Early morning coffee cravings deserve better than the generic spots on every corner. This place stands out. If you're in a rush, ordering online for pickup makes everything seamless and efficient. Metered parking right out front makes it even easier. The coffee? Just right. Smooth, balanced, and exactly what I needed to start the day. One small note: for online orders, I'd request it extra hot next time. Easy. Convenient. Good coffee. I'm in.
Wow. Oh wow. What a great little gem. This place was amazing and the prices even more amazing. Must stop in if you get the chance. Great atmosphere and great staff. The cute coffee art is an awesome added touch to my beverage. We tried a few different drinks and let's just say it is "chefs kiss". Or barista kiss. Ha ha. If you get the chance to try it let me know how you liked it. I just love coffee.
Visited: 1/9/26 Salmon Toast w/Mashed Avocado: 9.5/10 Absolutely delicious! This is the best salmon toast I've ever had. They were out of their usual bread, so I got ciabatta instead, and it was great. The portion of salmon was very generous and super fresh with a fantastic flavor and perfect seasoning. There was also plenty of avocado, so much that both the salmon and avocado were spilling out of the ciabatta. However, the more I ate, the more I wished there had been a little more bread or less avocado, as the ratio became somewhat overwhelming. Iced Blue Jasmine Matcha: 6/10 It was an ok drink, but I wish the matcha flavor was stronger. The butterfly pea tea overpowered it, and the drink tasted a bit watered down as a whole.

The blue jasmine matcha latte came iced with almond milk infused with jasmine tea and butterfly pea flowers. The color was bright and pretty & it tasted great! They are dog friendly too. They offer a wide array of flavorful coffee and tea drinks as well as food dishes. Upon entry you'll quickly notice its interior has plenty of natural light and serene vibe. Moreover, you'll be warmly greeted by a friendly staff. I quickly perused their menu and ordered their Cold Brew Lavender and Chicken Melt Panini sandwich. Drink was refreshing and food was warm, crisp and bloody amazing. This coffee shop offers free wifi and sell some coffee bean bags. Prices were competitive. Service was ridiculous spot on. Plenty of street metered parking. Overall, I was ebullient with their coffee and food. And it's a must-visit spot in the area.

Prices are compatible with the other stores in the area. It can be busy in the morning, I visited in the afternoon. There was no line and several people were working on their computers. I would suggest going to this location, if you're looking for a quiet place to study. I didn't notice private parking lot. There are plenty of metered parking spots. I would recommend this coffee shop, if you're looking to try something different than chain coffee shops that are around every corner.
A cute little coffee shop in downtown Glendale! I got their Iced Blue Jasmine Matcha with Almond Milk- easily one of the prettiest drinks I've ever gotten! A super interesting concept. I got floral notes from the Jasmine tea, creaminess from the milk, and just a tinge of earthiness from the matcha. My only note is that the matcha could've been a touch stronger, but otherwise, a great choice! Being one of the few coffee shops in the area with seating, Ideology Coffee is the perfect spot for a little coffee date. They have plenty of seating options littered around inside. Come grab a sip and stay awhile.
The bagel with avocado, chives, cream cheese, and capers is excellent and I've enjoyed it the few times i've gone. The matcha here is a bit too bitter for me, and I make matcha lattes at home without sugar fairly often. The main reason I rated a bit lower is because I feel the service is always very brisk and the cafe's atmosphere itself is kind or cold and uninviting. I end up leaving immediately once i'm done eating, or sooner, because it feels very awkward inside.
We visited Ideology Coffee in Glendale Place today (09/25/25 around 1:00 pm) and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. We ordered 2 coffees (latte and cappuccino) and 2 bagels. Not long after eating there, we both felt unwell and experienced food poisoning. We hadn't eaten anywhere else that day, so I suspect the milk may have been spoiled. The service was also unpleasant. The cashier (a young woman at the register) was very impolite -- when we asked about sandwiches, she rolled her eyes and didn't offer any helpful recommendations. The only positive I can mention is that the location and interior are very nice. You can tell that someone invested a lot into creating a beautiful space. Unfortunately, the service and food safety don't match the quality of the design. Sadly, between the poor service, questionable coffee quality, and the fact that we got sick afterward, I cannot recommend this place.
No line around 2:30 on a Tuesday. Place is very bright and clean, but it was rather warm inside due to the sun. I got the Iced Peach Blossom Matcha Latte with oat milk and honestly it didn't taste like much of anything. It didn't taste bad, it was just bland, and I could barely taste the peach blossom that they said was made in house. The chicken melt was crispy and warm, but similarly lacked flavor and I wish it had more sauce. 3/5 stars for okay tasting items and fast service. Will come back to try a coffee/latte at some point since I live nearby.
Was grabbing lunch across the street and decided to check out Ideology after seeing cool photos of the Blue Jasmine Matcha. It definitely looked better than it taste because it was lacking that strong matcha flavor you would normally get when ordering a matcha latte.
Tried their seasonal Banana Bread Latte, and it was good! It only comes with oat milk, and I was impressed by how much it actually tasted like banana bread without being overpowering. It is on the sweeter side. Such a cozy and unique seasonal drink! It's also a great spot to get some work done, with friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. Parking can be a little tricky, but there's a nearby parking garage with 90 minutes of free parking. Definitely worth a visit if you want to try something different! read more

I would give ideology 4.5 stars. This is clearly a place people come to work/study and they never make you feel rushed. I tried the mushroom coffee drink - they told me it tastes like a mocha but with way more antioxidants. And they were right! It tastes like a strong mocha, I needed the ice to melt a little bit to calm down the flavor, but that was just my personal preference. I was able to get a lot of work done and my friends came to visit at one point. It's smaller inside but there are probably 8-10 tables for customers. If I lived closer, I would definitely be here more often! read more

Visited: 1/9/26 Salmon Toast w/Mashed Avocado: 9.5/10 Absolutely delicious! This is the best salmon toast I've ever had. A small coffee shop located in the downtown Glendale area with friendly service and some unique menu items. I came in here because I wanted a pick me up, but it was also hot. I ended up ordering the iced Blue Jasmin Matcha Latte. I usually get iced coffee but wanted to change it up a little bit since it looked fun as well. The drink was refreshing, and I had a good amount of caffeine that I was looking for. There's also a seating area inside where people were working on their computers or just hanging out. Looks like a fun place to be. Maybe next time, but this time I was just grabbing a quick drink to go. On a Sunday afternoon, there was plenty of metered street parking close by. read more
Adorable & chill little coffee shop on the Blvd. Street parking usually available. I love that they make their own syrups in-house: cinnamon-clove, lavender, vanilla, hazelnut & caramel. The music isn't too loud, clean restroom, air con isn't obnoxious/ it's just right. Nice people too. I love their basic latte with an add shot of their homemade cinnamon-clove syrup. A great caffeine stop in downtown Glendale! I've been to this coffee shop a couple times now and have no complaints. This last time I ordered their cinnamon and clove iced latte accompanied by my favorite treat, an almond croissant, what a wondrous breakfast it was! The business itself is very clean and spacious. Well decorated and plenty of seating (inside) available. It's in a popular area so there might not be a table available if you go during peak times. The staff is nice and I overheard them chit-chatting with a regular customer which I thought was sweet. Parking-wise, its on the main busy street with metered parking so take that into consideration especially on busy weekend days. I will continue to come here when I'm in the area for my coffee and sweet treat fix. :) read more

Not as good as it used to be. I used to really enjoy this spot, especially for their Matcha Chaggacino, but lately it's been overwhelmingly sweet--so much so that I couldn't get through more than a few sips. When I brought it up to the cashier, I was told no sweetener is added. However, as someone who visits regularly, I can say with confidence that the flavor has noticeably changed. It's disappointing when feedback is met with a dismissal rather than a solution. I'm giving 3 stars because I believe a good establishment should be open to customer input instead of brushing it off. I hope they take this as constructive feedback. read more

One of my favorite coffee spots in town! The atmosphere is cozy, the staff is always friendly. The coffee is Always fresh and delicious. Their in-house flavors are unique and so well-balanced. If you're stopping by, do yourself a favor and try the RAF. It's rich, smooth, and just the right amount of indulgent. This place never disappoints. read more

I was looking for a place to sit and study. Ideology Coffee on my list to visit. I did try to make a visit around 11:30 AM on Sunday and was very busy. For parking, I was able to park at the street meter right in front of the store. The majority of the spots are already taken! After scouting the seats inside, they were all taken already. I decided to order an iced matcha latte (with oat milk) and a LOX bagel (plain bagel) to-go. I got my drink pretty quick and the LOX bagel a few minutes later. I decided to come back at another time if I wanted to study here. When ordering, the staff gave me a heads up that the matcha wouldn't be sweet unless I added sweeteners. I will confirm, it was definitely not sweet at all. For the LOX bagel, it was a really big portion. It had a generous amount of salmon layered on top. For the cream cheese, I would argue that they put too much in it. In some notes, the cream cheese overpowered the salmon flavor. They also added pickles, which was really refreshing and helped cut the cream cheese flavor a bit. However, all the pickles were mainly on one side. I wish the evenly spread it out or added more pickles. Overall, it's good for the price. Note: They accept American Express. read more

It also gets the job done when I need to be efficient or just read. Bright beautiful interior. Outlets in some seats. |[ c o n ]| Hardest part is prob parking as it's street. This place is my new favorite local coffee shop. I love the setup, the staff is super friendly, the overall ambiance is focus-inducing (so far I have been very pleased with the background music selection), and the amount of natural light that comes in through the windows is amazing. Their matcha is a very reasonably priced ceremonial matcha (which I prefer). The almond croissant was superb lol. And, I've tried their vanilla ice latte as well and it was on point. 10/10 recommend this is spot. 10/10 will be a regular. read more

We LOVE this coffee shop so much!! It's our favorite in glendale for sure, highly recommend it! The drinks and food are delicious! The matcha is very good. The workers are all SO nice, which is so refreshing. Parking is so easy to find, we never have a problem. I also love that they have some books placed on the shelf and my kids love to look through it. So happy we have this coffee shop near us. read more

Stopped by for a quick afternoon drink and this was the perfect spot! The peach blossom matcha is delicious, the peach flavor comes through nicely but isn't too sweet. There's ample seating and some outlets, so I'll definitely be back do get some work done! read more

Hi Jean ! Absolutely. We use plain cream cheese and it is pasteurized. Depending on the menu item we also mix it with dill and capers.
Which of your non-dairy milks have no sugar added?
Hi Rachel! All our alternative milk has sugar. The least sweet would be Oat milk with 4g of sugar.
