I like their Build-Your-Own Bowl option so that I can customize it to exactly how I want it. For your bases, you can choose up to 3. My favorite is their Organic Acai, but I also like their Dragon Fruit and Passion Fruit bases. The three of them went really well together. You also have the option to add honey and 3 toppings. You can always add more for an additional cost. An acai bowl needs granola, so I like getting the Hemp Plus Granola, plus lots of fruits like strawberries, blueberries, and pineapples. They also have a limited time bowl, the Paçoca Acai Bowl. It has Layered Coconut and Sambazon Açaí base topped with Hemp Plus Granola, Banana, Coconut Flakes, and Paçoca. I wasn't sure how I'd feel about the Paçoca, a sweet Brazilian peanut crumble, at first, but I ended up really enjoying it! I also tried the Vital Proteins Blue Smoothie. Normally I don't leave reviews but this was absolutely insane 1. As I was ordering, I asked the cashier if they had a first responder discount and straight from the beginning the cashier had an attitude. Not sure if my friend and I were taking too long to order, it was too early in the morning, or what happened to get a reaction like that. She then proceeded to tell me that they don't. I was confused because the other Juice It Up had a first responder discount for EMTs so I told/asked her the same thing. She then told me that the other location had a different owner and that even if she did have a discount it was only for veterans (still with an attitude) 2. As I was ordering the cashier, who's name I still didn't know, was very blunt and rude. I had messed up my order and she made it seem like it was such a hassle to change my order 3. When I paid, she had left to work on my friend and my's order. I had selected to print my receipt (I scan them for points on another app) and asked her if I could just reach over to take the receipt to save her time & the walk over. She said she's got it, walked over, took the receipt, and CROSSED OUT HER NAME. I wasn't even thinking about leaving a review but dang. I couldn't even figure out her name until I looked at previous reviews and someone else left a review with her name so I pieced together from what I could see from the crossed bits on the receipt- our cashier was Jazlyn C 4. I go to this Juice It Up at least two or three times a month and always pre-order my smoothie before I get there so I don't have to wait. I pre-ordered this time and when I walked in no one greeted me. She was helping someone else so I politely waited as two more people walked in behind me. She proceeded to help the two people behind me saying they had mobile orders and never asked me if mine was a mobile order or not.
