Honestly the fastest smoothie place I've ever been too! There was 4 ppl ahead of me I ordered 3 large smoothies and a bowl I was out in 7 mins.. the employees with tattoos nd other employee was working she's incredibly fast. But also wanted say I feel bad for the employees.. the customers are so horrible towards them!!! Customer try's to give employee a hard time for a free smoothie I believe. For all the times I've been here, I've had a great experience and great customer service. Cashiers have been friendly and have been greeted everytime. My drinks: Ultimate Acai, no bananas, sub for frozen yogurt (I've been getting this here ever since they came out with the drink) - I totally recommend this drink this way Melon madness. No bananas sub for more strawberries Strawberries wave. No bananas sub for more strawberries. As you can tell I don't like bananas in my drinks. You can't go wrong with any drink really. It depends on your palate. I have more of a sweet palate. My sister who likes more of a tart/tang, she usually gets the lucky punch. The only downside is the wait to order/get your drinks depending on how busy it gets. So, with that said, it's understandable with the minimal staff they have/need. And this isn't everytime. I never post but I had to today. This morning I ordered a bluetox on the app. I arrive but remain in my vehicle briefly to answer work emails. I can see there's no one in the shop besides the worker. I proceeded to go inside for my drink. I'm asked to show proof that it's my drink via the app which I've never had to do at any other location. Then I questioned the drink itself because it's not blue like the photo the worker proceeds to tell me I ordered it without spirulina and tries to show me the receipt. I said I just clicked on the app I didn't make any changes to the drink and I checked out, mind you I used a $5.00 coupon I had received...but OK if I made a mistake, please make me a new bluetox drink, she proceeded to tell me it's fresh as she dump the drink back into the blender. I'm the customer please make me a fresh drink, she's wants to go back and forth with me about making me a new drink. She said I saw you outside in your truck when I was making this one?? So then why you needed me to prove to you this was my order when I walked in and asked for the drink. I decided that I would leave, the interrogation from the beginning was whack. The lack of customer service truly unbelievable for a place that is about wellness and chill. I decided to go back in and said, could you please make me a new drink? She wants to call her boss the owner to look at the camera and tell me that it's a fresh drink I just left it was too much negativity for $9 at 8am. So this is my first time going to Juice it up! I was in the area running errands. I was hungry but didn't want a meal. It was around 12pm ish and wanted something light but yet will have my satisfied ...Since the Covid 19 I am so scared. I was happy when these two young ladies were both wearing mask (as everyone should be), store was empty and very clean. Yes I paid attention to everything! The menu is large. I didn't know what I wanted since this is my first time here. This young girl with red color hair was very nice. I asked her what do you recommend? She said are you allergic to anything? I said no I'm not. Never ever I have been asked that. That is a good thing! I believe she said are you looking for a bowl or smoothie. I said a smoothie and I want something with strawberries and pineapples ect. JUST NO COCONUTS!!! She said Lava Flow....I said perfect I will take that!! After that she said "may I have your name for the order" OMG of course and I gave her my name. Since I work in customer service I was like wowwwww someone is training RIGHT! I LOVE IT!!! This girl had to be no more then 18 years old. Meanwhile she washed her hands and started my drink. The other girl came from the back and just started wiping counters and whatever else she was doing but I love young ladies working and being professional. Of course when she gave me my smoothie I smiled because she said my name when she gave it to me, she wrote little cute things on my cup saying Have a good evening, come back and my name. I said you ladies have a good evening too. As I was walking out the door they both said my name. I said what are your names. The girl who took my order and made my delicious smoothie name was Asantay and the adorable young lady name was Mandie. This is how service is suppose to be. I love it! I definitely will always come back on a Sunday and I hope their both there. Thank you both Asantay and Mandie for being very nice, professional, keeping the store clean especially during the Covid 19. I was expecting more melons (honeydew, wintermelon, etc) and more of a watermelon flavor because I only taste the watermelon half way through the large sized cup.
