The store itself is located in a strip mall with a parking lot. Overall, I'd say that Berry Brand is a super solid açaí bowl spot in Cerritos! read more

Tried two different açaí bowls and both were good! The acai base was creamy and thick. Bowl 1: Açaí base with pumpkin granola, vanilla chia pudding, strawberries, blueberries, banana, sunflower seeds, and a drizzle of agave. Great texture and flavor combo the chia pudding was a nice touch. Bowl 2: Açaí base with chocolate chia granola, strawberries, banana, and cacao nibs. The chocolate chia granola was new to me and pretty interesting! Would've loved a bit more fruit though especially more strawberries, since fruit options seemed limited (just banana, strawberry, and blueberry from what I could see). Service was okay. The inside as really cute. There isn't seating inside so it is definitely a take out spot. Overall, solid spot for açaí bowls, especially if you like a creamy base with some unique toppings. Happy 5 years anniversary Berry Brand!! Today marks their 5th year at the Cerritos location and to celebrate Berry brand took $5 off of any bowl! So of course we had to come here to help celebrate! I ordered a 16oz custom bowl like I usually do! The consistency and flavors are always on point. The fruits are always fresh and other accompaniments were as well! Service was great, since they were busy all day the workers were still happy, friendly, and helpful! Ambiance is always fun, they've started decorating for Easter! Pretty decent place to get acai bowls from! I only wish they had more variety in toppings, but other than that, I enjoyed my bowl. For my base I got acai with the coconut. Service was great, the two girls handling my bowl were really nice! They even let us try samples of the bases before we made up our minds. I'd come back for any acai cravings if I'm near. read more

This might sound crazy, but this was my first time at an acai bowl place! I was looking for something refreshing in the area and found Berry Brand on Yelp, and I'm glad I did! Upon walking in, I noticed the store is small and relatively empty. There are a few bar stool type seats to sit along the little counter. I was taking my bowl to go so I didn't need seating but there is some available. I ended up ordering a 12oz Island Bowl, and I swapped the banana chips for almonds and changed agave for apple honey. It just sounded good! 2 women were working and they were both friendly and helpful with questions and making customizations. I had read reviews before coming here, and I did not experience any of the negative aspects mentioned in some of the reviews. Service was friendly. My bowl was filled generously and I almost couldn't figure out how to start eating without making a mini-toppings avalanche! Fruits were fresh. My 12oz bowl was $10, which seemed fair given how full it was with fresh ingredients. On to the bowl! This was delicious. Cold, refreshing, and just what I needed. Every layer complemented the other layers perfectly. I wish I had a location closer to home but this will just have to be my special treat when I am working in the area. I am very happy with my visit and the bowl I ordered! I will be back again when I am in the area and may need to make a special trip woth my family too. read more

I feel like I can confidently say that whatever your taste preference is, it's going to be good here. But if I may, give the Ube Dream a try. I don't feel like ube acai bowls are that plentiful in this genre of food so it's a unique option to try. I probably shouldn't be repeating this because I don't know how controversial it may be, but my guys compare it to "Halo-halo" saying that it tastes like it, but "healthier". LOL. Don't come for us. It's just an opinion. But also, if you like halo-halo, give this flavor a-go. The fruits and toppings are fresh, piled reasonably high and delicious. Service is helpful and friendly. I only wish they had more tables and chairs to sit at. The current situation is bar tables against the wall...so it is more often than not a take-out or an eat-in-your-car situation. Don't stop that from coming here and gettin' some bowls. read more

Solid place to get your açaí bowl fix! Parking/Location: Large lot with plenty of parking. It also seems like a lot of people walk here from the area. Great place to stop in before a picnic at the nearby park! Price: $10 for the 12oz with unlimited toppings. They fill it to the brim and aren't shy about it! Topping selection is great, although I will say I'd love more variety on fruits (banana, blueberry, and strawberry available). For the base, they had some great acai alternatives including pandan and ube which were a great surprise! Service/Ambiance: Friendly, quick, and efficient staff that greets you with a smile. I wouldn't choose it as a place to eat in. Lots of young kids and can get crowded/loud. -1 for lack of seating. This is not a sit and yap place lol. Can't go wrong with a trip to Berry Brand for your acai cravings. read more

overall I really like this spot! I usually build my own bowl here, but I have tried two of their signature bowls before (like the ube dream) and they are really yummy! One thing I really like here that I don't really see at many other acai spots so far, is that they have the option of "warm oats" as a base (I believe it doesn't last all day though, only while available) but I think it tastes really good, and I enjoy being able to mix warm oats with the rest of my bowl! When it comes to the inside, it's spacious, but they do not have any tables to sit and dine in at. They have some counter space along their windows that I believe guests can stand and eat their bowls at, but personally I have yet to see people dining in here lol, I see it more as a takeout spot! but overall it always looks really clean in there and food is good/service is quick! read more

Stopped by this place after a walk at Cerritos Park. Was greeted right away upon entering. Another worker even came out right way to help my wife and I. My wife got an item off the menu and made a slight adjustment. I customized my bowl. Both came out super tasty and the portion size was spot on. Also, the pricing was great... did not feel like I was getting robbed for eating healthy. All the ingredients were fresh and the service was outstanding. Would highly recommend. read more

Such a good amount of food for the price! I love how they have three different chia pudding options. The only recommendation I would have for them to add more fruit and topping options. They only had blueberries, strawberries, and bananas as for fruit options. Their fruit was freshly cut. There's also no indoor seating. It's just a high table if you want to eat while standing up inside. read more

Berry Brand is always a hit. Short review but really the highlights is the fresh quality ingredients! The workers are fast, efficient, and welcoming as well. My usual go-to: - Bases: Acai, either Pandan or Ube - Chia: Vanilla chia - Fruits: Strawberry, blueberry - Toppings: Go crazy Even the iced house coffee is solid as well! Not a lot of seating, so be prepared to to-go and take home to eat. Overall, I've never had a bad experience and the bowls are always fresh. It's become a hometown staple! Quick, easy, & always satisfying. I love the point system & excellent service. Over the years, I've never had a bad experience. The place is always cold (AC blasting), clean, & safe. The bowls are fresh & you can have as many toppings as you like. My favorite bases are the ube & coconut dreams. I've been here before, but this time I went with a group of 10. We had just finished a morning run along Coyote Creek and decided to grab some açaí bowls. The parking lot has plenty of space, though most people seem to pop in and out quickly. Their menu offers a solid variety if you're unsure what to get, and you can also build your own bowl with ample options. What's a unique about this place is it has ube and pandan as a base option -- something you don't often find at other açaí spots. The fruits and toppings looked fresh. Finally a place for a healthy-ish cold dish. Packed with super food items like açaí, coconut, pitaya and ube frozen slushees, layered in a bowl and packed with even more superfoods toppings of blueberry, strawberries, bananas and granola. Chia pudding comes in three flavors: vanilla, matcha or coconut. It's a nice add on or base if that's what you want! I like the slush part here because they aren't overly sweet. At the bottom of it all, a good mix of fiber and other food things. Toppings of nut butters or sweetener also available . Sizes of 12, 16 or 24 ounces. A mid size is enough for two to share or save it for a midnight snack! Also get extra perks if you register for loyalty points. My wife and I tried this for the first time and we loved it. Everything about Berry Brand in Cerritos was a hit. The two employees that served us worked in harmony, juggling taking orders and giving us suggestions on what's on the menu or how we can create our own Açaí.Cole working side by side with Sophia. These two employees do their job with pride. We will definitely be back. My wife ordered the berry bowl and I got the Uber dream boat, we didn't add anything to it. I reached out to Blue Bowl and gave them the opportunity to make this right, but they refused to rectify the mistake. Poor customer service is one thing, but failing to take responsibility after being given the chance to resolve the issue is even more disappointing. I expected much better from a business that charges premium prices. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I can't recommend Blue Bowl.

At Blue Bowl you can order their Signature "Lazy Blue" Bowl if you don't want to do any thinking, or you can build your own. They are priced by size regardless of what you pick: $11.50 - 12oz $12.90 - 16oz $14.90 - 24oz My go-to size if it was my breakfast is the 16oz, but since I was snacking on other things at the food hall, I only got the 12oz. For the base I opted for the acai, pitaya and blue bowl chia pudding. Then the granolas I got the pumpkin flax and maple quinoa. For the fruit, I got the blueberries and strawberrys. From the nutbutters I opted for the almond butter. Then with toppings I just got pumpkin seeds. Lastly for the sweeteners I asked for the agave. They have powders too but I don't like it texturally for my bowls. The one thing I noticed from the strawberries at this location is that the knife cuts are more choppy and that actually affected the building of the bowl and the overall bite. Interestingggg. Things I never thought of before when enjoy prior blue bowls. I enjoyed my bowl but it was not as satisfying as the Orange, Irvine, or Costa Mesa locations. Fruit preparing and good service really goes a long way for these types of businesses.

You can tell a lot of care and effort goes into what they serve here. It actually shares a location with another spot (I can't remember the name), but you'd never know it because everything feels so well put together. It's the perfect place to grab something good to eat and a refreshing drink to go. Best of all, nothing tasted artificial or overly sweet--just pure, natural flavors. Absolute bliss. I'd definitely recommend it!

It was good and had good flavor but the outside texture was a bit hard. The workers were friendly and service was quick. They told me you can download the app which gives discount on first order and makes it easier to order online. I took my order to go so they gave me a little cooler bag.
