I really enjoyed my walnut paleta. The girl behind the counter was nice and she was quick with my items. The inside is very casual and they have some tables and chairs for you to enjoy your treat. I asked if she could add a little ice to my hot coffee because my hands were not clean. She pointed to the ice and told me to get it myself. When I explained that my hands were dirty, she started making faces and rudely said, "GET IT." After that, I wanted to order a donut but was deciding between a chocolate bar and a maple bar. She impatiently asked, "What do you want now?" in a raised voice. I ended up saying, "Just give me anything." She then threw the donut onto the counter. I told her that this was not a good way to treat customers, and she replied, "I DON'T CARE." When I said I would not be coming back because of the way she treated me, she responded, "I don't care. I don't want your business," and walked away to continue cleaning. Unfortunately, this is not the first time she has treated me this way. After reading the reviews for this donut shop, I noticed many other customers have had similar experiences and left reviews describing the same rude behavior. Customer service matters, and no customer should be treated with this level of disrespect.

I'm from Mexico so I've tried traditional esquites and these are the best ones I've EVER had. Not only did it fulfill my craving but the portions are big! The inside and restrooms were clean and the whole place was busy! You know a place's food is good if the demographic showing up is from the region the food is from! Lived in Michoacán for a few years and I am very pleased with this place! Also got tostilocos to try them and honestly it was too much for me, I'll probably ask for less chamoy, but I did enjoy them!

After my second visit here, each time purchasing for cookies, I've learned that half of the cookies are raw inside. And you have no way of knowing which ones are not cooked.
