This place is just amazing. It's way better than Jamba Juice too. Their smoothies have something that will always want you coming back for more. Yet somehow they still serve you a perfect serving. The workers were just so nice. The only reason I'm giving this place 4 stars is because I feel the vibe of the shop isn't working for me. read more

Walking in the store, two of the girls who were working were so rude to us, yelled so aggressively if we were ready or not, when we got our drink she slammed the drink so hard and told us "HERE!" no enjoy or have a good day just straight out rudeness, and also they were not wearing dress code, one of the most rude girl was showing her stomach so much and she had all her piercings out, i hate that it happen after a stressful day at work and i was trying to relax and enjoy my evening with my boyfriend, i love the drinks but not the customer service read more

Not a fan of juice it up but my son is...... stopped by after shopping next door (same shopping center where I was making a return) when my son asked to come here. So we came here, to my surprise this place was very welcoming. Not busy at all and service was great. Thanks would consider to visit more often thanks read more

Friendly service and drinks come out quick after ordering. There are lots of options for juice, smoothie, acai bowls and you can customize. I would only call out the berries situation and no almond butter but at least there's a sign outside. Inside is relaxed with benches to wait! read more

Not taking orders 20 min before closing with 3 other people waiting for drinks seems...unfortunate for me. Readers can take that for what it is. I checked online orders, which was still available, but decided against doing it since the nice worker already decided they didn't wanna even take my order let alone make it. read more

Shoutout to Yesenia for providing such wonderful, attentive and prompt service. She handled a rush on her own very well and everything tasted great! Unfortunately no tables inside but enjoyed our acai bowl and smoothie on the big bench inside. First time at this location, we will be back! Thanks Yesenia! Oh yeah we ordered an acai bowl, pink cool-ada and and ever green, A+ all around read more

Visited on a Sunday afternoon. Very clean juice bar. Two ladies were working and I was greeted and welcome right away. Ordered 1 açaí bowl and 2 smoothies. Came here right when they opened yesterday 08/24/25. The server was very nice and knowledgeable, giving great recommendations, which we followed. We got the Zone and the Protein Blast. We came to this juice shop in Buena Park because I searched it was the closest to our hotel we were staying at. We are not from around here. The service we received here from Server: Joshuary P. (Name on receipt) was excellent. She gave great service, and efficiently made our order and even drew little ghosts on our drinks which made it so festive as it was Halloween. I had their protein acai bowl and large evergreen smoothie. Both were out of this world! Their protein acai bowl had just the right amount of peanut butter, as most places either give too much or too little. My bf had their strawberry horchata and vital proteins bowl (it was blue colored) and he said it was really good too! Afterwards we went to the Homegoods next door which was also so cool. Hope you guys continue to do well! read more

Juice It Up! - This was all SO good! Yummy - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Buena Park, California

Service was HORRIBLE . Greed is filled in the açai bowls. The girls were wearing pajamas to work , it must have been pajama day. They charge for the extra that is made out of your bowls ( $1.50 ) & blamed the manager for it . Worst part is when i walked out to take a picture of the restaurant for my review i saw her dump the entire thing out . What would have hurt her to give me what i paid for $10.99? Little girl needs to experience more of life to know the value of food that is being PAID FOR , lazy girl didnt even know where the 'button' was at in the machine to charge for The Extra . I will be taking my business elsewhere. Fyi, this açai bowl was given away to someone else that can indulge on it since i left with a bitter taste of this biz. read more

Always quick and always friendly. Amelia immediately greeted us with a smile and was very pleasant to deal with. Love our smoothies here!

I had Juice It Up! at another location, their Açaí berry smoothie was really good so I craved it for the longest time but when I came to this location on spring st in Long Beach it just wasn't the same. Service was a bit slow I think they were new so i understand but also 2 guys that came in after me who I saw place their order at the counter received their drinks before me and keep in mind I had already been waiting about 10 minutes before they walked in, I was not in a rush so it was fine but I don't think it's fair to put some before others. Wouldn't give this location another try but maybe another Juice It Up! ? read more

First time going and it was a good experience. I ordered the detoxifier and it was very tasty. My daughter ordered the strawberry wave bowl and she finished it. She doesn't usually finish her food but this time she did. I would definitely go back & try their other drinks. Unfortunately, there was only one worker that time (10:30am) and customers started coming in. She was very efficient and friendly despite being alone. I did not have the chance to take a picture of the strawberry wave bowl. Like I said, my daughter dug in right away. read more

I had just gotten surgery & I really needed a "cleanse". I specifically came here for the detoxifier. It is a bit pricey but considering how expensive everything is nowadays, I guess I'm not too shocked. I ordered mine without the ginger because it greatly improves the taste without it. Within minutes my stomach felt a lot better. So with that being said, I highly recommend getting this drink if you're in need of a belly washer that not only works but also tastes great. It's a natural way to clean your gut without having to take pills or nasty medicine. read more

I come here every day and what i witnessed today was unbelievable. There was a couple yelling and threatening the juice it up employees. They were told to exit not just by the employees but from other customers and myself. I would not recommend this spot due to rude customers like that. read more

One thing I do g like about this place is the service I order a green juice , and the girl attend more people like finish my order first I was here first now I have to wait for all 4 people who placed an order after me which is really not fair I thought it wa digest come first serve I notice she has no help and she is alone Juice it up should hire an extra person, not coming back to this place again. Unfortunately I accidentally ordered from this awful store again. I have ordered from other locations and they have no problem keeping their pretzel bites from becoming tasteless rocks. Bad experience at this location. It's dark in there and always dirty, trash on the ground and the seats. I ordered online today 12/14 while shopping next door and time said 20 minutes. Which is fine but I arrived earlier than that, there's nobody in the store. I sat down and just waited, girl asked me if I'm ready to order and I replied i just ordered online. She asks if I just put the order in a few minutes ago to which I reply Yes, she said Well You have to wait. I reply that's fine. I understand, thinking she has many other orders to fill, I am fine with waiting. To my surprise, the girl just starts texting on her phone. I sat there for 15 minutes waiting while she just was on her phone. I don't understand why you would have a customer waiting so long when you have no other customers/ orders. Super petty read more

Sicily and Regan were my servers here and they were amazing! I came in looking for a drink for my daughter and they helped guide me through a customized drink that fit her pallette. She's a 2 yr old so it was tough to find a premade drink that fits what she likes. They also were very accommodating to my request because there was a peanut butter protein coffee drink that I liked but I couldn't drink more coffee that day, so they adjusted it to remove the coffee and it tasted almost the same. The place is small but it's very clean and has just the right amount of room for the amount of people that come through. Will definitely come again! read more
