Even if it's busy the interior is very chill, you can still hear your number being called and finish your meal without any hassle for space. The line is out the door more often than not, but the staff powers through it like a machine. On occasion people with a lack of self preservation take the line straight into the parking lot instead of curving down the sidewalk, but I suppose we're all lacking varying amounts of common sense before breakfast.

We decided to try one of their breakfast sandwiches on a spinach Parmesan bagel. The spinach Parmesan bagel was AMAZING. I would want to go back and get it again. The service after ordering was super quick! There are lots of parking since it's located in a big retail plaza. There were also lots of tables for you to sit down and eat as well. The location has plenty of parking and plenty of seating. There is an outdoor patio, and inside there is a first floor seating area, and a second floor seating area. The interior had high ceilings and modern practical decor. Staff will take your order at the cashier, but they also have a kiosk if you want to avoid human interaction. I was here for a few hours, so I started off with a hot beverage since I saw that they have mug service. I had the hot Churro Latte ($8.15/large) and I was warned it's a bit sweet so staff suggested that I get it less sweet. I appreciated the gesture but maybe that's why I didn't taste too much of the churro flavor. It tasted like a good regular latte but maybe they held back on the caramel and cinnamon to the point I couldn't detect it. Seating is first come first serve. It was actually really busy and difficult to find an ideal spot. Since I was alone I sat at a high top ledge, strategically near an outlet. From what I saw, they had a really good amount of outlets in the indoor seating area. Later on I went back and ordered an iced Blueberry Lavender Matcha with Cold Foam ($9.25/large) and a Deluxe Avocado Toast ($15) which comes with egg, bacon, and herb oil. I like that this location serves the avocado toast with a knife and fork cause it was much needed. It was a bit on the wet side. Maybe I should ask for light herb oil next time. For how much this avocado toast cost, I would have liked more avocado. The avocado was more of a spread, not whole slices of avocado. Still good, just an observation. The blueberry lavender matcha was okay. I could taste the lavender but it was overpowering the matcha and the blueberry was hard to detect at all. Honestly the location and plentiful seatings is what stood out most from this experience. I would consider coming back since I know their products are good from trying their other locations but I wouldn't get the drinks I ordered this time. Online Ordering System Needs Attention…read more I'm leaving this review because this has now happened multiple times and it's clearly not a one-off issue. Every time I place an order through the online ordering system, it provides a specific pickup time. However, when I arrive at that time, the order is almost never ready. Instead, I'm told it will be another 10-30 minutes. At that point, the pickup time in the system becomes meaningless and defeats the entire purpose of ordering ahead. To be fair, the bagels themselves are good, which is the reason I've continued coming back. But the online ordering timing is consistently inaccurate and needs attention. From what I can see, it often feels like the order isn't even started until I arrive. The staff is clearly busy, but the workflow and prioritization of online orders doesn't seem to be managed well. The team often appears rushed and working reactively rather than following a clear process. This feels like a management and operations issue rather than a problem with the employees themselves. If the kitchen is running behind, the system should reflect realistic pickup times so customers can plan accordingly. I'm hoping management sees this feedback and looks into the process. The food is good, but the ordering system and execution need improvement. If this gets addressed, I'd gladly update my review.
