The manager was very professional and the staff consistently great. Not my go to for location but def my second base.

I stopped by the traffic circle to visit the nearby car wash. I was originally planning to return to the Jamba on Bellflower and Willow until I suddenly remembered there was this Jamba by the traffic circle! To celebrate National Acai Day, Jamba was offering $5 acai bowls between the hours of 3 PM and 7 PM. However, since it was a pretty limited window, Jamba decided to extend this opportunity to rewards members by offering a $5 acai bowl that can be redeemed later that week! For National Acai Day, I went to the Bellflower and Willow location, which was way better than this location by a longshot. For one, they actually allowed me to upgrade my acai bowl to a large, normally a $3 upcharge, for just $2 more. Here, I was told by the lone employee (Jose?) inside the shop that I couldn't do that even though I would have been willing to do it again. Jose didn't seem customer centric as I got the impression he didn't want to be working that evening. Not one smile on his face even though the last employee I had encountered earlier that week was all smiles. I knew what the acai bowls were, but I asked him to explain it just to get a feel for his service, and I felt he was well versed in describing these bowls to the customer. I had previously tried the Acai Primo, which contains a plethora of berries and bananas, so naturally, I went with the other acai bowl, the Acai Peanut Butter & Nutella. It didn't take long for him to prepare my bowl, only about 5 minutes, and that even included him ringing up another customer who came in shortly after I did. At first, he just gave me the acai bowl by itself even though I had mentioned at the register I was ordering "to go", so I asked for a takeout bag. He got one that had a drink carrier on the bottom, and the bowl wouldn't really fit in that drink carrier. Oh well, at least I got a free drink carrier even if it wasn't useful for me that day lol. When I got home, I saw that some of the nutella and peanut butter was stuck on the underside of the lid. Unfortunately, the bowl as a whole didn't hit nearly as hard as the Acai Primo. The banana slices weren't nearly as fresh as the fruits from the Acai Primo, and the same could be said for the acai. The granola was starting to get a little mushy too. The taste wasn't bad per se, but the overall flavor was quite muted. The pickup counter includes straws and spoons, so don't forget to grab either/or before you leave! That's probably why Jose didn't bother to insert a spoon inside my takeout bag. This Jamba is located in the Ralphs Circle Center between Ralphs and Daiso. It's a pretty small location and can easily be missed, hence why I had initially forgotten about this location until I passed by it on the way to the car wash. Overall, 5 stars out of 10, but I'm rounding up to 3 stars out of 5 since it was a quick stop and go. I didn't necessarily hate my overall experience, but it was definitely lacking enough that I doubt I'd return to this location. read more

Restroom was dirty. Walked in. Super empty. Probably about 30 mins before closing. Didn't get greeted. Employees didn't look thrilled we walked in to them cleaning up shop. Ordered 3 large of the same drinks and 1 kids drink. All same flavors. (We're boring, lol) and for some reason got charged for 4 large drinks and the kid drink came in a small cup. Made the cashier aware and all he said was "I can put it in a large cup for you" hmmm... that's not the point. Not sure how my 3 year old nephew fill finish a large drink. Was asked to get refund for the difference in size charged and told it was going to be a whole deal, it'd be easier if he just gave us the large size since we were charged that. Won't come to this location. No customer service. No customer satisfaction. And these kids that were there that didn't seem to care to be there. When the owner is a liar there's really no point visiting. Went to get our usual juice concoctions and We walked in an OPEN and UNLOCKED door. Owner conducting a staff meeting while we we walked in. Kinda odd.. those usually are done after closing time bit I'm pretty sure she didn't want to pay the OT. Anyways. She stated they were closed. When I explained that the door was open and unlocked, she said.. "the last employees put forgot to lock it." Imagine my shock and surprise when I then see her walk over to the door, and lock it from the inside. So how did the employees who were leaving forget to lock it? This place is pretty chill, I come here at least 2x a week and that's usually Sat & Sun. Staff is pretty friendly and always greets you when you walk in. Jamba also has a rewards program, so download the app and every so often they give you $3 off. There's always parking here since they are in a huge shopping center with Vons and a bunch of other stores. read more

I ordered a Peanut Butter Moo'd and this is what I got looks and tasted like just chocolate no peanut butter at all very disappointed. I always look forward to having a smoothie on very hot days especially a PEANUT BUTTER MOOD knowing what goes in the smoothie cause I've work here before my taste buds were not happy and to add to everything the smoothie came out more like water then thick like a smoothie should be. I am not recommending anyone to go here to this place because I think the employees need to be better trained and treated how they would like to treated if they were the customer. Just earlier around 1:30pm we went to order a drink from Jamba and had a bad experience with an employee smelling our drink with his nose close to the blender I complained to him and the manager that's a health violation I used to work at a restaurant and I know the rules your not supposed to have your chin, eyes or nose above any food product I cancelled the drinks and got my change back I ask the manager for the owner numbers she said she can't give his number out to us but we found a different way to complain about it. This is not good hygiene practice I don't even know if they have a food serv safe certificate to work here apparently they don't follow up with it. What if his nose hair went in my drink and I got get sick he tried to argue with me saying there's nothing wrong with sniffing a drink I'm like no man that ain't right. I have more to say but to the health department they will come and check this place out soon.. this place needs to be checked out and monitored at all times the employees don't know anything about health hazards you not supposed to be sniffing the customers drink like that.. I go to other Jamba Juice and there really clean and they give you the best customers service. There really should be an option for zero stars. How can I give a single star when I wasn't even served? I was just at this Jamba Juice and did not get helped at all. I walked in and there were two people in front of me with a couple of kids and people sitting down waiting for their drinks. There was one guy making the drinks and no one at the register to take orders. So I thought I'd go get some poke from the restaurant next door and then come back in a few, hoping that the line would die down. I got my food and went back to Jamba Juice. No line this time. There were two guys making drinks this time and still no one behind the register. One of the guys gave me a nod when I walked in, but didn't say anything. He never came to take my order. I stood there for a few minutes while he ran back and forth to the back to get lids for the açaí bowl he was in the middle of making. I mean, there was just açaí in the bowl and nothing else. Don't know why he felt he needed to do that at that instant. Then that same guy went and asked how he would make the bowl and the other guy had to show him the recipe that was on the wall right in front of his face. He clearly was not ready to be working in his own if he's new. Another customer came and stood in line behind me. Then four more people came in. They were not even acknowledged. So I left. Again. This is unacceptable. Hire more people. You sure have the business for it. Maybe have one person take the orders and then go back to making drinks? Something other than just make the drinks and ignore all six people that are now waiting in your line. Come to this Jamba Juice if you like waiting forever and being ignored. read more

This place is a hit or miss. Depends on who is working. There are times I get super friendly workers and there are times that I get the ones that makes you feel unwelcome. Lots of options here for smoothie. Pretty tasty and healthy. Just don't overload on extra add-ons and your calorie count should be just right. Parking here is pretty busy as it is sandwiched between Ralphs and Daiso. So depending on time and day, you may have to either circle around or park closer to what used to be a Chase Bank. read more

This is one place I want to keep in business during the pandemic of 2020 and forever! Two weeks ago, while my mother and I were in search of toilet paper and food. We found a Jambo Juice gift card someone gave us 10 years ago. We ordered a Golden Tumeric and Mango GoGo to go. When employee Brooke (I think that is her name) heard we were looking for TP. She gave us a complimentary roll. The roll of toilet paper and 2 smoothies that we have been rationing and savoring during this lockdown were our wonderful surprises. We went back yesterday to thank her and order more juices so we could eat and drink throughout the week. Brooke and Jambo Juices are truly lifesavers! within the last month i had 3 incidents with this place. the first time, i ordered 2 acai bowls, i caught the worker making 1 acai bowl and splitting it into 2. The 2nd time i ordered 2 acai bowls again, one of the bowls lid was not closed and spilled all over my seat . and just today, was when i got fed up and decided to write this review. One of the guys in the nightshift literally made me a melted acai bowl that was half full, and had barely any strawberries and blueberries in it. i declined to even take the bowl and got a refund after he insisted that is how it is supposed to look and didnt even offer to remake it. Everyone was really helpful from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. One person really stood out to me. Her name was Emalie! She was awasome! I rate this Jamba Juice a 1 out of 5. I got my Peanut butter banana smoothie made, the lady noticed it wasn't tighten so she tightened it. When I got the drink it spilled all over my shirt so it wasn't tight enough my shirt got dirty in the process, I asked the lady for a napkin she gave me napkins. But I was more upset of the fact i didn't hear an apology for a loose cap and mostly wasn't offered another smoothie, due to something that wasn't my mistake. The irritation/experience made the smoothie less enjoyable. The Customer service isn't very good at all and tbh I didn't taste the extra peanut butter I ordered. My favorite smoothie place hands down! Love love love picking up a smoothie as a meal alternative or something to hold me down so I won't end up snacking and ruining my next meal. Stopped by this location on my way to the airport, as I no longer live in Long Beach and the girl who made our smoothie was super sweet. I always like mine super thick and she made sure to ask if the consistency was thick enough. I never had someone ask to make sure. I don't know how many times I've had to send my smoothie back, only to have them add more ice and completely butcher my drink. At times it was so bad, I truly feel like the locations in Dallas need better training like at this location so they are aware of the ratios on how to make a proper extra thick smoothie.
