The wait is part of what you should expect when coming here, so I'd just plan accordingly. Overall, M&M Donuts absolutely lived up to the hype and is easily one of the best donut spots I've tried in OC. The ice cream she made me was delicious the texture was nice and different. It was also very nice looking, I took pictures to send to my friends! Definitely recommend this place. It was empty though when I came during a weekday in the morning, I think that is the best time to come. As for customer service she was very nice and a joy to talk to and even asked if I wanted any water while I waited for her to roll my ice cream, it was amazing to watch how the ice cream rolls are made. But when I got there, a small cup of ice cream was actually $11.99 to $12.50. It felt really overpriced for the portion. The ice cream was okay--not bad, but definitely not worth that price.
