Came by on a Saturday morning and it was fairly packed, but parking wasn't an issue at all since there's plenty of street parking around. I got the Three Sisters Signature Latte and it was pretty yummy! My friend got the matcha latte, which I also took a sip of and thought was really good. Overall, the drinks were solid and the coffee shop had really good vibes. The inside was a little cramped with how busy it was, but I really liked the atmosphere. The whole place has witchy, magical vibes, which makes it feel really unique and fun. I also saw quite a few people working, and they had some cool things going on, including someone selling bread and a book signing. They even have a vending machine with books, which I thought was pretty neat! They also have outdoor seating, which was nice because I got to sit outside and chat with my friend. Overall, really good coffee, good drinks, and a unique atmosphere. Would recommend! read more

We were in Burbank craving lattes when we passed by Three Sisters Coffee and Tea, so we decided to stop in. We tried the Irish cream latte and the vanilla latte. Both were okay--nothing particularly special, but still decent. The place itself is cute, and the servers were fine, although they weren't especially warm or approachable during our visit. Maybe they were tired or just having an off day, and hey, everyone has those days. Still, the service could have been a little friendlier. read more

My favorite coffee shop in Burbank (and there's a lot to pick from). What keeps bringing me back, besides the owner and her daughters being so kind and making everyone feel like family, is the seasonal drinks!!! They always have something fun to try and never disappoint! And the drinks are made consistently good. And a lot of other reviews talked about not getting amazing service every time they go in must have never worked customer service jobs. You have bad days! Or you get customers who give you a very hard time. Give them some grace. read more

I was visiting Tansy down the street and was craving some matcha, and saw this was walking distance. OMG! So yummy!!! True authentic matcha . I ordered a classic matcha with oatmilk, and a maple vanilla matcha with oat. Both drinks were ssooo yummy! I can't wait to be back! read more

Enjoyed their lattes a few times and would recommend. The staff can be a tad stand-offish though...lines can get crazy on weekends (order online). read more

My little sister recommended this place to me, and I thought it was one of the cutest little shops in Burbank. The atmosphere is very comfy and cozy, which I loved. Staff was welcoming and polite. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had a book vending machine and even a rack of free books. That alone made the place feel extra charming. They also have board games, which is such a nice touch if you're coming with friends or planning to stay awhile. Since it was a pretty hot day, I ordered the guava lemonade, and it was delicious. It was refreshing and exactly what I needed to cook down. This is such a perfect place for study time, catching up with friends, or just relaxing with some tea or coffee. 10/10 will def be back. read more

My friend Liz introduced me to this hidden Burbank gem. I've tried the matcha and lattes, and they are both so delicious. They're the perfect balance of sweetness and milkiness. I've been here few times to try some monthly specials. My favorite specials have been the banana concoctions. The inside of the shop is so clean and there's lots of seating available. I love the entire theme of the shop, and the inside book vending machine. I do wish they opened a little earlier than 8 am daily as I am an early bird and work starts at 8 am for me. I did see the new summer hours, and will take advantage of that! Street parking is available! Go check this place out! They absolutely know what they are doing here :) read more

Three Sisters Coffee & Tea - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Burbank, California

A wonderful cafe adored by locals and a must-visit for anyone who's passing through the Burbank area. This cafe is run by a family of wonderful, empowering women who support their community and their customers with engaging events and delicious coffee. When I first moved to Burbank I was given a warm welcome by the ladies behind the counter and since then I'm happy to be a regular. Their drinks are on the more expensive side compared to larger corporate chains, but the taste and quality well makes up for the expense. They have a comfortable selection of bakery items, a diverse drink menu for all kinds of pallets, and signature lattes that hit the spot. This location offers a free library where customers can take a book and leave a book, reading in the shop or taking home, with an honor code of being expected to keep said book in good shape and to return it eventually. Their book vending machine is a huge hit, the interior is beautiful and relaxing and their location has a restroom. On the weekends they invite other small sellers, clothing entrepreneurs, bread makers, up-in-coming pottery shops, and more to use their store as a venue to expand their business. The Three Sisters' dedication to their community goes as far as sharing their success, which I admire! The cons of this location however, are that I firmly believe they've outgrown their space. Lines often form out of the cafe regularly and onto the street. It can take quite some time to wait when this happens. When they have sellers inside too--it becomes difficult to move it's so crowded. There's often not enough tables and chairs to go around, and it's uncomfortable to wait outside when it's sunny with zero shade or seats. While I love the shop encouraging people to stay and do their work, or relax, the limited seating capacity makes it so many customers are often left standing. I hope Three Sisters considers moving to a larger space, adapting outdoor seating to the experience, or grows their business enough to comfortably open multiple locations in the future to give their dedicated consumers and neighbors more space to enjoy their products. read more

Yum yum!! Adorable coffee place, with a whimsical vibe. Has delicious coffees and teas, yummy pastries.

Stopped by a few weeks ago, on a Monday morning with my cousin for a much needed caffeine boost. The place was busy. Every table inside and out was taken. We loved the book vending machine in there. My cousin couldn't resist and grabbed a book from it. I was a little groggy, so I went for something strong. Opted for the Grizzly Latte but didn't want the full 4 shots. The barista was super helpful and recommended the Mini Grizzly (3 shots). It hit the spot, bold espresso with just the right hint of sweetness. I also snagged two delicious cookies to share with my son, which vanished in under 10 minutes. My cousin got a strawberry matcha and really enjoyed it too. Greatl spot with friendly service. Definitely worth checking out if you're in Burbank. read more

When we first walked in I was not ready to order, but my little one was haha. The cashier was very patient with helping me order something for her that doesn't have so much caffeine. He was so patient in general when I did not know what to order being it was my first time there. I tried their Hawaiian Latte and it was AMAZING! My friend got their mango sticky rice matcha which was also super good and not too sweet at all. The place seems nice to work from there if you wfh but it does seem to get a little loud if it is busy. read more

I've been here previously to try their mango sticky rice matcha so I decided to stop by for coffee while in the area. The brew is more on the bitter side definitely more for someone who prefer a cold brew or non syrup taste to their lattes. I had the maple vanilla from their season menu, the maple taste wasn't super stand out ish because the brew is powerful! It seems the inside is more of a sociable coffee shop you go to for catching up with a friend rather than one for quiet working for those curious but there was lots of seating available. read more

Three sisters has been a great addition to Burbank. They're drinks taste really good, they usually offer something else going on at the shop, and it always seems busy and like a great place to meet and catch up. They have a lovely outdoor patio and with how high the cost of coffee is at many of the other Burbank coffee shops, they are the most reasonably priced. The book vending machine is really sweet and I've only had positive encounters with the staff. Overall, hope they're here to stay for a long while. read more

I've been coming to this place for quite awhile now! I live in the area and would come more often if I could!!! The owner and staff are always so friendly and helpful when I come in! I can't have dairy and staff have always been SO kind in checking syrups for me and verifying menu items for me. I like to try as much as I can. The strawberry matcha is always a win and I love the 3 sisters latte. With their current banana menu, they have a vegan syrup option that is SO good! I love that if I bring my dogs in, they have dog treats at the register. It's a nice incentive for my dogs and I love that it's a dog treat and not just whipped cream. Overall, the vibes in the place are immaculate and the drinks are great! I prefer coming here to coming to a chain and I love how often they host craft events and small vendors (usually on weekends). There are even board games for people and plenty of outlets. Right now, another cool offering is the book vending machine from Bespelled Books. So cool! I'm here most weekends and if I have a day off from work and wouldn't change a thing. I love the facility and the drinks and the staff and owner! read more

We tried the Hawaiian latte and island brew and both were delicious! I'd love to try more of the menu in the future :)

This was my third visit, so I wanted to give this place a fair chance. The shop itself is really cute, and the book vending machine is such a fun touch. I've ordered lattes each time, and they've all been good. Unfortunately, the service has been consistently lacking. Every visit has felt unwelcoming. No greeting, no acknowledgment when you walk in, just silence. It's a small thing, but it really affects the overall experience. I'd also skip the pastries. They look good, but they weren't worth the money. Overall, it's a nice neighborhood coffee shop with decent drinks, but nothing that would make me go out of my way to come back. If you're nearby and want a latte, it's a solid option. Otherwise, there are plenty of coffee shops with better service and the same quality drinks. read more

Three Sisters Coffee in Burbank is such a charming little gem. I grabbed an iced matcha with coconut milk, and it was delicious without being too sweet. The whole place has a cozy vibe. I had the Twilight Bloom Latte which is rosemary, sage and lavender syrup. It's a drink I typically wouldn't get so that's why I ordered it. However, when I had it I wasn't crazy over it. I know I ordered the wrong drink because while I was looking at the menu there were a few other thinks that sounded appealing. I'm going to come back here and try something else. I love they have games, books with indoor and outdoor seating. read more

Their Irishman drink was delicious! The mocha tasted darker than most places which I loved. Definitely a sweet drink; I added an extra shot of espresso and it was still sweet but delicious. My husband got a cortado and the coffee they use is more on the bitter side so it's great in drinks but not my preference for something like a cortado. Would comeback and get their iced mocha again read more

I have nothing but praise for this local, woman owned coffee shop. Everyone is incredibly kind and welcoming. The owner, Kristy, is often there and she has made a point to get to know all of regulars. The space is clean and lovely. The drinks are delicious and their seasonal specials are always amazing. Also, they don't ever have any off days. The quality of their drinks is consistently excellent. Their pastries are fresh and delicious. They have a vending machine filled with books as well as a selection of books you can borrow. If you visit on your way to work, like I often do, there may be a line but don't be discouraged. The line moves quickly and the service is speedy! I am not a Burbank resident but I literally go out of my way to stop here most days of the week because it's my favorite coffee shop. read more

I saw you guys in my feed and decided to check It out since It looked cool and I wanted to try the fall drinks. Let me just say, as soon as you enter that place, my god I've never been to a coffee shop where I felt such a bad vibe. Like there were a group of girls and one guy up at the register. No hello welcome, no acknowledgement. They were just talking. Then this guy comes up and says "what can I get you?" Dude, looked like he didn't want to be there at all. The service here is not it. I'm only giving it three stars because I did like my drink-but I'll add by saying it is because it was sweet. My partner said the same thing, but he could not taste the coffee. It was just whatever syrup they added. I'm bummed out because it seemed really cool in the videos. I just read some reviews and others felt the same way. Hope you guys look into this bc it really sucks feeling like that when you're trying to support small businesses like yours. read more

Came here for one quick cup of Oat Latte, and left with a loaf of sour dough, delicious Ube Bun pastries, a yummy chocolate chip cookie, and a drool worth cinnamon roll. The pastries were part of what looked like little pop-up booths that were posted at the cafe that day. I had zero business buying from a booth that day...let alone all three! (Side note, each of the items I bought were phenomenal!) The Oat Latte itself was also very good! I've only been to this cafe this one time, and it was on a whim before heading over to BUR to pick up a friend. But now, I feel like I have a promising spot to post myself where I can get some work done while having a good latte (and possibly some baked goods), before heading over to the airport! read more

I came here on a Friday around lunch time to grab a latte during a study break. The cafe is located on a slightly less busy part of Magnolia Blvd in Burbank and while free street parking is theoretically available on Magnolia, you'll have better luck finding free street parking on the side street Reese right in front of the cafe. There are several tables inside for seating and I saw several people on laptops studying / working and there is no outside seating available. I ended up trying out a drink from the summer seasonal menu. There was no line and I got my drink in under 5 mins. The cashier and barista were both friendly and polite. Mango Sticky Rice Matcha iced latte (w/ almond milk) 3.5/5, ok I struggled with rating this. Yes; the matcha is strong, although with the addition of the cold foam + mango syrup you will not taste it to be strong while drinking, you will have the caffeine effect later, however. Yes; there is mango in this, although it is a thick mango syrup that lies at the bottom of the drink and needs to be mixed into the drink with a straw or other utensil, otherwise you will not taste the mango after the cold foam is completed. No; there is no physical sticky rice in this or traces of coconut that I could taste (much to my disappointment). I would recommend just opting for a plain matcha latte than getting this due to all the aforementioned reasons. read more

One of my favorite hobbies is trying new coffee places, just to try their matcha and see how well they prepared. Decided to try their banana pudding matcha with macadamia milk and I have to say their matcha was pretty flawless. I know it's a matter of personal preference, but I prefer my matcha on the stronger side and usually when adding flavors to it the matcha tends to lose that strong flavor, not this one. It was the perfect balance of both the matcha and the banana, without one overpowering the other. They also have other interesting drinks on their menu which is definitely worth going back to try. read more

The service was pretty average overall. The register lady was not smiling or give welcoming gesture. We got three drinks: three sisters latte, chai latte, and matcha latte with vanilla syrup. Safe to say, we did not really like any of the drinks. The best one was the matcha, but there's nothing really special about it. Chai latte is decent, felt very diluted, not a lot of chai flavor. The three sisters latte was the worst for us. We all agreed that it tastes like soy sauce, so it is definitely an acquired taste (although it says "house made lavender and rose syrup"). The best part about this spot is its ambiance. It's nice to sit and talk with someone there or study. read more

Been meaning to try this place and finally decided to drop by this morning! Parking is awful around Burbank, especially these areas where it's mostly all street parking and you rarely find a parking lot. We drove around the small street nearby twice and finally managed to get a spot. We walked over and my bf and I were a little worried and hesitant about it. We saw the line out the door and the last time this happened (at a small/new coffee shop down the street), we were very disappointed by the service and overall quality and wait time. Thankfully this line moved absolutely quickly and were surprised to see how busy and packed this place was inside! They seemed to have some kind of book shop in the back, limited tables and seating because it was all full, and then what seemed to be a mini jewelry marketplace that took place on the left right when you entered. This place was absolutely poppin not just for the drinks! Again, line moved fast and we were greeted by the owner (I think). Didn't catch her name but she was very friendly and very pretty! :) my bf got The Grizzly and I got The Irishman. I don't typically order iced mochas because I prefer my lattes but the Irish cream convinced me and I loved it! Very good and my bf's drink was even better. Super strong coffee and the flavors mixed really well. They came out so quickly too!! Fantastic place, just wish parking was better so that we can drop by more often! But definitely planning on coming back again soon! IG: @ammysalamii read more

I'm gonna be very honest three sisters has to be one of the best small business cafés that I've ever tried in Burbank. I hundred percent believe that the price is worth it, you could definitely tell that they use good quality Matcha because it's always vibrant and it has that natural taste to it as well as really good espresso that actually wakes you up and flavorings that complement the taste of both Matcha and espresso. The only thing is sometimes the workers can be a bit rude but overall, I really like this place ps the jalapeño cheese croissant is way too good!!! read more

You'll have to street parking here but it's worth it. The cafe has a chill atmosphere for hangouts. There's limited seating but you'll likely be taking the coffee to-go. It was tasty although it was quite hot to drink at first. But on a cold day it should cool down just fine. read more

I've come here a handful of times and I can see why it's so popular! They have great drinks, but my favorites have been their matcha - specifically the strawberry green tea matcha and the mango sticky rice matcha. Both drinks are delightful and not too sweet. I enjoyed coming in to the shop the few times I've gone in. The folks who work there are friendly and helpful. My companions and I did notice it gets fairly warm in there; not sure if they just don't have the air on. Other than that, it's a great spot to grab and go but also to stay and enjoy coffee and a pastry at. I will definitely be coming back again! read more

Such a homey little cafe, however I didn't like my mocha. I'm not a fan of really nutty mochas and this had that strong nut flavor. The price was really good for a latte with modifications ($7.50 I think?) compared to other shops I go to that charge an arm and a leg for oat milk. I'll be back to try their seasonal drinks.
