THE late night sugar fix you've been looking for! their specialty is their rolled ice cream but they have so much more that that! from the viral dubai chocolate strawberry cups and mini pancakes to acai bowls and milkshakes there is so much to choose from! hours: mon-thur: 4pm - 12am friday: 4pm - 2am saturday: 2pm - 2am sunday: 2pm - 12am we got the: Mango Delight (rolled ice cream) - the texture of the ice cream is amazing! almost chewy and so satisfying the mango was light and refreshing not overly sweet and very creamy! Strawberry Cheesecake (rolled ice cream) - this flavor was recommended to us by the staff and it was delicious! such a great classic flavor and perfectly topped with graham cracker crumbs for an added texture. again not too sweet, very creamy and perfect for sharing! Royal Dubai Strawberry Cup - the strawberries were so fresh and the chocolate was the perfect melty texture! i've had problems in the past with other chocolate strawberry cups where the chocolate hardened way too fast but this chocolate was perfect and melted throughout! the ratio of all the ingredients was perfect and the combination is buss! Deluxe Dubai Crepe - the smell of this while the staff were making it was intoxicating. the crepe was so fresh and perfectly cooked! the texture was chewy and soft and there was a very balanced amount of toppings! overall the staff was amazing and the treats were so delicious! i love this spot and it's one of my personal go toos! definitely recommend trying it out and supporting them!
I scream for Ice Cream once in a great while and now I know a great spot for delicious Ice Cream. On a Roll! Lots of options and the way the mix in the frozen steel surface and let you customize or add crepes really makes them stand out. I had the cookie butter and pistachio half and half in a cup and wow it was exactly what I wanted. Both flavors were rich and creamy and delicious. Had a surprisingly great time going to this hole in wall spot in Anaheim! We got the cookies and cream and the matcha rolled ice cream along with the açaí bowl, all were super yummy on a hot day and the service was great, the worker seemed to be working alone while helping us and others!

The ice cream itself was rich, creamy, and not overly sweet, with plenty of flavor in every bite. The toppings were fresh, and there are so many combinations to choose from. The staff was kind, the service was quick, and the whole experience was great from start to finish. We'd definitely come back to try more flavors. If you're in Anaheim and looking for a fun dessert after dinner or a day at the parks, this is a great place to stop!

If you have a sweet tooth, you should for sure check this place out! Parking is shared in a plaza with other food spots and I heard that it gets busy around the afternoon, thankfully we found a parking spot right away! The quality of the ice cream was definitely good and it was creamy and surprisingly not overly sweet! They also do not have a public restroom! The one only Guy associate was really nice taking our orders and than making the ice cream for us. Service was in a good pace. Was able to watch the associate make the rolled ice cream. My kids enjoyed watching. What my kids ordered ~ Cookies & Dream was really yummy. Practically a cookies & cream flavor rolled ice cream. Was really creamy. ~ Cookie Butter was also yummy and filled with flavors. You can definitely taste the flavor and the rolled ice cream texture was really yum! My kids and us enjoyed it. Later on when we were enjoying our ice cream, another associate came to help assist. Restaurant is a good size w only indoor seatings. Clean and has some artwork mural on the walls. Located in a really busy plaza w small businesses including restaurants that tend to middle eastern. Minimal parking and a bit hard to find on a Friday evening around 6:30 pm. Definitely plan to return for future visit. Glad to see they still have this ice cream shop making nostalgic rolled ice cream.
Literally just visited with my boyfriend, I ordered the cookie butter roll and my boyfriend ordered the strawberry bliss, we were driving on the way home and I was eating the ice cream in the dark and I've already eaten like 3/4 of it when I felt a staple in my mouth from the scoop of ice cream. For those who don't want or can't have dairy, they have sorbet, lemonades, and an acai bowl. Interior is brightly lit and provides a few tables for seating. On A Roll is a must try when in Orange County! This is a little hidden gem in Anaheim. They have a variety of dessert from rolled ice cream, crepes, Dubai chocolate! It's honestly so delicious! I went with my niece and we ordered the cookie butter rolled ice cream, which was delicious, the Dubai chocolate mini pancakes, & the Dubai crepe it was super tasty and they are not greedy with their chocolate or toppings. They are also open late during the weekend I think till 2 AM which is great for a late night snack! Definitely will be visiting again! rolled ice cream is such a throwback to 2016 and sometimes i crave that rolled ice cream texture so i'm so glad i got to try this place. matcha rolled ice cream - 4/5 came with waffle topping and mochis, also came with whipped cream on top. there was more of the matcha flavor than i had expected!! acai bowl - 4/5 got cuz i was craving some fruit too, it had some blueberries, peanut butter, granola, cococnut flakes, etc there is one of those vintage pacman arcade games that we had a lot of fun playing, and there is also a claw machine! such as cute interior. the staff are super helpful and kind. there is also a big parking lot! read more

This might be my new go to rolled ice cream place! We got the strawberry cheesecake rolled ice cream, and I was astonished at how creamy and soft the base was. I do wish there were slightly more graham crackers for the cheesecake taste, but overall the strawberry flavor was refreshing and flavorful. Presentation is astonishing as always, and the service was quick! I love how late this place is open, and is perfect for a 1AM treat after a night out. Super friendly service. I was even offered a free lemonade while waiting, which was such a nice touch. The staff greets you right when you walk in and makes you feel welcome. Walked in thinking I'd grab a quick dessert and ended up really enjoying the whole vibe of this place. They've got a wide selection of desserts, so there's plenty to choose from. I went with the rolled ice cream, and Nathen behind the counter absolutely nailed it. Fresh, flavorful, and fun to watch being made right in front of you. The shop also has plenty of seating and a great sound system, which makes it a nice spot to hang out for a bit instead of just grabbing dessert and leaving. This was a hole in the wall little ice cream spot with hip wall murals. The shop was so small we kind of passed it on the way. I know prices have gone up everywhere, but the little cup was little almost cute cuz how tiny it was for the price you pay. I have to say watching them to see how this rolled up ice cream that is made to order is interesting. I see why the prices are so high. The amount of arm work it takes for each bowl of ice cream who needs an arm day at the gym. I have to say it was an experience to see them customize your bowl of ice cream and it was tasty. Took off a star because unfortunately there was only 1 person employed today, a Sunday, and there was a family of 7 in front of us plus another couple, so the poor worker had 9 rolls to make by herself before she could get to us. We had already paid before realizing that she would be spending the next 45 making ice cream before she could get to ours. Stumbled into On a Roll well past dinner because dessert was calling and thank goodness they're open till midnight! The vibe is laid back, late night fun: inviting decor, chill beats, and yummy rolls being made right in front of you. It's small, cozy, and feels like a secret spot. The gentleman behind the counter greeted us the second we walked in; he was super friendly, zero rush, just genuine smiles and great energy (even late at night). I ended up trying the Rocky Road roll with crushed almonds and it even came with a crisp waffle cone. The texture was insanely creamy, rich, and full of that classic chocolate and marshmallow vibe, and actual marshmallows! He also threw in complimentary crepe topped with cookie butter and almonds! That crepe was soft, gooey, and the cookie butter drizzle with almond crunch took it to another level. Every bite was indulgent, and sweet I couldn't stop eating! I love rolled ice cream. I work nearby and I'm surprised Anaheim doesn't have too many of these lying around and this place is open kinda late for otherwise just desserts. Usually not too many people that I can just get in and out but if they only staff one person sometimes, you'd definitely be waiting for a bit. So far from two experiences, it's really good and the other, pretty bad. The good experience would be with at least two people working at the same time and whom ever at the cashier spot sounding like they care about my business. The other time was when it was just a man, he looked tired and didn't sound like he cared about my order, but thankfully he still made it the way I wanted it. Parking can get a little tricky here but it's worth a shot to try it out. read more
