Super cute coffee bar! Really love the decor and it's a good amount of seating both inside and outside. Love that they have WiFi and it's fairly quiet so a good place to work remotely. The staff were very friendly and gave us recommendations on what to try. We tried the. Sweet creature and the Cinnamon Toast Crunch which were both really good. We had a curry pastry which was good but definitely wish it was warmed up. Would definitely go back.

5* Coffee 5* Pastries 5* Service 5* Ambiance This coffee bar hits all the right notes. From a cool Miami vibe decor, to coffee that sets the right tone for the day and friendly service with a smile, I can't think of a better way to start my day. I always get their croissants as they are flaky on the outside and buttery soft and creamy on the inside. Unlike most places where the croissant looks more like a football-shaped bread, I find Palm Coffee Bars exceptionally good for a coffee shop. Relaxing, fun vibes, whether you sit inside or out, and definitely a cool crowd. Whenever I'm in Burbank, I can always rely on them to serve a good cup of joe! Always a favorite.... oh, and don't forget to check out some of the fun items they have for sale. I purchased a "Death before Decaf" sock for fun.

If you're ever in the Burbank area- you need to stop by this local shop. My first time here was when I desperately needed coffee and Yelp showed this as an option. I'm so glad it did because this is the most welcoming and adorable coffee shop. Anytime we're remotely in the area, we will come here for a reliably good cup of coffee. The baristas are knowledgeable and passionate- clearly happy to work here. I noticed they had a birthday cake (or cupcake?) flavored syrup and asked a discussed it with the barista for a bit, which was nice and welcomed. I felt like a customer, aka a real person, not just another sale. They even have a few little Knick knacks available for purchase which are adorable to peruse while waiting for your drink. The ample seating in the back has been filled each visit and that just speaks volumes to the environment and ambiance they foster. Everyone needs to be here.

    The Lucky Charm w/Oat Milk 16floz $8.50 (02/22/26). @ThePalmCoffeeBar #Burbank #WomanOwned #Coffee

(Drank 02/22/2026 SU @ 2:00pm): Coffee wasn't the first thing that came to mind when someone said "bar"! At the request of a few tenants at a nearby property who wanted to discuss some recent concerns, one of them recommended The Palm Coffee Bar based on previous visits. Founded by Joanna Heart, The Palm Coffee Bar was a boutique very pink playful coffee shop inspired by her vibrant Cuban culture and heritage, as it honored the art and complexity of high-quality organic specialty coffee, teas, and insanely good pastries that ensured that everyone could "spark joy" with their gluten-free and vegan options. The space beautifully merged her passions for all things design, creating a warm atmosphere that fostered connection and creativity. Would this be a feel-good bar story whether I had coffee, tea, or whatever!? PURCHASE(S) The Lucky Charm w/Oat Milk 16floz ($8.50): Made with blueberry matcha, Lucky Charms marshmallows, and standard oat milk, everything about this drink caught my attention (damn marketers!), so I had to try it! As a kid, I loved picking out the colorful marshmallow shapes from the Lucky Charms cereal box so all that was left were the actual cereal bits! Mind you, when I hit my 30s, I became lactose intolerant and was very strategic whenever I drank any milk products. Now that I was past the mid-century mark, I've nearly avoided all varieties of milk from almond, oat, soy, and any others I might've missed to not chance anything. Anyway... I was familiar with matcha and definitely knew how the charms would taste, so it was time to take the first swig, and I was fine. Honestly, it was as if I were drinking cereal and the kid in me loved it! With explicit matcha and marshmallow flavors, this was very creative, but the price was definitely a hindrance. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw&select=FyCkIvPX_m7WzuS73NHgqw Mighty Mallow Caramel Apple Rice Crispie Treat 5.5oz ($6.50): This hand-crafted Rice Krispie treat bar was loaded with gooey caramel and the highest quality French sea salt, topped with a drizzle caramel, a sprinkle of colorful sugar, sea salt, and tiny marshmallows, again, the kid in me had to have this once I saw it displayed on the shelf. It was tough to wrap my mouth around this large block of sweetness, but once I did I nearly inhaled it as it stuck to my lips, nose, teeth -- everything! This wasn't your childhood's Rice Krispie treat! https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw&select=br3AudsMJdfAPo6CvxdGGg SERVICE I was warmly greeted by two friendly young women behind the counter who easily and quickly took my order, and minutes later my name was called as my order was ready - easy-peasy! PARKING (FREE): I found a spot along a nearby side street. Otherwise, there appeared to be plenty of parking along the main drag of Magnolia Blvd. and all aforementioned surrounding side streets - 'nuff said. ATMOSPHERE, DÉCOR, AMBIENCE A dainty shop that gave all of the feminine feels, a hint of bohemia mixed with a garden tea party, and the sense of walking through a wardrobe only to come out the other side in an Alice In Wonderland motif. The order counter was directly to your left when you entered while there were several displays of goodies https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?userid=8jVT2inwc8GIQ6sH2UG9Vw&select=s3OZlCD1qxGhN04MbGkPyA along the way to buy. A decent amount of natural lighting came in through the glass windows and doors while a mix of recessed and track electric ceiling lights filled in the rest. There were no TVs while pop music played in the background. ATTIRE Totally casual, so I would normally be in a t-shirt, boardshorts, and flip-flops. OVERALL I was happy to have been introduced to The Palm Coffee Bar, but sadly it just wasn't my scene. I enjoyed my drink, loved my treat, marveled the atmosphere, and appreciated the friendly service, but I found things a bit pricey. As with most coffee shops now, they made a variety of drinks, sold pastries, (no sandwiches), a smattering of snacks/treats, and gift items. Plus, I always preferred to support small local mom & pop businesses. I found very good value based on the prices, service, and experience noted above (TOTAL paid experience was around $17.00 BEFORE any discounts and/or tip). And, they accepted my credit card of choice... AMEX! 4.0 STARS

WHEN: Wed @10:30am This cute cafe is a lot smaller than I thought. It's deep and narrow, and while the decor is quite lovely, you would have to be okay with the red lighting from the instagrammable LED sign. That's why I sat in the opposite corner, against the pretty foliage wallpaper. I definitely lucked out since it was a weekday morning so it wasn't so busy. There is seating outside in front but it's a chilly day. I anticipated to stay here awhile so what I ordered was: DRIP COFFEE - HOT (160z) - $5.25 A classic brew made from their "The hip drip" blend from provision coffee. It's coffee, can't complain. MATCHA PISTACHIO CROISSANT - $8 A flaky croissant topped with a blend of pistachios, matcha powder, and white chocolate. I got suckered into the matcha and pistachio part and regret not getting the Nutella one since it was filled with it. This however, has no filling. It was just okay, but huge. I like working at a pretty cafe, but sadly I got no work done because I was fortunate enough to have friends who came by to catch up!

This place couldn't be cuter. It's truly a neighborhood staple. I spent a morning here working while my partner had an appointment nearby, and every single person who entered was greeted like family. The staff knew their names, asked about things going on in their lives, and knew their orders. It's hard to find that kind of community at a coffee shop in the LA area, and this place does it very well. It felt extremely welcoming. The back area inside was perfect for working, and they have wifi. They make a good matcha. There are some snacks and baked goods available, and they have gluten-free options too. I highly recommend checking this place out.

After a couple years of coming here, I'm still in love with this place and the drinks are still amazing!! I love the seasonal drinks they offer now as well! I also have the say the service and staff are a 10/10!! My favorites are still the sweet creature and matcha chia seed pudding.

I was intrigued by the pictures on Yelp because it gives Miami vibes lol. It's so cute and aesthetic! The kind of cafe shop you want to take pictures in. We ordered the cake latte (3.7/5) and Lucky charm matcha latte (4/5). Service was questionable... it was our first time there and the guy at the register just stared at us. Almost as if why we were there. Anyways, we said it was our first time and then he mentioned that if we had any questions to let him know. However, the barista was sweet and she made up for the initial awkwardness we received.

Matcha Cupcake Latte, iced vanilla latte & Everything Croissant
    Erica A.

Loved my iced vanilla latte w/oatmilk! They're hit or miss at other shoppes but this one was flavorful and so good! Wish I would've seen their cupcake latte before I completed my order but hopefully one day I'm in town again to try it! I also got the everything croissant, I enjoyed it but wish it was warm so the cheese inside could've been melted, but nonetheless still delicious. My sister got the cupcake iced matcha which was sweet but she enjoyed it! Service was quick and whoever was making my drink kindly stayed to have a beautiful day which is always appreciated! The location itself inside is very cute

We walked to this coffee shop and the moment we arrived, I was obsessed. It is a total Pinterest, picture perfect coffee shop. The ambiance is such a good vibe. The staff greeted us with smiles and happiness! They asked if we had any questions and were patient. Lots of people inside-- sounded like it was a fun local spot. The coffee was delicious-- I got the Cinnamon Toast Crunch but had such a hard choice to make because their menu looks so good! I ended up talking to some people inside for a while, got to know a little bit of the staff and had a great morning here! Highly recommend if you're in the area!

Super cute spot! I was across the street & needed a pick me up. Coffee to the rescue! Staff was super friendly & the menu variety was interesting. I'm coming back to try more iced coffee drinks & refreshers before the summer is over! Pop in & give them a try! It's a Women owed business & I believe more the reason to support them!

Iced vanilla matcha with cold foam and Endless summer with cold foam
    Elika Z.

Went to burbank today just to try some new spots. We got the Endless Summer (matcha with strawberry puree + oat milk) with cold foam, and an iced vanilla matcha with cold foam. I was quite surprised, it was so good - perfect sweetness for me (not too sweet). The shop was so cute, have some seating inside and outside. They also sell some pastries -- which when I got there, they only had some croissants left. They have a small fridge with some parfaits, and overnight oats ans chia pudding as well - with different flavors. Service was fast, and the staff was so welcoming. Would want to go back to try their coffee next time. Would recommend their matcha!

The Palm Coffee Bar is a cute coffee shop in Burbank! It has a fun vibe with bright, unique decor. In addition to coffee and pastries, they also sell cool novelties like stickers, buttons, and t-shirts. I ordered the Endless Summer (iced strawberry matcha) from their Specialty Drinks menu, and it was really good! I appreciate that it is made with oat milk.

Ask the Community - The Palm Coffee Bar

    Is there indoor seating?

Yes, they have some tables and chairs on the sidewalk ,outdoor seating.

Do you still have punch cards?

Any plans for opening up another location?

Any Valentine's Day themed drinks? You should bring back the promising young matcha. Best drink ever.

Is there a bathroom for customers?

Yes. In the back. It is gender neutral. Just the one bathroom.

    Can you work here (laptop)?

We do have 2 outdoor tables & do have wifi, but it is first come, first serve. The good part is you can drive by & see if they are open! Hope this helps!

Is your cafe open now (not just for takeout and pickup)?

Yes it is open for walk in!

    Do you offer decaf coffee?

We do decaf Americanos (espresso with hot or iced water). But we are not currently busy enough to brew decaf coffee. Hopefully one day! <3

Can you add oat milk to your menu?

Hi Ricardo! We just added it to the menu today! Can't wait to see you back :)

It's the hot coffee you brew plus ice. Last I checked, that was the most common coffee order in the US. Ended up with a cold brew, which is not the same thing as iced coffee (and again... a "world famous coffee house" should know this). Cold brew has a different flavor profile and more caffeine. Either the employee is really uninformed about the most basic things about coffee or this business refuses to pour their normal medium/dark/flavored roast coffee over ice because they charge twice as much for cold brew... neither of which is acceptable. If you want to wait in a 30-minute line with kids running into you and the decor completely unattended, and overpay for a drink that wasn't what you ordered... this is the place for you. The times I've been here, the owner has been the person who's taking orders at the register. Both times I've seen her be very warm and welcoming to the person in front of and behind me (one of which was my friend) and then as soon as I come up to place my order I just get a "what can I get for you" and kind of a whole attitude switch. This happened on my very first visit to this coffee shop so I don't think I did anything wrong? I have worked many customer service jobs so I always approach the counter with a "hi, how are you" and try to have a pleasant demeanor. I try not to let it bother me but it's hard not to notice the immediate switch from the interaction of the person in front of me. Now, I don't need people to be nice to me but I would like the same common courtesy I try to give. This happened on two other occasions and it's clear to me I just don't need to be going here. Maybe if the coffee were exceptional I could get over the service, but that isn't the case. I got an espresso tonic that was just ok. Glad people in Burbank like this shop but it's a chop for me.
