TL;DR service is inconsistent, quality is inconsistent. I've been going to this location for about a year or two now and the service has not been consistent. The quality is also hit or miss compared to the Juice It Ups that I went to back on the CSUF campus. Reason for low rating is as follows: - Drink inconsistency - Order inconsistency - Poor customer service - App issue (although I did not count this against the review) I went here to bring my parents for the first time and we ordered a total of 6 drinks. Strawberry drink had a strong juice taste. Raspberry drink, Acai drink and melon drink tasted watered down (lack of flavor). Mango drink was the only one that didn't have any concerns about. At the price of being nearly $10 a drink, it was not worth it. Not only this, but they messed up on the order. The first was for a large drink that was requested thick. They made a regular size and when we requested them to make the large, they did, but didn't apologize for the mistake and purposefully had the drink overflowing from the top and sides pretty badly without offering to wipe it. The drink also came out not-thick. After, we had 5 of 6 drinks at this time. A few customers came in and by this time, it was about 30 minutes since we've ordered. As the customer was leaving, the cashier told the customer she gave her a free large drink because there was extra, meanwhile, the extras they had from our drinks were kept for themselves. This didn't really bother me as a customer, but my concern was when I asked if they forgot my drink. They just asked what it was and they said they'd make it. No apologies and no smile. As I turned away, my family saw them talking and looking at me like I inconvenienced them. Again, the drink was made, but no apologies or compensation given. Overall, they lose a star for consistency of drinks from my visits over the year. They lose two more stars for getting our order wrong/forgotten and not having any form of sincerity, while also acting unprofessional and like they had somewhere else to be. read more

I ordered at 8:47 pm on October 25, 2024. I understand that I was ordering pretty late and close to their closing time. However, I did call and let this girl know that I was going to be 3 minutes late and gave my apologies. She rudely said we close at 9, but I guess I can hold your drinks. We said thank you and sorry for the inconvenience. When we got to the store, she was giving us a very rude look and grabbed our drinks for us and rudely slammed the drinks on the counter. As well as ignored us when we said we were sorry. She just rolled her eyes at us and gave a deep sigh. On top of that, she made my order wrong completely as to I am a regular here and always get the same thing. Spent a few days in a row having breakfast on the run here. The staff is awesome. I even downloaded the app to take advantage of savings as well as order ahead for pick up. So far I have been to two locations and I simply enjoy their service and the fresh deliciousness of their Açaí bowls and fresh juices. Place is well kept and the ingredients are fresh. There was an influx of people after I ordered but the service is extremely slow.. the online orders had priority and were made before the people in store. Going to a juice it up, I've never had any problems with any rude employees, and it's a breathe of fresh air because you find rude cashiers all the time, but at this location, today i encountered a very rude "manager", the wrong manger was chosen for this job obviously because managers are supposed to set the example, if this is who the manager is then I won't be coming back to this juice it up anymore. Hope something gets done about it. My biggest pet peeve is attitude for no reason.
