It's one thing to not take any constructive criticism to better your business, but it takes another level of arrogancy to lie through your teeth and dismiss an honest review! In my last feedback, we brought up to their cashier that our Spicy Ramen was missing the included fish ball, and she notified us that it was out. The owner then responded by gaslighting me that their Spicy Ramen only comes with noodles and veggies, but their menu clearly shows it includes fish ball! Why lying when us customers can literally see what you are advertising in store and all over the Internet? I'd love to see small businesses (especially ones created by my people) thriving, but I can see the owner of this specific shop rather be delusional than improve their quality of service. Staff was friendly and service was pretty quick! Shop is a bit small, but there's a decent amount of seating for the store size. I ordered matcha lava (smoothie) and popcorn chicken during happy hour, so each item was $5! What a great price! Popcorn chicken was pretty good, and the price can't be beat! I ordered the popcorn chicken at Cha2Cha and it was a really disappointing experience. The chicken tasted extremely old, like it had been sitting around far too long before being served. The texture was dry and tough, and the flavor was stale, not juicy or freshly cooked like popcorn chicken should be. They also fried the basil, which completely ruined it. Basil is supposed to add a fresh aroma, not taste like burnt oil. It felt like there was no care in how the food was prepared. Nothing tasted fresh, and it honestly made me question how long the ingredients had been sitting there. I am surprised a restaurant would serve food like this. Is there even a manager or owner checking the quality before it goes out to customers? Basic food quality control seems to be missing. Their brown sugar boba milk is only $3.75 and if you want a large there is a $2 upsize charge. Their large size is similar to Tastea, the cup is HUGE. Two people can share a large size of any drinks.
