We came to this juice shop in Buena Park because I searched it was the closest to our hotel we were staying at. We are not from around here. The service we received here from Server: Joshuary P. (Name on receipt) was excellent. She gave great service, and efficiently made our order and even drew little ghosts on our drinks which made it so festive as it was Halloween. I had their protein acai bowl and large evergreen smoothie. Both were out of this world! Their protein acai bowl had just the right amount of peanut butter, as most places either give too much or too little. My bf had their strawberry horchata and vital proteins bowl (it was blue colored) and he said it was really good too! Afterwards we went to the Homegoods next door which was also so cool. Service was HORRIBLE . Greed is filled in the açai bowls. The girls were wearing pajamas to work , it must have been pajama day. They charge for the extra that is made out of your bowls ( $1.50 ) & blamed the manager for it . Worst part is when i walked out to take a picture of the restaurant for my review i saw her dump the entire thing out . What would have hurt her to give me what i paid for $10.99? Little girl needs to experience more of life to know the value of food that is being PAID FOR , lazy girl didnt even know where the 'button' was at in the machine to charge for The Extra . I had Juice It Up! at another location, their Açaí berry smoothie was really good so I craved it for the longest time but when I came to this location on spring st in Long Beach it just wasn't the same. Service was a bit slow I think they were new so i understand but also 2 guys that came in after me who I saw place their order at the counter received their drinks before me and keep in mind I had already been waiting about 10 minutes before they walked in, I was not in a rush so it was fine but I don't think it's fair to put some before others. First time going and it was a good experience. I ordered the detoxifier and it was very tasty. My daughter ordered the strawberry wave bowl and she finished it. She doesn't usually finish her food but this time she did. I would definitely go back & try their other drinks. Unfortunately, there was only one worker that time (10:30am) and customers started coming in. She was very efficient and friendly despite being alone. It is a bit pricey but considering how expensive everything is nowadays, I guess I'm not too shocked. I ordered mine without the ginger because it greatly improves the taste without it. Bad experience at this location. It's dark in there and always dirty, trash on the ground and the seats. I ordered online today 12/14 while shopping next door and time said 20 minutes. Which is fine but I arrived earlier than that, there's nobody in the store. I sat down and just waited, girl asked me if I'm ready to order and I replied i just ordered online. She asks if I just put the order in a few minutes ago to which I reply Yes, she said Well You have to wait. I reply that's fine. Sicily and Regan were my servers here and they were amazing! I came in looking for a drink for my daughter and they helped guide me through a customized drink that fit her pallette. She's a 2 yr old so it was tough to find a premade drink that fits what she likes. They also were very accommodating to my request because there was a peanut butter protein coffee drink that I liked but I couldn't drink more coffee that day, so they adjusted it to remove the coffee and it tasted almost the same. You can always add more for an additional cost. An acai bowl needs granola, so I like getting the Hemp Plus Granola, plus lots of fruits like strawberries, blueberries, and pineapples. They also have a limited time bowl, the Paçoca Acai Bowl. It has Layered Coconut and Sambazon Açaí base topped with Hemp Plus Granola, Banana, Coconut Flakes, and Paçoca. This drink sold me. We also got the Oreo Shake. This tasted exactly how an Oreo shake should taste. No cheap shortcuts or off-brand cookie flavor. Great drinks can only carry a place so far--hopefully the customer service improves because the products themselves are worth coming back for.

While it does require more preparation, it would make a noticeable difference. Ripe bananas are naturally sweeter, and removing the strings would eliminate much of the bitterness while creating a smoother, creamier syrup and cold foam. I also ordered the regular Matcha Latte, and personally, I found it more enjoyable than the Banana Matcha. That said, my all-time favorite drink here is still the Butter Honey Latte. It's incredibly creamy, rich, and full of flavor. I highly recommend giving that one a try!

Very Disappointing Experience -- Poor Customer Service…read more A friend of mine came to visit from out of state, and since she had been looking forward to having Korean patbingsu (shaved ice with sweet red beans) while visiting the U.S., we decided to go to Sulbing. We ordered patbingsu, bungeoppang (Korean fish-shaped pastry), and an iced café latte. All three items were placed together on one tray. Before eating, I took a picture to post on Instagram. Then, when I picked up the iced latte to take a sip, the lid came off because it had not been properly secured, and the entire drink spilled all over my clothes. I immediately told the staff that the lid had not been properly closed. Instead of apologizing or offering any help, the employees insisted that they had definitely closed it properly and that they had heard the lid "click." They basically said it was not their fault. What was even more upsetting was that they then walked into the kitchen and left us without offering any assistance at all. We asked for something to clean up the mess, but they told us that the tissues were outside and that it was self-service. They simply handed me a mop and expected me to clean everything myself. I was honestly shocked by the lack of basic courtesy and customer service. I went to the restroom and tried to clean my clothes with water as best I could. When I came back out, I saw the two employees inside the kitchen laughing and chatting together. At that point, I was extremely upset. Despite everything, I stayed because my friend had traveled a long way and had really wanted to try the patbingsu and bungeoppang. We tried to enjoy our food, but the whole experience left a very unpleasant impression. Later, when I looked again at the latte photo I had taken for Instagram before the spill, I could clearly see that the lid was not properly sealed. I don't usually write negative reviews, but this experience was so disappointing that I felt I needed to share it. Mistakes can happen, and I would have understood if the staff had simply apologized and tried to help. What was most upsetting was the attitude afterward -- no apology, no assistance, and no basic courtesy. I will not be returning to this location.

I'm not sure about the owner of this place, but I really wish I knew! Every time I visit Subway and then head to Juice It Up next door, there seems to be only one staff member on duty. It's quite frustrating, to be honest. I'm a regular customer here, and almost 9 out of 10 times, it's just one person working. It's hard to understand why the management is okay with putting such a heavy workload on a single individual. The result is always a long line, and the wait feels never-ending. I really think the owner should step up their game and improve the situation. I genuinely love the drinks here, but the management really needs to address this issue. It's sad to see that many places prioritize maximizing profits over providing proper staffing, which ultimately affects the overall experience for customers. read more

Really want to thank the Juice It Up staff especially Belle and Regan. They are amazing, we take my mom a Protein Blast Smoothie everyday when we visit her. The juices and smoothies have really helped with her Covid-19 recovery, doctors are calling it a miracle she had to collapsed lungs and 5 chest tubes inserted she is one tough lady. I chose to have a custom mix of my favorite juices. $10 large 32oz. Watermelon Cucumber and Guava it's a mix that's very refreshing especially on a hot and humid day. 10/10 It's absolutely delicious per usual. I returned and calmly explained the situation, but the server responded with an attitude, saying I should know which drink was missing. While preparing the replacement, the server handled items with bare hands, even reaching inside the tea container from the fridge getting his hands wet with the tea in the process, (basically putting his hands inside the tea container). That raised serious hygiene concerns for me. I ended up throwing the drinks away because I no longer felt comfortable consuming them. They offered a free drink for next time, but unfortunately, this experience has made me lose trust. I hope management takes food safety and customer service more seriously going forward.

Right next door is a newly opened Hawaiian BBQ restaurant. Parking can be a little bit hard depending on on the time of day. They also are confident about the heat seal on takeout containers- they put them side by side with one literally upside down in the bag to conserve space! The tea also kept well overnight refrigerated. So I had one for the day and one for the next day.

Their lattes are so good, especially their iced white chocolate (recommend!!!). They are pretty busy in the drive thru so waiting is expected but imo it's worth it. The times I've gone inside it's always been clean and I notice the workers are on it when it comes to messes at the tables. Always hear a good morning or hello when coming in or when others enter so very friendly staff who are attentive to their customers. Love this store and I'll keep coming back!

So nice for stopping by to get coffee, or sitting and chatting with friends over coffee. I noticed a lot of people commented that the drive thru is slow- I have done the drive thru a few times, and on one occasion, it was indeed extremely slow. I usually just park and go inside, which I recommend doing.
