A person I was with was craving a a frescas con creama so we decided to come here. We both got a small size but I went with a bionicos instead. While the nice lady behind the counter was making our items she asked if we wanted raisins and coconut added which we did. Both items turned out really good and all the fruit in it tasted sweet and fresh. My bionicos had papaya, strawberries, cantaloup, and apples. I enjoyed it and the small size was perfect for me. The frescas con crema was also really good. We also bought some chili mango sour belts which turned out really really good. I wish I bought other flavors as well. Besides what I mentioned they also had some savory snacks and a whole bunch of flavors of paletas and house made ice creams. Choosing a flavor is so difficult. I give one star because the short young lady welcomed me first but she started giving attitude towards to the register when my husband was paying she almost threw the icecream popsicles toward my husband. Their not giving the things free we are paying. It's not the first or last that other things happened. She seems like she doesn't enjoy working there. The provided samples of their vast array of tasty ice creams & sorbets while coming to terms with our selection & we decided on 2 items. I fell in love with the maracuya (passionfruit sorbet) it was truly such a delight. My mama & my man decided on the nuez (walnut ice cream) which was so creamy & indeed lives up to the nuez flavor. Since this pandemic is happening their hours changed to M-F 11-8:00pm weekends 11- depends. They should have a phone number for customers to call and asks questions. I drove to the store on a weekend but it was closed when it says open. It would be good to leave a note outside the door or something to show what their hours are. I never knew this was so close to my house, we usually go the one in Fullerton. The lights gets me like the excitement of what they have in the store. Customer service is horrible. I've been here 4x only because it's the closest location to me and their stuff is really good. But definitely not going back any more. Out of the 4x that I've been to this location only once was I able to go into the shop and look through their ice cream options. The other 3x I had to order from the entrance because the closing shift girls were already mopping an hour before their closing time which was 9. So we weren't allowed inside because they didn't want us stepping over their mopped floors. They gave us a menu which doesn't include all their flavors/options. They told us that we were only able to order ice cream and the popsicles and that was it. I had brought some friends with me because I wanted them to check it out because they had never been to one. And well I wasn't expecting them to be mopping again and limiting to what we can order. So we decided to not order anything at all and drive a couple miles to another location. If your hours say you're open until 9pm then you shouldn't begin you're closing procedures until after 9pm. Very disappointed. read more
