Stopped by here after eating at the restaurant next door. Very friendly staff and my party was delighted to support this new small business. The menu had many enticing options and we ended up choosing the pistachio, turkish coffee, swamp, birthday cake (as a shake), and cardamom-saffron-orange blossom flavors. All of them were delicious and prepared fresh before our eyes on an iced metal surface. It was all very unique and fun to watch. The location was clean and roomy with plenty of chairs and some aesthetic designs on the walls. We will definitely be coming back to try some other flavors soon. read more

Visited: June 2025 We decided to check this place out after seeing a menu on Yelp from about 9 months ago showing prices around $8.75. When we got there, one cup was nearly $12. That's a huge jump, and honestly, the experience didn't come close to justifying it. I ordered the cookie butter flavor and was immediately disappointed. The toppings were super skimpy... a tiny dash of crumbs, whipped cream, and a stale piece of waffle cone. The flavor itself was underwhelming. Where was the cookie butter? And seriously, for $12 you'd think they could at least give you a decent spoon. The plastic one they gave me was so flimsy/bendy, it nearly snapped trying to scoop the hard ice cream rolls. What bothered me most was how unsanitary it felt. The cashier wore one glove and used it for everything. She took orders, then pulled out her phone from her back pocket, used it for a minute, and went right back to handling toppings with that same glove. It was pretty gross. Overall, not worth the price or the trip. Definitely wouldn't go back. read more

I really loved this place! It was my first time trying their rolled ice cream. I had the Caramel Ribbon Crunch and my husband had the Monster Roll. I loved my ice cream, sweet, light, and not overwhelming with all the flavors! My husband loved his ice cream as well! The staff is so sweet and kind. They even gave us extra waffle pieces! The only negative thing i could say is that the area is not the best. But i think its awesome to have such an amazing beautiful place in the community for people to enjoy! read more

Came here on a late nights adventure in Anaheim. The area around this place is pretty sketchy with the dimmed lighting and unsettling visitors but the inside of this place is very nicely kept and cool. They also recommended the pistachio and cookie butter flavors. The service was really good and quick, and they roll the ice cream right there fresh in front of you. They also have a spacious indoor seating area with a nicely decorated interior and lots of tables to sit and eat your ice cream with friends and family. Will definitely be back! read more

The gentleman helping us was very patient & helpful as we made the tough decision trying to choose what we wanted. He let us know what their top sellers are & we decided to order those. My son got the mango delight which was absolutely MAGNIFICENT!! The flavors are so sweet & fresh. I can definitely see why this is one of their top sellers. I got the strawberry cheesecake which was insanely good!! My other son got the mudslide & he was beyond happy with the outcome as well. They clearly take pride in their products & it shows. They use fresh ingredients & have wonderful flavor combos to choose from. Aside from the hand rolled ice cream they also make shakes from the hand rolled ice cream & homemade crepes as well. I also overheard him mention you can get a pint to go if you'd like!! I will absolutely be making this a top spot for my sweet cravings!!! Discovered this amazing place when my sister and nephew found it and said it was ice cream from out of this world. Well my first time I tried Ban Anaheim and it was the most delicious banana ice cream creation I have ever tasted. I brought my Bf back this weekend to try the Exotic Essence which is an extraordinary flavour using orange blossom ice cream mixed with cardamom and saffron for a flavor sensation that is out of this world. I wanted to try the Rose blast which tastes just like roses and dreamy cream got married and you're tasting the heavenly creation. It may sound like an exaggeration but try this place for yourself. Be advised that you are not paying for quantity but the art, flavor and experience of rolled up ice cream made with real cream. The guys that make the rolls must be the owners and they are super friendly and excited to perform their craft and let people take videos and photos and afterward tell them how much people love that first taste after it has been made. They are so gracious and really genuine about enjoying what they make every time they are rolling up a new order of deliciousness. The place is small but clean and has decent seating although I always take mine to go he and share. The ice cream rolls are usually hard and not very soft at first so the rolls hold up great to not melt if you take it home to enjoy which is what I like to do.I highly recommend giving On A Roll a try sometime soon, you will be pleasantly surprised how yummy rolled ice cream actually is! read more
