I stopped by this Starbucks location today to get my wife her iced chai latte. I came in the early morning so I got the parking in front of the place. They were not busy so I was able to put in my order once I walked inside. I got my wife the Venti size and asked for light ice. The staff here were polite and welcoming. The barista made the drink quick and put light ice like I asked. My wife loved her drink. There plenty of parking you can choose from but you might just have to walk a little farther to get to this store. read more

Took forever for my drink to come out. It ended up tasting fine but the wait was too long.

Don't come here as often as I used to but very pleasantly surprised at the new upscaled look of this location. However I was the only person in line and was kind of ignored by the three people behind the counter, it wasn't busy, the cashier just was oblivious that I was there or didn't really care. Man oh man do I hate starting my morning off with someone who gives me attitude. I'm someone who struggles with anxiety and It makes me feel even worse when I have someone who is super rude. That was my morning with Vivian. They were so rude, I ended up crying in my car after I got my drink. When I walked in, I went straight to the mobile pick up counter and they had just put 2 drinks down. I saw right away that the drinks they had put down were not mine so I waited patiently for Vivian to notice me. When they did, they immediately with a rude tone and looked me up and down and was like "YES?" And it took me so aback and I told them I was picking up my mobile order and they asked what my name was and then they didn't even bother checking, they immediately told me that they don't have that order. So then another barista came over and asked what I had ordered and I told her and she said it would be a few minutes and I replied with "no problem at all." Vivian rushed my order and handed it to me all messily (see pic) and when I asked if there were any straws, they gave me the most annoyed look and grabbed a straw and gave it to me. This was early in the morning and I just didn't appreciate interacting with someone so rude. The way they looked at me, the way their tone was towards me, all of it was so unpleasant and that's not how I wanted to start my morning off. read more

The workers actually make my day every time, they are always consistently professional, and pleasant. The atmosphere is perfect and a great place to study, and looks newly renovated. The reason this review is 4 stars is because 80% of the time my drink is watered down (mango dragonfruit refresher) even if I ask for extra syrup. I usually have to ask a worker to remake it, and last time I did the drink tasted the exact same, so I left with two watered down XL refreshers.. Not a problem though because usually they fix it the second time. The drinks/food also take particularly longer than other starbucks to come out which isn't really a problem because of the rush, but I've been there times where it isn't busy that it still takes around 5-10 minutes. ** Dog friendly inside & outside ** ** on leash ** This is a new location for us and I'm not a Starbucks expert customer so I called first to verify a few items. Even though it was a Sunday at 10:30am and sounded super busy the team member I spoke to was super nice. I verified that they are Dog friendly inside for us just for order/ pick up, we usually just go outside once we have our order. I ordered in store instead of on app as my app wasn't working at the time. We received our order pretty quickly for a busy weekend morning, (under 5 min). The team member who made my drinks super nice as well. Both ladies wished us a happy weekend. Beverages were spot on delicious. We sat outside on the patio at side door adjacent to Sharkey's. FYI the music from Sharkey's was pretty loud but no louder than the traffic on Victory. They even played a Gloria Estefan song. But if you want to work it may be too much noise. All of the tables all have No Smoking signs on them. Most of the tables have umbrellas too. Located across from Game Stop and Dave's Hot Chicken next to Victory Place cross of Estrella Way in the Empire Centre. Plenty of parking closer to Dave's Hot Chicken if you are okay with walking for 30 seconds. If you have to park in front of Starbucks it was mostly full at 11am. A lot of the fellow customers seemed to be Dog Friendly. There were number of Dogs out & about with their parents around this area of shopping Centre. read more

A good Starbucks is not a unique Starbucks but one that is consistent with what you expect from a Starbucks. This location is representative of the best of the brand. The drinks and food come out right. They have generous seating space. The windows keep this space well lit. The outside section is spacious. What stands out most is the quality of customer service. Every Barasita I have encountered here is friendly and takes my order correctly. I don't nearly but this is my Starbucks of choice. read more

It was a busy Sunday morning but my drink still came out in a decent amount of time. There was a line for the bathroom. The barista taking orders was also still very friendly even though the line was long. There was ample space to wait for the order to be ready and the napkins were fully stocked. The few times I've been, I haven't had any issues and drinks are always perfectly made. A sloth is faster than Vivian and this person never greets. On top of that, Vivian just abandoned my pastry by the heating machine(that was ready btw)and never retrieve it to pass it to the immidiate barista. I had to ask the girl who's doing coffees to retrieve my pastry. I would highly recommend (Starbucks Empire Burbank) to coach Vivian on what customer service is and be attentive to customers. read more

by far the absolute worst starbucks ive been to in my entire life. im not sure who hired the employees at this location however, the manager really must not care about the standard that starbucks holds because the barista's at the Starbucks or the absolute worst. Came here while I was waiting for my son to finish up his event nearby. Place was open late which is convenient. Other coffee places in the area closed an hour earlier. Good work space and the powermat charging tables are sooo convenient for those who don't carry their power cords with them everywhere you go. Staff were somewhat rude at the end of the night. I know many places will let customers sit and enjoy their beverages and food after the closing time. Not here. Got the 10 minute warning while staff were sweeping and mopping the floors.
