I have been coming here for years. To be exact since 2005. In the time I came I developed a relationship with a few of the workers. I ended up moving to AZ and we always came back. Especially for the blended ice mocha and cookies n cream shake. The drinks were to die for. Very unique and just right. I enjoy coming here during the morning hours to have a breakfast type of choice. The staff are super friendly / polite. The food choices for breakfast are plentiful. I got for the bagel with turkey and cheese. I have noticed they sprinkle black pepper now. Not in the past. Makes the taste come out somehow. Really good. I stopped by today. The sandwiches and bagels are so good. They have more menu options. ( see photos) the place is always clean. I don't come during peak hours, as there is limited seating. The donuts at Donut Town are delicious. I've tried the chocolate old fashioned, chocolate buttermilk bar, and the chocolate circle donut with sprinkles. The texture of the donut, especially the chocolate old fashioned and buttermilk bar are just right. A little firm on the outside but soft when you bite into it. The donuts were $1.75 each. But there are other donuts that vary in price. In addition to the yummy donuts, they sell bagel sandwiches, croissant sandwiches, muffins, coffee, and iced blended smoothies. First of all, I walked in around 4:30am and they were stocked with donuts. They had a great variety of donuts and they were so tasty and fresh. They do take card and I was extremely thankful for. The man at the counter was really nice as I ordered about 6 dozen donuts. Very patient and waited for me to get my donut questions out of the way. The line did grow as I was waiting and it was okay, lots of people seem to be regulars and so i decided to be one too. If you've read my reviews, you know I'm a fan of local, and a fan of small businesses. Donut Town checks both these boxes, and Mrs. J-G and the youngster are fans, which always helps my quarterback rating. Donut Town's donuts are never greasy or heavy, always light and fluffy. Selection is average (only glazed for donut holes), but I've never been shut out of our favorites, including my personal pick, the unheralded plain cake. You won't find the $5 social media donuts here, thankfully. Service is friendly, prices are reasonable (I'm typically out of there under $8), and even though I'm a to-go guy, it's nice that the store itself is clean, organized, and free of drama. If you're in the resort area (Disneyland and Knott's are nearby), skip the overrated and over-hyped Krispy Kreme tourist stop and give Donut Town a go instead. read more

This is the lady place to get donuts. The donuts look old and the chocolate icing on the donuts is cracking because it's old. I order a bacon and egg and cheese croissant. I was surprised that it was made in one minute. That's because they make them ahead of time and microwave them when they need them. The egg is over cooked and bacon is the precooked cardboard stuff and the croissant is not that good. So if you want a good sandwich in the morning do not come here!!!! read more

Donut Town is on the corner of a busy street but easily accessible. Came in for a quick coffee and donut while on our way to LA. The owner rushes you out despite there not being any long lines and has a terrible attitude. The donuts were okay and tasted like they had been out for a while. This place deserves recognition. I've been coming here since my college days where I'd drop by before my commute to school for a sweet or savory breakfast item. The croissant and bagel sandwiches are great for under $4. I love the cream cheese croissants as well. Make sure you have them heat all of these up for you. Most likely they'll offer to do so before you even have to ask. Croissants can be slightly greasy so make sure you take napkins with you. I'll continue to go back here. read more

Best donuts in Garden Grove, they never disappoint. Their donuts are light and very tasty. They don't feel like a ton of bricks when you get done eating them. They're still tasty and delicious the following day. They don't get hard or greasy. Before my husband and I retired, we would take a box of mixed donuts to work on a weekly basis to share with our co-workers who would rave about them and would leave us an empty box. And besides coffee and tea, they also offer boba drinks. I ordered the Thai tea boba, a blueberry cream cheese pastry, and an order of donut holes. They were all extremely satisfying. The service was great, and the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because all the filling of the blueberry cream cheese was on one side. Downsides: Their located next to a continuation school which has a lot of troublemakers coming over during the day, so that's scary. Don't get me wrong, their donuts are good as well their breakfast sandwiches, BUT the fact they charge $1 to use your debit card for purchase is pretty outlandish. So if you buy 1 donut You're basically paying for another one that they keep. Believe me I'm thee farthest thing from a complainer, I just thought this was pretty tactless and for the most part lame AF. What really put the cherry on top was the young lady ahead of me who only wanted a glaze donut which I believe was 75c and all of a sudden the card machine didn't work? the young lady wasn't able to buy her 1 donut. I'm gonna go out on a limb as say they did that because it wasn't worth them selling a donut for 75c for what the bank probably charges them to run a card. Oh, and when I made my purchase immediately after, it worked...oh yes with the $1 charge to use my card.
