Been coming here for years ( like 20 yrs) I Love their smoothies! And love this place!! I'm never disappointed here.

Hi so I came here one time and I loved every moment ! The place is very clean and it smells very fresh ! The whiteboard had all of the team members with cute Polaroids ! I ordered an açaí berry bowl and Ashanti made it very cute and she also wrote an nice note on my bowl ! I also didn't wait very long at all and the bowl still looked very tasty. I am an photographer so I travel a lot and end up everywhere, so the next time I'm around this juice it up I won't hesitate to come back in. Thank you juice it up ! read more

I love this juice it up. My order is always made the way I like it, very quick service. The team member Risa remembers me and rings up my order before I have a chance to say it and to me, that's great customer service. I really do appreciate that. If you live in this area I would recommend to go to this juice it up because it's FREAKING AWESOME LOL!!!! read more

Made a last minute sweets run before closing time, and Jeremy was super helpful! Customer service was excellent, and the store was nice and clean. Will definitely come back again :) read more

Oooooof! These girls held it down. I'm triggered from my own Jamba days. Long a** line but it's not their fault. They kept it moving! And TBH to y'all who like to be on they phone while ordering???? Annoying AF to the associates working. Also KNOW WTH you want to order by the time you get to the front!! Do NOT wait until you get there to look at the menu. Like GIRRLLL!! Ugh I digress. Also it's annoying when you're watching them work, like they know what they're doing! Sorry sorry ok I'm done. Good job girls read more

Are you kidding me with this girl's energy? Smile much? One should take pride in ones job or quit. Needless to say I won't be coming back anytime soon. No name tag on this cashier, just a frown. Update: management responded which shows me they care about customer service. Updating my experience to 3 stars. read more

I come here almost every other lunch , they can get pretty busy but they never fail to get my order to me on time. they are always super friendly,10/10 recommend. plus their Acai bowls and shakes are the best when you're not feeling like eating a heavy lunch read more

This location f-ing sucks! Some of the young employees have no work ethics. First time I came to this location there were two young girls working the night shift and messing around like it was a high school play yard. Time passes and I decided to give this placed another shot and since its close to my younger brother's house. I placed a mobile order on 12/9. This time one employee and get this...here comes how great their work ethic is...she never acknowledge or even bothers to look up at me until there was nobody left in the store. Seriously! I placed a mobile order so I can quickly come in and leave but noooo...did that happened? I had to wait an extra 10 to 15 mins to be acknowledge to get my order. Ridiculous! Now, I will avoid this location. I would rather drive the distance to receive the right customer service. read more

I have never had a bad experience here at this location. The only dilemma is deciding which drink to choose from. So far, my husband and I have tried all of the choices and by far, the luckiest drink is the "Lava Flow". I think it's because it reminds us of a Big Stick popsicle that we used to have as a child. It's a great neighborhood location. read more

This is my all-tine favorite juice and smoothie place. The owner is so kind and the juice and smoothies are the best around!!

i already left a review. so much more to say. i came to the cypress location in orange county, california. i came in asking for water. i was asked if i wanted to buy water. i told them i am a diabetic. immediately she gave me water with ice. i sat and drank my water. and relaxed for about 30 minutes. i was looking at the big screen. what was showing. all the diffrent juces. what goes in them. and how it was made. so i decided to order a medium mango menia. i did not get her name. must be the store mananger. but she was so helpful in helping me to decide what juice to buy. to say it was my first time. and to say it was delecious. and when it was time for me to leave. she was concern enought. to kindly tell me. to check my sugar when getting home. when ever i am in cypress. i will go to juce it up. and get me a juice. a little kindness being friendly. goes a long ways. and to be concern about me as a customer. to tell me. to check my sugar. when getting home. i felt she cared enought to tell me. i will definitely be coming back. jackie, buena park california. read more

Bad service. Order 7 smoothies and they never started my order after 30 minutes waiting and at least 8 customers after me

Great, great service from the girl with short hair and glasses. She was super kind and had fast service. 10/10 would come again. The girl the tattoos was also very kind and helpful the staff is amazing read more

I went here to grab a smoothie walked in 10 mins before closing and the owner (I forgot his name) still helped me. He was the only one there and still had a smile on his face even with a full store of people. read more

I LOVE COMING HERE! really awesome service every time I come. There are usually to girls when I come during the lunch rush around 11:30-12 they are always very nice and work together to get food out in a timely manner. The other day I came in there was a lady who was being really rude to the girls and they handled the situation calmly and professionally! I will continue to come here and enjoy delicious drinks! read more

Customer service was horrible and I ordered the zone the drink was horrible as well I even said I really can't taste any peanut butter in here and he said well I put it in there. Not to mention I watched him after he blended poured the smoothie into the cup and then back in the blender because he forgot to add bananas!!!!! When you try to call the phone number available it goes to a voicemail that hasn't even been set up this place is horrible read more

This is not the best juice it up, the bowl was alright, though not even full and super sparse on the toppings, barley any granola at all. What makes it worse is that there was so much left in the blender, I asked the girl that made what they did with all the extra, she said they had to throw it out. Then why not just fill the bowl? I had just had a bowl at the juice it up in H.B. So I know what a good bowl looks like. That's probably why I was so disappointed. read more

The best service and the best smoothies Oh yeah I love using the app Thank you for have my smoothie ready for me

Im here right now and I wanna leave already. The smoothies here are better than Jamba Juice in my opinion ( i get melon madness. Tastes like candy), but the customer service here is TERRIBLE. Im always in a good mood... Until Im here. This man ( manager?) is always grumpy and unfriendly. He has an attitude every single time and was extremely rude today to other customers, raising his voice and talking to everyone like theyre children misbehaving. The girl associate was not happy either but I wouldnt blame her. I will no longer come to this location! Id rather drive farther for a better experience. Customer service is everything. read more

Website says they open at 930, got there at 945 to find out that time is crossed out very sloppery with 10 on it, so I wait and go to Ross for a bit, come back at 1015 and no one is still here. Place is goddamn joke. Don't run a business if you can't even open the goddamn place on time or even have the correct info. read more

Not friendly, but at least they're fast. They don't ask you if you want a free boost, and the student discout mentioned by another yelper isn't advertised anywhere. I wish I would have known about that sooner. I've had the green tea chiller at other Juice it Up! locations and compared to those, this one tasted kinda funny. A lot like yogurt and not much like green tea. I guess I'll stick with the Acai, they do that one right. And they only have plain pretzels with cheese, no other flavors to be found here. read more

I'm a pretty plain guy- my usual drinks are either the Strawberry Wave or the Orange Berry Tickler (I'm secure with my masculinity). The service is always quick and the area clean. The only gripe is that I'd like to see a little less chest hair when I order. As a guy, I'm cool with it. I can appreciate that it was a warm day and a few buttons need to be loosened, but I'm not so sure that other folk would empathize so readily. I got my smoothie quickly and the Berry Tickler certainly lived up to its name. Whatever effect the chest hair sighting had on me was dashed by the smooth synth sounds of Stevie B on the radio. read more

I love Juice It Up and have gone to many locations, but this location is by far the worst out of all of them. The place was not inviting, the energy was heavy and complacent and the customer service was non-existent. I am surprise they get any business! The older brunette gentlemen with the beard and the cashier girl did not look like they care to be there, they did not greet me and did not care to see if they could help, I felt like they were secretly hoping the place could go out of business so they can never have to serve another customer again. It also seems like they skimp on the products and did not even have straws and napkins readily accessible. It's something they give you from inside if you ask. My advice would be to get rid of the grumpy man and hire fresh new faces who can exude better energy and customer service. Never ever coming here again. I would rather go further Then to have to deal with the management. read more

Big shoutout to Grant.Made me 2 delicious drinks. He had a great attitude and was prepared to work hard. Will definitely be coming back

I've been coming to this place since I was little. And I continue to come here because they make their smoothies right. I would bring my little cousins here after school all the time because they love it so much. However, today I never felt more disappointed. As a loyal customer and the owner knows who I am, I felt like the situation wasn't handled as well as it could have been. They made us wait for our smoothies and they said they called us and we waited a long time for our smoothies. They just set them on the counter near the register? Like how are we supposed to know it's ready. We would have heard our smoothies being called if they really did call us. And mind you, there were two workers who saw us waiting there. Like doesn't that ring a bell? Why are these customers waiting? Are they waiting for their drinks? OBVIOUSLY. The owner finally noticed that the people who ordered after us got their drinks and we didn't he said "oh your drinks are here" and I was obviously pissed because now our smoothies are watered down and melted and not as good as they usually are. Total waste of money. I'm pretty sure we aren't coming back because he didn't even apologize. That's the thing. It's a miscommunication but he pretty much blamed me, when he was in the wrong as well. read more

I'm probably the only person around who loves the Banana-rama smoothie at Juice It Up. One day, I'll bump into someone else that adores pure banana smoothies and we'll be a perfect match. But it's more than the banana-ramas that make this branch my favorite Juice It Up, and way better than Jamba. The manager/owner is super friendly. I don't remember his employees well enough to comment on them, but the owner is very nice. He recognizes regulars and remembers things about them, like what they do for a living, what's going on in their lives, etc. He's also always trying to find ways to offer discounts and deals to customers through promotional events. The smoothies themselves are creamy, as most Juice it ups, as opposed to Jambas, which are more icy and thick. Directions: In the plaza at the southwest corner of cross streets Katella Ave and Knott Ave. It's on the same side as the Ross, Tillys, and Joann's. read more

With less than a handful of Juice It Up!'s in the area and a soaring volume of Jamba Juice's popping out in a every city center. I am glad I chose this Juice It Up! Lucy was great and recommended the store popular Açaí Bowl which I already forgot the name of and also recommended her favorite toppings while I selected my choice of fruit. Came out to be a delicious Açaí bowl that I'm already considering for lunch again tomorrow! Need more Juice It Up!'s in the area! Delicious! read more

I went out of my way to go to Juice It Up instead of Jamba Juice because I received one of the coupon books. I wanted to use a buy one 32 oz, get a 16 oz. free coupon. But they don't have 16 oz anymore, they have 12 oz. The cashier girl asked the manager and he said I could do the 12 oz. That is not a very enticing deal when their prices are so high. And if the coupon says I get 16 oz I should get at least 16 oz. He should have offered me the 24 oz. as the freebie. I went with a different coupon, two of the 24 oz. for $7. Still barely seems like a deal. My pina colada drink was good but the strawberry banana one tasted like liquid jello. read more

I get covid and all this but I've tried coming here a few times but the hours on yelp/the website/door do not all line up. Really like the place just make sure to call ahead of time to see if they're open before driving over! read more

Love coming here and the mobile app is so handy :) Lauren is always friendly and inviting as well :D

Well, I love this place but today I went in and one girl I dont remember seeing there before, had a huge attitude. I walked in and one other girl was waiting for her smoothie. I stood there for a couple minutes before the nicer girl who I've seen before asked for my order. The other girl was right by me while I waited and completely ignored me. Then she had to make my drink. At this time it was just me there and shes slamming everything. She slammed the pitcher onto the blender and slammed it shut, huffing and puffing, rolling her eyes. I was sitting down watching her. Usually they call out the smoothie order and say thank you, or have a good day....whatever. she slammed my drink down, tossed a straw on the counter and stomps away. Not one word. I work in retail and you cannot act like a an entitled child when helping guests. I dont know what her attitude problem was but it was not a pleasant experience and makes me want to drive a bit further to Jamba juice or that smoothie place off valley view next to round table pizza. I normally love this place but that was not cool. Smoothie was good though, tried Lava Flow. Delicious. read more

The protein shakes here were nasty. It was super thick and made your mouth really dry and they put too much peanut butter. The service was slow even though there were only 2 other customers here. They did not ask what fruit I wanted and just assumed I wanted banana. read more
