Extremely petty and disappointing customer service. We spent over $30 and tipped with our order, yet an employee named Isabella refused to give me a small bag unless I paid an additional 10 cents. I explained that I am disabled, use a cane, and needed the bag to carry my order safely. I also do not carry coins or loose change, so I could not simply hand over a dime. Instead of using basic judgment and accommodating a very simple accessibility-related request, she continued insisting that the bag would cost 10 cents. It was never about the amount. It was about making a disabled customer struggle over a bag after already spending money and leaving a tip. My favorite flavors for the taiyaki are either the red bean or the custard. When it came to my turn most of the crowd had cleared. I ordered the ube swirl with a taiyaki pastry. Simple as that. I waited on the side for my order. Waited and waited and noticed people that came after me were leaving with their orders so I got frustrated when I was practically the last one left waiting and the place was emptying out now. I walked up to the girl that took my order and she proceeded to look for my order as if someone else took the order. She said she couldn't find it. It was really weird cuz I was standing right next to her station the entire time. You'd think that maybe she would think "hey why is that guy still waiting or something" I thought ok it's been a long day I'll give her a break. She asked what I ordered and I told her. She gave me the order said sorry in a "just get out of here kinda vibe" so I left. I doubt I'll be coming back to this location anytime soon, but it was very conveniently located near a friend's house that I visited so it's unfortunate.
