After a long day at work, I ordered (on the app) my usual vegetable juice "the Immunizer" & it was ready for pick up when I got there! The staff have always been very nice, friendly & polite! Thanks guys read more

I got the red juice with beet and carrot among other ingredients, but I was not a big fan. I think I just ordered the wrong thing. Maybe I should've gotten the green juice. It was relatively expensive for a small cup. Service is not that fast? A few seats but it's not a cozy setting to hang out. Would order something other than the beet juice next time read more

I love a good acai bowl! I like that Juice It Up offers a variety of different acai bowls, smoothie bowls, smoothies, and more. I like their Build-Your-Own Bowl option so that I can customize it to exactly how I want it. For your bases, you can choose up to 3. My favorite is their Organic Acai, but I also like their Dragon Fruit and Passion Fruit bases. The three of them went really well together. You also have the option to add honey and 3 toppings. You can always add more for an additional cost. An acai bowl needs granola, so I like getting the Hemp Plus Granola, plus lots of fruits like strawberries, blueberries, and pineapples. They also have a limited time bowl, the Paçoca Acai Bowl. It has Layered Coconut and Sambazon Açaí base topped with Hemp Plus Granola, Banana, Coconut Flakes, and Paçoca. I wasn't sure how I'd feel about the Paçoca, a sweet Brazilian peanut crumble, at first, but I ended up really enjoying it! I also tried the Vital Proteins Blue Smoothie. It's not bad, but it wasn't my favorite. I'd prefer to get an acai bowl instead! read more

I was feeling under the weather and craved a smoothie. Juice it up was the closest option for me. I ordered a strawberry banana and swapped the apple juice blend for OJ and added honey. It hit the spot. The smoothie was thick and packed with flavor. The large ran just over $10.00 Service was super friendly. The place had a huge flow of customers coming in and out. Located off Knott and Katella. They open at 8:00 am. read more

Yummy! My friends and I went for a quick sweet drink and were excited to try. I wasn't able to get the name of the person working, but she was so sweet even thought he was working by herself! We came right before rush hour with a big group and she was still so kind to us! This first experience did not disappoint read more

Just came in here for a quick smoothie and it was yummy! A bit too sweet for me (otherwise I'd give it 5 stars), but very good and friendly customer service. The prices are good for what you get. I got a large for $9 and it was very big with lots of smoothie. I ordered the pina colada smoothie and it was a treat. read more

My visit to Juice it Up was great today. Lilly was so helpful and friendly. She helped me with great recommendation on my smoothie.

Such a good place. I've tried many smoothie places and this one is top notch. I tend to try any strawberry smoothies to compare places and Avery recommended me the strawberry wave. SO SO GOOD!!! Highly recommend that drink if it's your first time. Avery was so sweet and ran some of the drinks down with me with no rush. Love him and the staff there! read more

I picked up a large and small size Mighty-C Immunity Juice and could not believe they were putting the pineapple with the green skin in the juicer. Got back to the office and this is what it looked like once the fiber settled! Tastes bitter and looks awful. I paid $24 for 1/2 fiber instead of pressed juice. Never going back to this company. They don't take pride in the work or product. This like the 3rd bad experience I've had since buying from this store in last 2 months. read more

Thanks Eileen for the friendly and helpful service. Just tell her what you are the mood for, she will recommend the best drinks!

Normally I don't leave reviews but this was absolutely insane 1. As I was ordering, I asked the cashier if they had a first responder discount and straight from the beginning the cashier had an attitude. Not sure if my friend and I were taking too long to order, it was too early in the morning, or what happened to get a reaction like that. She then proceeded to tell me that they don't. I was confused because the other Juice It Up had a first responder discount for EMTs so I told/asked her the same thing. She then told me that the other location had a different owner and that even if she did have a discount it was only for veterans (still with an attitude) 2. As I was ordering the cashier, who's name I still didn't know, was very blunt and rude. I had messed up my order and she made it seem like it was such a hassle to change my order 3. When I paid, she had left to work on my friend and my's order. I had selected to print my receipt (I scan them for points on another app) and asked her if I could just reach over to take the receipt to save her time & the walk over. She said she's got it, walked over, took the receipt, and CROSSED OUT HER NAME. I wasn't even thinking about leaving a review but dang. I couldn't even figure out her name until I looked at previous reviews and someone else left a review with her name so I pieced together from what I could see from the crossed bits on the receipt- our cashier was Jazlyn C 4. I wish I took a picture(!) but my avocado toast had frozen avocado on it! It was pretty much ice cream on toast with everything but bagel seasoning on it The smoothie was good though & the inside was squeaky clean! read more

Avery did such an amazing job with my smoothie! His service is so amazing and it took no time at all to get my drink

Horrible service from Jazlyn C.! I ordered a 2 protein bowls. She asked me a couple of questions regarding my order and asked her to explain some differences in bowls and she pointed to the board and asked me to read the board. Rather than doing her job and helping a customer. She could have told me the difference rather than being lazy and pointing to the screen and asking me to read. Finally my order is ready to go. And it's the wrong order! My husband ask her is this not a protein bowl that my wife orders as he pointed to the screen and she confirmed that his a protein bowl. Then he said why did you hand me these? This is not what we ordered. Rather then offering to fix it help the situation she says well I can't remake an order for free! He said even if you messed up our order, you can't fix it?! She said no! He asked for a refund and she agreed. The fact she wasn't even willing to problem solve You can tell she did not want to deal the situation she created. Horrible experience today I have been coming here for years. And this is the first encounter that we had with someone was so negative and unpleasant. read more

Great smoothie bowl and friendly service. I ordered a seasonal smoothie bowl (the horchata). It reminded me of the drink or even rice pudding. I ordered a regular but they made extra and gave me a large. A large bowl is a LOT of food. Enough for 2 people. Prices are reasonable and the staff is friendly. I came on a Sunday afternoon and there was no wait. I walked out within 5 minutes. read more

This was my first time at Juice it up. I normally go to Jamba and get their mango smoothie with protein. Here, I got the medium mango mania ($5) add whey protein ($1) and vita boost ($0.50) It was not good, barely any flavor and almost immediately separated. I think they use too much ice here. Very disappointed, would not recommend. read more

Juice It Up! - Medium mango mania. Overpriced and no flavor. Do not recommend. - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Cypress, California

I go to this Juice It Up at least two or three times a month and always pre-order my smoothie before I get there so I don't have to wait. I pre-ordered this time and when I walked in no one greeted me. She was helping someone else so I politely waited as two more people walked in behind me. She proceeded to help the two people behind me saying they had mobile orders and never asked me if mine was a mobile order or not. When I informed her that my order was a mobile order she was rude and got short with me. She then noticed that she hadn't made my smoothie or my waffle. I then had to wait another 5 minutes and I told her I was late for work and she then told me I was not able to come to this facility anymore to receive my smoothies. I didn't think I heard her correctly, so I repeated back to her you're not going to make my smoothies anymore? She said yes! I'm mind blown at the way I was treated and I definitely will not be returning! read more
