A beautiful outdoor spot that's perfect for a special breakfast or brunch. The food is consistently delicious, and every drink is fresh and expertly made. Their breakfast burritos are absolutely worth coming back for. I could go for one right now. Parking is available in the adjacent space, with additional street parking nearby.
Parking is limited but not hard to find as its right off the Main Street. Careful because cars fly by. I recommend you as you walk in and you see an available table to grab it and then order inside and bring out your number. Seating is a bit limited due to the amount of people. Staff is friendly and the cooks make really good food. My son got the breakfast burrito, my daughter got crispy chicken sandwich, I got the avocado toast with poached eggs. Everything was delicious. I tried their rainbow latte and my daughter had their ice blended frappe. Be aware that the large rainbow latte is $9.50. The decor cute but you could tell since it's outside everything's a little bit weathered and dusty overall it's a cute spot for breakfast and they have a grade A. Restrooms are conveniently outside in
This is such a charming cafe in the Glendale hills neighborhood! You definitely won't find this cafe as it is quite literally in the hills inside a neighborhood, but that's exactly why I wanted to check the place out. When I first drove past it, I immediately was surprised to see it and thought I was seeing things lol. I had to come back again to try it! The decor is SO cute - I absolutely love the flowers and vintage car-themed decor, and how charming and peaceful the patio is. I only ordered to go as I never had time to sit down, but next time I definitely will sit in to enjoy the sights and ambiance of the patio. Service was super fast on the weekdays I have went. For food and drinks I have gotten the Soft Shell Crab sandwich and the Blue Hawaiian smoothie. The sandwich is unique and tasty, I loved the coleslaw and the quality of the crab. I want to try their caffeinated drinks and other sandwiches next time! Do note that this cafe is quite pricey, but it's worth a try!
2025: I live around the corner from this wonderful place - and I wanted to love it so so much. Sadly, I was disappointed with their food multiple times before - and so we have not been in quite a while. Few weeks ago I met friends for a coffee, just had your beautiful and very tasty Rainbow Latte and saw the food coming out - and it looked delicious. I thought - wow, let's try again. Who knows, maybe there is a change in the kitchen. And really I came and want to love this place. I really did! Sadly, my next food experience was again, politely said, not so good. My wife ordered - as you can see from the attachment, an ice tea - and got a coffee. Of course, it was fixed - thank you very much. She also loved her Avocado toast. I ordered a steak sandwich - again: see attached - with hash browns, crisp please, and my steak medium rare. Knowing how hard it is to serve medium rare on a sandwich, I did not really expect you would deliver medium rare. Most can't - so I was happy to forgive the well done I got. After all, it was OK. Then, as a side: I got... chips. No hash browns. Your staff was friendly - and to rush-fix it - possibly too rushed: they served raw hash browns. I could not eat them :-( As I said, my wife was happy and I did not want to spoil her experience after having complained already twice. I am happy to see this place is busy. Knowing the significance of my ratings - almost 100,000 people read my reviews on Yelp, Google, & Co every week, I decided not to post anything yet but reach out to the owner direct and the response rather added oil to the fire than attempting to fix this rather meh experience so I eventually decided to share. Few things are good, but some should be avoided by all means. Hash browns and meat dishes (unless you like your meat killed multiple times ;-) are some them.

It is a beautiful drive up to Wild Oak Cafe, for that reason alone, we will return to try their juices and salads. We believe we just ordered the wrong item, waffles and chicken. It was pretty awful, hard and bland. The latte was ok. The ambience is delightful, what a nice relaxing space. Good crowd. Took Rufus, he enjoyed the outdoor eating space. Met some nice folks. We will definitely return, the salads do look amazing.
Super cute and nice cafe to eat at. We went on a beautiful Saturday morning with our family and lucky enough to find a table to sit at. I would recommend grabbing a table while another person goes inside to order. Although it's a sit down place with servers to bring your food out to you, you do have to go inside to place your order. You can stop in for some muffins and coffee. They have beautiful latte art as seen in their prior Yelp pics and we got some Armenian coffee that were just perfect! We had great breakfasts all around. The breakfast burrito was amazing! The French toast was perfect and the best but not least was the Turkey Bacon Avocado sandwich. Overall, I would definitely go back again and refer my friends and family. They are a bit limited in parking, and although they have a lot of seating personally if I see there isn't room to sit I won't make a big hike to park and go wait for a long time. My personal opinion. Again, definitely recommend trying it out for yourself.

This place looked so cute online, and let me tell you, it's just as cute in person! It's in a converted gas station, so it has a really unique look. There are faux flowers everywhere and lots of cute little accents around. Also, points for playing Radiohead and Nirvana although I wouldn't have associated those bands with the type of ambiance this place has, haha. The rainbow latte attracted me first, so I had to order one. Def did it for the gram. The coffee was really good, actually. However, because I ordered it with oat milk, it got too frothy with big bubbles and so the rainbow didn't really look that good. Oh well! Still was worth it. For food, I ordered the avocado toast with poached eggs. It was pretty good, except you can tell they used premade guacamole. It just has a different taste. Not my favorite. I also thought it could use a little more flavor. Maybe some pickled onions or capers or something. My husband had the chicken and waffles. He thought they were just ok. They weren't uniformly cooked. One was cooked well and the other breast was a little overcooked. In terms of service, you order at the counter and they bring you your food. It probably took 15-20 minutes, so not too bad. Staff was very polite. There's also a cute little area to the side with some chairs, a fake well, and a Little Free Library. Parking is a little difficult. A few spots and the rest is residential street parking. Would definitely come back for the laid back vibes and good coffee. Curious to try a few more food options as well.
I'm really disappointed to be writing this because I used to love Wild Oak Cafe and came here often. Unfortunately, the food quality has gone downhill, which is why I stopped coming for a while. I decided to give it another chance and brought my child here for a quick breakfast before heading to Emerald Isle Park, since it's so close. I ordered the kids French toast, and it came out dry and burnt--basically toast that had been overcooked. After we left, my child was still hungry, so I had to stop somewhere else to get her food. That was the final straw for me. I really wanted this visit to be different, but sadly it confirmed why I stopped coming in the first place. Needless to say, I won't be back.

My friend and I have been wanting to try this place since it's close to our office. Drive along Chevy Chase and enjoy the the sight of beautiful houses and trees enveloping the area. You won't miss the cafe since it's adorned with floral decor on the outside. Parking is limited but crowd is minimal on a weekday. The cafe closes at 3PM but the staff allowed my friend and I to stay past closing to enjoy the chirping birds and beautiful scenery. Matcha latte - I ordered it because of the beautiful latte art. You can bring a photo and have the it digitized into latte art or they'll create simple hand drawn latte art for you. Steak and cheese sandwich - I was expecting a Philly cheese steak but this had chunks of steak and a generous amount of mushrooms in it. Food was good, nothing spectacular and prices are rather steep. Come here for the ambiance and latte art.

Such a cute outdoor patio-only spot tucked near a country club in a quiet neighborhood. The atmosphere was really peaceful and relaxing. We ordered the breakfast bowl with potatoes, the steak cilantro salad, and two fresh squeezed juices (I think they were Green Machine and Red Goddess). The breakfast bowl was really good, especially the potatoes! Everything paired really well together, and the salsa on the side was a great addition. The steak salad was also tasty, though the steak came out a little more cooked than we asked for and was slightly tough. The juices tasted super fresh and refreshing. Since they're freshly squeezed, they weren't overly sweet, which I actually liked. Overall, a really nice brunch/lunch spot with a great vibe. read more

my boyfriend and I were in rush to get something to eat quickly and I found this cute spot near us so we went to try it out. When we got there their parking spots were all full but they were plenty of spots to park on the street . We ordered the steak and egg sandwiches and I got the rainbow latte. The service was great. We got our order in a timely manner and the their sandwiches were great and tasty . I loved my latte . The food was amazing but when I received my iced blended frappe, I personally did not like it so I reordered the rainbow little because that was DELISH! The staff was very friendly and was kind enough to exchange the drink for me. The place was cute and peaceful. A perfect little brunch spot! read more

Wild Oak Café in Glendale is honestly one of my favorite spots, and I find myself coming here all the time. Today I grabbed a latte and a cookie for breakfast, and once again they did not disappoint. The latte was smooth, rich, and made perfectly -- you can tell they take pride in their coffee. The cookie was fresh, soft, and exactly what I needed to start my morning right. The vibe here is always warm and welcoming, and the staff consistently treat you like a regular even before they know your name. It's the kind of place you keep coming back to, not just for the food and drinks, but for how comfortable and easy it feels to be here. This is a great outdoor spot. You order inside then the seating is all outdoors mostly in the shade which is a good thing. You would never find this place unless you were looking as it's in the middle of a neighborhood! I had chicken & waffles which was good....the food is just basic breakfast & lunch! But a cute date spot & outdoor cafe. Not a lot of parking in their lot but like I said it's in a neighborhood so lots of street parking. read more

Easily one of the best breakfast burritos I've ever had. The burrito was perfectly toasted with a crispy outside and a warm, flavorful filling--fluffy eggs, crispy bacon, and roasted potatoes. Super satisfying without being heavy. The café itself has a cozy, rustic vibe--think natural wood, good lighting, and a relaxed, welcoming feel. Great spot to chill, meet a friend, or get some work done. Staff was friendly and genuinely attentive. You can tell they care. This place is a gem. I'll absolutely be back! read more
What a hidden gem!!! It's quiet and surrounded by nature ugh~just beautiful. I got the steak sandwich which was mediocre, steak was a bit tuff and under seasoned but the fries were bomb! The coffee is art, its sooo pretty and very good. Coffee is a must! Instagram photo worthy. I think their avocado toast is popular, haven't tried it but seen many people order it. Parking here is limited, they have a tiny parking lot. There is also street parking. You order inside at the counter and they'll serve your food and drinks to the table when it's ready. The outside seating is really cute and a great place for a date or with some friends. The menu prices are kind of high. I got the Egg White Breakfast Burrito and Rainbow Latte and it totaled $27. They have the holy trinity of hot sauces available on the tables with Tapatio, Tabasco, and Cholula. The Egg White Breakfast Burrito was deliciously crispy with the breakfast potatoes. You can choose to put hash browns inside instead. The fire roasted salsa tasted fresh and zesty. It was great paired with the hot sauces. For the Rainbow Latte, you can choose to add a syrup to give it some flavor like Vanilla, Hazelnut, Caramel, etc. Super cute and perfect for the aesthetic! read more

Fell in love with this Lil gem in the beautiful hills of Glendale. My husband chose this location for his bday breakfast and it was just what he wanted. The view, staff, and food was amazing! Today it was poring rain but their cozy outdoor sitting with huge heaters had us enjoying the beautiful rain while we enjoyed the delicious dishes. Yes you do have to go in and place your order but the staff is so friendly that I truly didn't mind. Had their famous rainbow latte, waffle berries, breakfast burritos and their avocado toast and everything was on point. The appearance was a 10 out of 10 and the taste was also a 10 out of 10. My family and I enjoyed it and we are definitely coming back. read more

I came to get my car serviced near the area and wanted a coffee and pastry to sit while I waited, glad I found this place on yelp. It was so cozy and cute my coffee was delicious. I didn't get any food but I will be trying next time im near the area. read more

Yes! We have Vegan breakfast burrito and Cali bowl for breakfast, Fresh Veggie Wrap and portobello mushroom burger for lunch.
