Vanilla Latte w/ marshmellow foam
Nicole B.

Stopped by Soulsweets Coffee after running errands in the area and loved it. The space is super cute and girly, with indoor seating only. I ordered the vanilla latte with marshmallow foam and it was very yummy. I love their super cute cups. Customer service was decent, and it's definitely a spot I'd return to when I'm back in the area. Limited street parking out front, but worth the stop.

Solid coffee shop with a friendly staff! Modern, clean interior with a few table inside. Service is quick, most I've waited was like 5 min in the afternoon. If you come in the morning, you're in and out very quickly. I love the fact that they have seasonal drink items which are solid and taste good. I've also tried their matcha einspanner, which is probably the best drink I've tried there. I love supporting small businesses, so if you're in the Glendale area, give this place a try!!

Cute little coffee shop. Was hard to find as there is no sign in front of their store front. Friendly staff. All the drinks look super yummy. I ordered the Biscoff latte. Great taste + Not too sweet. Parking: street parking.

Unique coffee drink flavors with a twist! Friendly service and fast! Small inside with enough seating to wait for your drink but not spacious enough for a gathering with friends! I personally enjoy sweeter coffee drinks and the Biscoff latte was perfect! Parking may be a challenge being directly off of a busy street and near an intersection. Near the corner of Kenilworth and Glenoaks!

I was influenced by the reviews to try this place as I was in the area. It's a cute coffee shop on a busy street. No line when I came in. I ordered a blackberry buzz latte with oat milk. I ordered the largest size as I was hopeful it was good. When I got my drink I was taken back at the color and presentation. Compared to the pics online it looked like a lot of milk. I got in my car to try it. All I tasted was milk, and almost no blackberry syrup. I went back inside and asked if they could possibly add more syrup. The guy who took my order was nice but the girl was rude. She just grabbed my cup, did 2 pumps of the syrup, and handed it back to me. I tried it again and the milk still over powered the coffee and syrup. Drink went to waste and I would not believe the hype.

Always fun to try a new place and a new (to me, anyways) coffee drink. This cafe is adorable - the pictures on the walls are humorous and whimsical. Service is prompt and efficient. The einspanner coffee was delicious. Creamy top and solid coffee flavor. Little on the sweet side, but tasty.

This coffee shop was a bit difficult to find. We had to loop around the block a few times to figure out 1. They don't have a storefront sign and 2. If you see the name Roobina's Cake & Catering on the building, it's located inside there. Weird....not sure if Soulsweets hasn't gotten their sign yet or Roobina decided to open a coffee shop next door. Also, street parking only so that can be challenging, we had to park on the next street over. The inside is TINY. Barely any tables & chairs so I don't suggest coming here for coffee dates or catching up with friends. It's more of a grab n go. We ordered two medium Einspanner Lattes and they were delish!!! Perfect combination of caffeine and flavor. So creamy, light and def gave us that afternoon pick me up.

A little hard to find the place because they haven't set signs up yet. Parking was a bit tight, it's all street parking. The actual latte: kinda bitter and tasteless. Their menu is pretty small so this was the only thing I thought I'd like. Their cold foam isn't very sweet. I don't see myself coming back tbh. I didn't stay for that long because their chairs are taller than their tables, so I was hunching over trying to read. Not super comfy. It's a new coffee spot so it's worth a shot to check in and see if you like it or not.

We decided to try out this coffee shop. The service is meh. They were not that friendly . The decor was cute with a lot of pictures . The seating is very uncomfortable . Ordered the strawberry matcha . It was just okay . I also ordered a croissant sandwich . It not good at all and cold . I do not plan to go back again .

i am really luuuvinnng Soulsweets holiday menu! the drinks i have tried so far were really good. shout out to the girlies who make our coffees & matchas, they do such an amazing job! very sweet ladies as well! i absolutely adore the christmas decor at this coffee shop including their christmas tree, everything was soo cute & festive. even their cups have a cute gingerbread sticker on them. the drinks i have tried on their holiday menu ; * the candy cane cloud latte * the toffee nut latte * hot chocolate w/ toasted marshmallow around the rim of the cup. * the white chocolate matcha latte each drink was 10/10.

OG avocado toast

Very cute and cozy café. Baristas were super nice and very helpful with choosing drinks. I ordered a matcha einspänner (16 oz), and I appreciate that there was a 24-oz option (for more drink)! Also got the OG avocado toast. Matcha einspänner was just-okay: it was nice and sweet, but the matcha was grainy and didn't mix in well. The OG avocado toast was just-okay as well: tasty enough, but nothing to write home about. Overall, an okay little café that's decent for a quick pick-me-up while in the area.

Sometimes picture might indeed be misleading, and that's precisely representing my first impression stepping into Soulsweets. I've always had in my mind that the cafe would be quite spacious with plenty of seats, but in actual I was over-projecting. Not saying it in a negative way surely as the place was surely small but mighty, providing that cozy slow ambiance with iconic decorations in multiple corners, including the cute mirror and posters/paintings. Despite being relatively new, it seemed to be pretty popular around the neighborhood. Sitting there spending roughly couple hours, I could see it only being tad quiet for a sec, before another guests coming in as the prior ones leaving. Good job to the friendly baristas for delivering that warm hospitality for sure, including being helpful in assisting me with my order choice! Being minimalistic in space also didn't stop them from serving stuffs beyond drinks. They did have pastries along with toast, sandwich, and bagel; of which the latter ones were made to order. As for the drinks, they had various options within their coffee, matcha, as well as refreshers. Most variations were combo of syrup and toppings 'play'. I got their Pistachio Bliss, which seemed to be #1 favorite on Yelp. Drink size, milk, and topping quantity were kinda customizable. I got mine with almond milk and picked the medium 16oz, as well as requesting slightly less pistachio cream top. The pistachio syrup was bit too fragrant for my liking and the coffee was so-so. The fun part was probably the pistachio crumbles on top of the cream.

This is my first time trying Eispanner and it was delicious!! Staff were also super nice since I was asking for some recommendations and they didn't disappoint. I went on a Saturday and I was able to find street parking easily. It's a small coffee shop so there might not be enough seating on peak days. I love the interior as it's beautifully decorated. Can't wait to try the rest of their menu! If you're craving coffee in the area, definitely try this place out.

We didn't like them ... loved them!!!

We got lucky lol! They have some nice seating and tables on the side of their building down that same residential street and they also have umbrellas for shade which is nice. Walked in and what a beautiful cafe! You immediately notice all the musical instruments which makes me think they have live music some times. Ordered at the counter and asked what their "RAF Latte" was and the guy mentioned it was for the customers who wanted them to be more on the sweeter side and less strong so I went for their Horchata latte. Took a few minutes to get my drink but as soon as I saw it, it looked absolutely delish! And it was. Super creamy, still on the sweeter side but the creaminess is what I loved most about it. Still strong enough for my liking so I would definitely come back and get it again! IG: @ammysalamii

Their menu is incredibly innovative and has a lot of unique flavors, so it was super hard choosing just one. I wanted to try the mango matcha, too and the banana flavors also sounded good. We ended up ordering the Vietnamese coffee and the double matcha. The Vietnamese coffee was good, strong and not too sweet. However, my double matcha was very milky and tasted watered down. Despite it being the strongest matcha on the menu (supposedly), there was no matcha taste at all and it tasted more like just oat milk. The matcha cream on top was tasty and strong but not enough to balance out the milkiness of the matcha latte underneath. I was pretty disappointed, but hopefully it was just a one off. I hope I can come back and try some of the other flavors, and see if the matcha is redeemed. The space itself is super cute with wooden tables and a record player and plants in the corner. There are also chairs and tables outside, and it's located in a plaza with plenty of parking. A pretty convenient and cozy space - I'd opt for the coffee instead of matcha here or skip the double matcha and try a fruit matcha instead.

We were greeted immediately and it appeared he was the manager (older gentleman with tattoos) and he even gave my dog a pup cup. Honestly, this is the only reason I gave it 3 stars. I appreciated the kindness from him. Service overall went downhill after this. We got the wings and a pizza. I got a tea to drink and my boyfriend got the chai latte. I got the hibiscus tea and it was really good - highly recommend. My boyfriend's chai latte on the other hand was straight milk with ice. Do not recommend. When we got the pizza, we asked for ranch and chili flakes but never got. We asked two different servers but by the time they brought the chili flakes we had only one slice of pizza left. We didn't want the pizza to get cold. The only reason we got a ranch was because it came with the wings. The wings were small and slightly crispy. Definitely not fresh wings, they tasted like store bought frozen wings. We noticed other tables were complaining because they weren't getting service which says a lot about a place. Some even got up and left. It seems like a lot of people went for dessert/pastries so we missed the memo on that. I unfortunately wouldn't come here again. Not the best first impression and food was not worth the price.
