    Vanilla Chai Latte

I stopped in this quaint little cafe on a whim and loved it. The space is so calming as soon as you walk in and the staff were attentive and friendly. I ordered a hot chai which was delicious and made quickly. I'll definitely be back

The staff were very nice to being with. It's a cute small shop with outdoor seating. I had a vanilla latte and it was delicious and I want to go back asap because of how good it was! Love a local coffee shop to support.

A cute local coffee shop. Ample street parking and a lot nearby. It's a small spot with outdoor seating. The staff was super helpful and friendly. For one person it's run efficiently. The coffee here was solid. They serve stumptown which is nice. I got a cold brew which was smooth and refreshing. Always love to support local businesses and this place is worth it.

Stopped in here the other day for coffee, it was pretty slow. I got the Horchata latte with oat milk and I liked it a lot. It was sweet and creamy. I also got a chocolate chip cookie and it was interesting. It was had small bits of what seemed to be rice crispies inside. Nonetheless, pretty good. There's not really anywhere to sit and work, as they only have a small bench and small tables which would only be able to hold a drink and food item.

I've had this place saved under my bookmarks for quite some time. I'm so happy I finally got tot try it. It did not disappoint. I got an iced americano with almond milk and a dash of cinnamon and it's all its simplicity it was perfection. The coffee was smooth no bitterness. The service was great and my drink was ready in no time. I truly can't wait to come back.

First time trying Elephant Coffee and it couldn't have been a better impression. Their friendliness and delicious coffee convinced me to return one day. It is easy to find parking and there is plenty of seating. My husband had the cortado and said it was tasty. Their horchata latte was not too strong and tasty as well.

I wasn't so sure what to order so I asked the staff for the best seller drink. I got Raspberry White Chocolate Latte and it was amazing. The coffee was very smooth that leaves a slight hint of Raspberry at the end of evevery sip. The cafe is so cute and very cozy. I'll definitely come back to try their other drinks.

This was always a go to spot for me and my partner. There's a small parking lot and even if that's full, there's usually easy street parking. They have a nice outdoor patio with umbrellas for shade. It's nice to just sit outside and enjoy some air. There's some seating inside but it's mostly benches and it's minimal. Service is hit or miss. They definitely have their regulars and can be approachable but half of the time I can feel rushed, which is unfortunate but not a big deal breaker for me. They have a QR code for their whole menu so I suggest looking through that before you get to the front of the line. My go to is an iced latte. Lately it has been inconsistent and my latte tastes subtle. Maybe they have new baristas but I think I'll go with a different drink next time. They also have some pastries for sale. Overall, there are things to improve but I wouldn't eliminate them from your list if you're passing by, at least once. Many people stop by with dogs (and sometimes cats) so that's also a plus.

Nice little coffee shop. They have a QR code for the menu. Some baked goodies, lots of croissants. I ordered the Mushroom latte, the Chiagaccino, 5/5. It was delicious, well made.

Whomever the kind soul was that made my honey latte and rose latte on 8/16/25, you put your whole a$$ into that. No notes.

Very cute coffee shop with delicious coffee! The interior decor was so clean and I loved the Elephant logo. I had the 12 oz Honey Latte (which has double shot of espresso) and got it with coconut milk. I'm always thankful for when coffee shops have alternative milk that includes coconut milk; Elephant Coffee also has oat and almond milk. The coffee was very smooth and strong, and the honey flavor was very light. They also had many other yummy options (Mexican chocolate, London Fog, Dirty Chai) that I wish I tried too. My friends got a croissant and said it was tasty. Service was also great and there is a lot of outdoor seating with shade. Great find!

Excellent coffee! Plenty of outdoor seating, quick service, quality beans (they use Stumptown) They have specialty and flavors but if you stick with basics - cappuccino or flat white with oat extra hot is a go to.

Is there filling in the almond croissant (like almond paste)?

    Is the almond milk sweetened?

Hi Rachel! The almond milk contains the natural sugars from the nut, so it’s not fully unsweetened. Not added artificial sweeteners though. We do carry unsweetened coconut milk. Thanks!

For our drink, we had ti try their best seller, which actually put them on the map as a must try-spot for coffee in their cinnamon toast crunch iced latte. Then I ordred an iced matcha because they said they take their matcha seriously, it's ceremonial grade and this is also a popular drink item on the menu. The staff at the Palm coffee bar were so friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. They really helped us pick the right drink and snacks for us. It's the hot coffee you brew plus ice. Last I checked, that was the most common coffee order in the US. Ended up with a cold brew, which is not the same thing as iced coffee (and again... a "world famous coffee house" should know this). Cold brew has a different flavor profile and more caffeine. Either the employee is really uninformed about the most basic things about coffee or this business refuses to pour their normal medium/dark/flavored roast coffee over ice because they charge twice as much for cold brew... neither of which is acceptable. If you want to wait in a 30-minute line with kids running into you and the decor completely unattended, and overpay for a drink that wasn't what you ordered... this is the place for you. Otherwise, any of the other local Burbank coffee shops are better. Literally, pick any of the other places and you will have a better experience.

We loved the book vending machine in there. My cousin couldn't resist and grabbed a book from it. I was a little groggy, so I went for something strong. The times I've been here, the owner has been the person who's taking orders at the register. Both times I've seen her be very warm and welcoming to the person in front of and behind me (one of which was my friend) and then as soon as I come up to place my order I just get a "what can I get for you" and kind of a whole attitude switch. This happened on my very first visit to this coffee shop so I don't think I did anything wrong? I have worked many customer service jobs so I always approach the counter with a "hi, how are you" and try to have a pleasant demeanor. I try not to let it bother me but it's hard not to notice the immediate switch from the interaction of the person in front of me. Now, I don't need people to be nice to me but I would like the same common courtesy I try to give. This happened on two other occasions and it's clear to me I just don't need to be going here. Maybe if the coffee were exceptional I could get over the service, but that isn't the case. I got an espresso tonic that was just ok. Glad people in Burbank like this shop but it's a chop for me.
