I'm sad to update my review to 1 star but I was left frustrated after my last visit. I put an online order to make it a quick pick up so I can be time efficient. I made 3 separate orders with 2 of the same flavors and 1 different one. When I went in to pick up the order, I told them specifically that I had 3 orders to pick up. Once I went to my destination to enjoy the açaí with my family, I noticed only two açaí bowls and one of the order was wrong. I was frustrated at myself since I didn't double check but I wanted to maximize my time with my family, hence the online order. I end up having to drive back which was inconvenient. There wasn't anyone else in the store so I didn't think they'd mess up the order. I should've checked but also, the workers could have simply listened when I told them I had 3 orders and also to have read the order clearly to make sure they didn't get one of them completely wrong. read more

Honestly, I think what they charge here is ridiculous. Toppings are an additional charge which is even more inconvenient. Heads up, you order on a screen and not with an employee... They were out of pure acai flavor! What kind of acai establishment runs out of acai?! LOL Go elsewhere. OK so I was pretty bummed because I have to move to area where Uber tuba is not in my radar, but I'm glad I found açai Republic because they also have Brazilian açai not the fusion type and the owners are also Brazilians and they have couple stores around OC too. Not only their açai is fresh, their cheese bread is so good! People might complain that it's not cheesy enough, but I think it's a it's a good amount of cheese already even maybe some people might take it as very light on cheese. This is located in the plaza where Daiso is and they have plenty and plenty of parking. Note that you would need around 10 minutes for them to make the cheese bread fresh, but they are pretty fast on making your açai. They also have a couple seats inside for you to wait. read more

I asked to replace the coconut for almond slices and the staff/manager added the almond slices with no charge since it was my first time there. However when I got home, there were still coconut shreds. I'm not a fan of coconut shreds, but I was hungry so I still ate it regardless lol.
