We usually order through the app when were grocery shopping so that by the time we check out and actually go to Jamba juice, our drinks are already ready. Very convenient and if you sign up for their rewards program you get great deals and a free small drink on your birthday. Terrible service. I ordered through the mobile app and arrived 5 minutes early. While I was waiting to pick up my order, one of the workers was telling another worker not to work on the mobile app orders and to take care of the store customers first. I'm glad a Jamba Juice opened near our place! Apparently they are new and you can tell because all their equipment, counters, and blenders are nice and shiny. Once I walked in I was greeted by the entire staff. They were trained well because they knew their menu and their products. I visited on a Monday afternoon. They weren't bust at all maybe because it's mid August and kids just went back to school. I'm happy I don't have to travel to the one down bellflower or have to settle for Robeks. I never really go to Jamba Juice because there was none near me until this one opened. Ever since it's opened, I've been going regularly. Unfortunately today, I went with my boyfriend and thy messed up our order. I mean, the staff were friendly, the place was clean and service was quick. I asked for 2 large razmatazz and one with whey. Even though she repeated the order correctly, she ended up making 2 drinks with whey. I mean, she gave us leftovers, but beside the little error, everything else was great! read more

The guys working in the morning were nice but their pace was too damn slow! No urgency and moved slow like molasses in winter. I was the only customer when in walked in and ordered and seen 3 customers leave before me until I finally asked when my drink would be ready. They were exceedingly generous enough to refund me $0.75 for my trouble. I'm not in any rush to return to this location since there is another at Willow and Bellflower Blvd where I have always had more timely experiences. I think a couple of reviews are wrong for this location. I did go there twice and twice I asked for whey protein in my smoothie. There was leftover each time and it was always given to me nicely. They even asked if it was bothering me to carry two cups ... maybe next time be nice to the employees and you'll get your left overs. The place is brands new and clean. The customer service was friendly. The smoothie was good. Went there for a bogo and they did it no problem. Gave the leftovers for both smoothie. Will be back for sure read more

I was really dissatisfied with the customer service that I got here. If I wasn't thirsty, I wouldn't have given them a damn dime. All I wanted was Mango, Ginger and Orange juice for my drink. They come talking about they don't do juices without carrot. The last time I was here they did it and it was fine. They told me it was something that they didn't do anymore. They tried to be nice about the situation but I really don't understand why I couldn't get what I wanted if I'm the customer. They do allow you to make your own drink. So What was the issue with my order? The guy who made my drink was nice but his beared was not shaped up. According to food safety regulations any hair that's around food is supposed to be covered up. PERIOD. I was seriously glad he was holding my drink away from him. Otherwise I wouldn't have taken a sip. I got my drink and it was horrible. On top of that: they forgot to add my damn mango. So no, I won't be going back there. read more

Probably the only Jamba that fills their açaí bowls to the top. Imagine buying a cup of smoothie and having it filled only 65-75 percent full. That's what it's like getting a Açaí bow not filled to the top with base, and sadly most of the jamba juices do that. Not this one though, good consistency, not watery like other Jambas. I've never been to this Jamba Juice near the traffic circle so I thought it would try it. I'm definitely not returning because they charge about $2.00 extra than other Jamba Juices and they are very skimpy on their ingredients! My Island Pitaya Smoothie Bowl was melted when I got it and didn't have enough fruit and granola as other locations.
