Stopped in here the other day for coffee, it was pretty slow. I got the Horchata latte with oat milk and I liked it a lot. It was sweet and creamy. I also got a chocolate chip cookie and it was interesting. It was had small bits of what seemed to be rice crispies inside. Nonetheless, pretty good. There's not really anywhere to sit and work, as they only have a small bench and small tables which would only be able to hold a drink and food item. read more

I've had this place saved under my bookmarks for quite some time. I'm so happy I finally got tot try it. It did not disappoint. After being a loyal regular for a long time, this experience with the server completely killed it for me. Today I decided to try something different and ordered an iced London Fog tea latte. What I got was a cup of milky water. No flavor, no color, nothing remotely resembling a drink anyone would willingly pay for. I went back politely and asked if there was supposed to be coffee in it since it was called a "latte." Instead of simply explaining the drink, the server decided to give me an unsolicited Italian language lesson: "Latte in Italian means milk. This is a tea." Cool. Except we are in the United States, where ordering a "latte" somehow contains coffee, not just milk. I explained the confusion, apologized, and kindly asked if I could switch to something else. His response? "Hmm no. This is what you ordered. A tea. Plus you drank some of it" Zero customer service. Just attitude for absolutely no reason. After going back and forth for a moment, he generously offered to "add an espresso shot" to the already undrinkable cup of watery milk, or told me I could buy something else if I'm not happy. This used to be one of my favorite spots in the area, but being treated this poorly over a simple misunderstanding, I will be heading somewhere else. read more

First time trying Elephant Coffee and it couldn't have been a better impression. Their friendliness and delicious coffee convinced me to return one day. I wasn't so sure what to order so I asked the staff for the best seller drink. I got Raspberry White Chocolate Latte and it was amazing. The coffee was very smooth that leaves a slight hint of Raspberry at the end of evevery sip. The cafe is so cute and very cozy. I'll definitely come back to try their other drinks. read more

After reading all the five stars reviews for this place. I decided to give it a try, but it was a disappointment. I walked in there were three employees behind the counter and one was standing by the cookies/ pastries talking to the other ones. One of the employees greeted me and took my order. I pointed to the cups and specifically asked for a hot latte. I ended up with an iced latte. Unfortunately, I can't say it was latte. It was iced milk, latte is my to go drink so I know how it tastes usually. This drink was nothing similar to latte. It was a tasteless drink. Totally waste of money. Maybe, if employees instead of chit chatting , focused on making the drink I would get a latte. Prices are higher than the coffee shops in the area. For ambiance, there is a limited seating area inside. There are several seats outside. For parking, this location is mostly street parking with a limited parking in front of the store. Maybe I visited the store on a wrong day and ended up with a tasteless drink. I might or might not go back to this location. I gave this location two stars for the nice gesture of having treats for dogs. read more

This was always a go to spot for me and my partner. There's a small parking lot and even if that's full, there's usually easy street parking. They have a nice outdoor patio with umbrellas for shade. It's nice to just sit outside and enjoy some air. There's some seating inside but it's mostly benches and it's minimal. Service is hit or miss. They definitely have their regulars and can be approachable but half of the time I can feel rushed, which is unfortunate but not a big deal breaker for me. They have a QR code for their whole menu so I suggest looking through that before you get to the front of the line. My go to is an iced latte. Lately it has been inconsistent and my latte tastes subtle. Maybe they have new baristas but I think I'll go with a different drink next time. They also have some pastries for sale. Overall, there are things to improve but I wouldn't eliminate them from your list if you're passing by, at least once. Many people stop by with dogs (and sometimes cats) so that's also a plus. read more

Very cute coffee shop with delicious coffee! The interior decor was so clean and I loved the Elephant logo. I had the 12 oz Honey Latte (which has double shot of espresso) and got it with coconut milk. I'm always thankful for when coffee shops have alternative milk that includes coconut milk; Elephant Coffee also has oat and almond milk. The coffee was very smooth and strong, and the honey flavor was very light. They also had many other yummy options (Mexican chocolate, London Fog, Dirty Chai) that I wish I tried too. It's just okay. I wouldn't recommend it to my friends. The matcha was definitely not ceremonial grade. It did not taste good and the color was dark green and chalky. The Vanilla latte I had was not good. The syrups they use don't compliment the drinks... they overpower the coffee! The Horchata latte just tasted like milk at some point. Amazing local coffee place with a nice fresh vibe. I tried a hot Mexican elephant w oat milk. It was incredibly creamy and just the right blend of the stumptown coffee and cocoa. Came here on a weekday to grab some drinks to beat the heat. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful with any questions I had. My boyfriend ordered a shot of espresso with oat milk and I got a Strawberry Lavender Vybes drink. They offered to get me a cup of ice for my canned beverage and I thought that was really sweet. My bf let me try his coffee and it was delicious. Next time I come back I want to try a coffee drink because it was really good. If you're looking for a coffee shop that has good coffee and has an inviting atmosphere, this is the spot for you. The lavender latte I think it's called - so good! Such a light taste and not too sweet. I liked the poppyseed muffin but it was too sweet for me, felt like more of a dessert. They have some searing inside but there's a lot more outside on the side of the building and they have umbrellas for shade. They also have free WiFi which is great for anyone who works remotely. Two stars for the two things that I love about this place. For starters the staff is friendly in the off putting way that most baristas are and the food is actually really good. The seating is meh at best. Now into the two things I love. I love that when I get any drink from here (been here twice) the espresso has tasted nasty the way instant coffee tastes but 7x more expensive and I also love that when I take a sip of my iced drink, the ingenious design of the cup ensures that my shirt and pants also get some nasty coffee as well. I'd highly recommend taking someone you want to break up with here, because they'll spill on themselves when you break the news. read more

After indulging in holiday meals, I opted for the CHAGACCINO: Double espresso, milk and Chagaccino Mix: Chaga Mushrooms, Vanilla Extract, Monk Fruit, and natural Cacao. Absolutely love LOVE this place. I'm not a fancy coffee drinker. I'm a Dunkin girl through and through. But I've been here twice now. Both times because I was getting car work done nearby and needed a place to hang out while it was being worked on. To begin with, it's in a great location. Right in Burbank on boutique row. It's hidden kind of on a side street. It's a super tiny shop. But the decor and vibe is adorable. Both times I went in there I was greeted immediately. This past time was by a manager and a new guy (he was getting shown the ropes so I assume he was new). I got a recommendation as I did last time when I was indecisive about what I wanted. The first time I went with a turmeric ginger latte. This time I went with the lavender latte. Both were SO delicious. Then I went around back and hung out at their outdoor space. Which is super cute. They have WiFi too! But I got hot and then hung out inside getting work done. The music was on point. It was quiet and just a great place to chill.
