I don't write reviews very often, but when I do, it's because a place truly deserves it. From the moment my family and I stepped onto the property, we had an incredible experience. The young woman at the window greeted us with a warm smile and took the time to explain all of the delicious food they offer. Then we met the owners, who welcomed us like family and made us feel genuinely appreciated. That kind of heartfelt hospitality is hard to find these days, but it's exactly what sets this place apart. We tried the apple fritter, glazed donut, blueberry scone, cinnamon balls, and three different drinks. Every single item was outstanding. The apple fritter tasted just like an apple pie, the blueberry scone was perfectly baked and full of flavor, and the glazed donut was light, fresh, and absolutely perfect. The cinnamon balls reminded us of fresh churros and were a huge hit. As if the food wasn't enough, one of the owners generously gave us a chocolate cookie made with imported chocolate from France. It was incredible--easily one of the top three cookies I've ever had. We'll definitely be coming back for the amazing food, but even more for the kindness and love we felt from the owners. Like this place! However, I think they need to revisit their recipe for their Vietnamese coffee because it's not strong at all and it tastes like it's cream-based. If this is their take on Vietnamese coffee I think it's worth adding this note on their menu or letting the customers know when they order; because the Vietnamese coffee I ordered was heavily cream-based and I can't taste the coffee at all. Place is a good hangout place but people should be given a heads up that I think their menu for coffee or other drinks are leaning more towards a dessert kind of drink. If you want real coffee, I don't think this is the place for you. Their drinks are more gourmet sweet kind of drink, BUT they do taste good! For any sweet drinks craving I recommend them. Their ballers are also good! This place is overall very sweet from drinks to food items, so you have to have a sweet tooth to go to this place in my opinion. Oh and they can add boba to your drink! I went to B&B while doing my laundry next store and they have so many options it's hard to choose what to only get vs overindulging. I originally ordered a strawberry boba but when the associate was having difficulties finding the button I said maybe it's a sign I should get something else so I did which was the Honey Lavender Matcha. Great size for the price however I was a bit disappointed when it was just of matcha and no taste of honey or lavender (and yes you can taste whether it's just matcha or with additional flavors) especially being that I was charged extra for the syrup and oatmilk. Will it stop me from coming here again...nope! Customer service was stellar but I will be sure to try the drink before driving off next time :) read more

Yes, I am a Huge coffee lover...this is no secret...And after going here a few times I'm hooked! The Nitro Cold Brew with cold foam was nice and strong yet smooth ~ the perfect combo for me. Being a Ballers & Brew "virgin," I was treated to my choice of ballers which are their version of donut holes ~ I went with nutella. They were yummy but not so great a few hours later. I recommend eating them asap:) I also got their pumpkin donut which was served warm. OMG! Incredible! YUM!!! On another visit I ordered a hot horchata latte which was good but I prefer their cold coffees. Plenty of tables if you want to hang for a bit. A friend recommend trying this spot out and said the Vietnamese coffee had her buzzing I got the Vietnamese coffee with cold foam. The color threw me off since I was expecting it to be a darker coffee brown shade. The coffee wasn't strong so this is a more subtle Vietnamese coffee for folks that want a very sweet treat with less buzz hehe. For my taste, I like my coffee strong so next time may ask for it stronger. read more

If I could rate this place higher than 5 stars I would!! The worker I interacted with was one of the sweetest people I have spoken to in a while. You can completely tell she is passionate about her work and I got that vibe from the others there as well. My cold brew was tasty and based on the workers recommendation I got their chocolate chip cookie which was an absolute hit! If you can masters great chocolate chip cookie that is a great sign for what else you carry. I had mentioned this was my first time and I was given a small bag of cinnamon "ballers" which was super nice of them! The ballers are not inherently sweet which I truly appreciated, the topping is what gives it sweetness which makes it perfectly balanced in my book. Heading to what used to be known as Bob Hope Airport for a flight I got to the area early and looked on the trusty Yelp app for Best Independent coffee nearby and found this place..... Made the drive there and kind of disappointed it wasn't an indoor place... But kinda lucked out that the Latte was awesome and the Blueberry Scone was incredible..... Employees were cool and there were a few seats available in the shade..... If this was closer to home I'd be there more often but I don't generally eat pastries anymore but that was worth the try!!!! It was our first time checking this place out and we were delighted when one of the ladies gave them to us on the house! My friend (who only drinks organic coffee) introduced me to this place! We took a walk there from her place and I was glad to discover this cute and intimate spot. There was barely anyone when we arrived. The service was very friendly, warm and welcoming. Big menu for a small place. The Vanilla Bean Smoothie I ordered was good (although I don't know if it would order it again). It was quite sweet but I knew that and therefore did not mind. The taste was somewhat comparable to the Starbucks Vanilla Bean Frappuccino. We visited for the first time and were very pleased. We ordered a dozen mixed donuts with a few filled plus a 12 piece ballers w/ nutella, apple fritter and an eggnog latte. Everything was very tasty. The doughnuts are huge fluffy beauties and not overly sweet. Sometimes filled doughnuts have an almost jam/jelly level sweetness which is too much, but the lemon and raspberry filled were perfectly balanced tart/sweet! The ballers are served warm and craveable! The eggnog latte was flavorful, clearly tasting of cinnamon and nutmeg. It was a tad too sweet, but that didnt stop me from enjoying every drop. Evelyn was very helpful and answered all our questions. There was parking right in front and ample seating in cute orange chairs that were surprisingly comfy. Our only issue was that we ordered the 12 piece ballers and only got 9...but then upon opening all our boxes we were pleasantly surprised to find we had an extra apple fritter so no harm no foul. This is a great neighborhood coffee shop in Burbank :) Great drinks & food along with friendly service! Everything here looks sooo good but I recommend their signature Ballers! They look like but are different, and better, then simple donut holes. Crispy on the outside, light & fluffy on the inside such a perfect treat :) We chose the Maple topped and they were delicious, warm right out of the cooker :) :) :) For drinks we had a Pumpkin Chai Iced Latte & Flat White. Both drinks were good; 6-Stars for the latte & 4-Stars for the Flat White. The shop has a very relaxed atmosphere with covered outdoor seating and a very friendly staff. We come here about every two months since we live down the street. But even if we arrive by 8:30 or 9am they are out of the cereal donuts most times. And its still displayed in the window so when my kids choose it and then find out they aren't available when we order, we have to step out of line so they can choose something else. Also it seems like even with 4 employees working, the wait time is 10 minutes or more even when there is no line in front of us. The quality is great with all of the menu but the wait times and lack of product being displayed only warrant 3 stars. read more

Stumbled upon this cool spot, I mean it's hard to miss with the neon orange logo and structure, which I'm glad because we got the most delicious coffees ever. I live right by and wanted to like this place so badly. I've been 4 times but this will definitely be my last. The lack of transparency is crazy. No prices anywhere! The coffee to me isn't worth the ridiculous price. A specialty latte being near $10 is robbery. I was going to eat the cost and walk away with my overpriced latte + tip. But when I was ordering I asked for a small, apparently the specialty lattes only come in a medium, which is huge. I was only looking to order a small and if I had known would have ordered a different drink. The staff could have mentioned it when I ordered. Now for the drink. It's fine, pretty good even. However I asked for it half sweet and it's still very sweet. If you like your dessert beverages, this place will not let you down. For me, I think a fully sweetened coffee would have made the experience even worse. Two stars because the drink isn't bad and the service is friendly (but I wish they would have told me about the sizes when I ordered). Was picking up an employee a few weeks ago and we stumbled upon this coffee shop. I couldn't say enough good things about this buisness. We met the owner and she treated us like family. We ordered a few drinks and since it was our first time she gave us an amazing deal for some ballers and a cookie. All of their coffee and ingredients are high quality and it shows. The ballers were light and crispy unlike any doughnut hole I have ever had. I highly recommend this shop if you are looking for an upgraded coffee experience. French Toast Latte- 10/10 Flavors were great and the coffee flavor was still present. *Highly Recommend* Honey Cinnamon Ballers- 8/10 These are made fresh to order and they come out piping hot. If the dough balls were even smaller I would rate these higher. The ballers are a bit big for the drizzled sauce you choose. My recommendation would be to keep the size but fill the balls instead. We had the most amazing coffee, pastries, and breakfast that I've had in a very long time! What truly made it an unforgettable experience was the incredible customer service. From the sweet girl who took our order to the staff who brought out our food and drinks, everyone was a perfect 20 out of 20. They were friendly, helpful, and genuinely kind, going above and beyond to make our visit special. We came from Orange County, and my sister drove in from Bakersfield to meet here for my godson's birthday and the team made it unforgettable. They even brought out a donut and sang happy birthday to him, which was such a thoughtful and heartwarming touch. The coffee was fresh and absolutely delicious, and the food and pastries were to die for. This was hands down one of the best breakfast experiences we've ever had.
