I truly don't understand how this place has 4 stars. I came because my mom saw this place on TikTok and liked the bear asthetic which is why I'm assuming everyone else comes. Upon arriving we were very confused that the restaurant is really just the outdoor patio of a small market. The teddy bear decor looks old, worn down, and dusty. Frozen food and horrible service. My party and I sat down and ordered. It took 30 minutes to bring us water... and the water even tasted funny too. Everyone was working hard all day, and they never rushed us out. Due to party size, we were initially told the reservation time limit was 2 hours, but I think we were there almost 4 hours just chatting and taking pictures. Clearly stated on the menu, if you pay with cash, you get a 4% discount on service fee. If you pay with a credit card, then you pay the 4% fee. Service can be slow at time since only one person is working in the mornings. It took average of 15- 20 minutes for us to get hot chocolate and cappuccino.
