The Dream Come True. Also Sausage Redemption.
    Mark M.

loved the food! i got the dream come true sandwich. it was very good. i also got the la abuelita drink. the workers were fast and nice. everyone seems to be enjoying their work. the music was bumpin. it's a very chill spot to enjoy breakfast. the place is kind of small but felt cozy. the price had some strange disparity. my partner got the sausage redemption. it came with the chicken sausage, cheese, egg, and aioli at $8.50. for about $1.50 more i got the dream come true which included bacon, chicken sausage, avocado, tomato, spinach, egg, and cali sauce. which was a great deal!

This place has been in my bookmark for years and since I was finally in the area, I decided to give it a try. I didn't really know what to expect but it's basically a walk-up counter where you order and go. The food came out fast BUT room temperature which was disappointing. The bacon was pretty hard, and for a breakfast sandwich, that's a letdown. Honestly, it felt like a glorified McDonald's with much steeper prices... except at least McDonald's serves hot food. A bacon egg muffin for $10 is a bit wild. I also tried the banana iced coffee, and that was... horrifying. Definitely not for me. Good for a fast bite if you're nearby, but I probably wouldn't go out of my way to come back.

I wasn't expecting this to be so good. I thought it was going to be more heavy, although it was decadent it was not overly heavy. They have a good variety of coffee drinks, as well as some great breakfast sandwiches. Staff was really friendly. There's not a lot of parking in front of the building or a lot of seating, but I saw people coming and going pretty frequently.

Is so delicious I recommend display everybody's so nice. I will we come back again.gracias muy rico todo y muy amables todo el personal si regreso otra bes.

I don't get the hype for this place. It's not bad but it's not great and just nothing special. The girl working cashier Saturday morning couldn't lack any more life inside her. I mentioned it was my first time and asked what was recommended, she couldn't even give me a straight answer. I ordered the Americano ( $8.50 ) and added a hash brown ( $1.95 ) Considering the prices of breakfast sandwiches or any sandwich in LA, I'd say it's reasonably priced. But it's also nothing that I'd go back for. With the English muffins being made in house, (according to the cashier) I was hoping for something better but I guess there's only so much that can be done to an English muffin. The spicy aioli also isn't special, it's very dense and oily. And there's no flavor, it's just heat. The hash brown was also soft and mushy, didn't add anything special to the sandwich. The best part to me was how crispy the bacon is.

Came here on a rainy Sunday morning and ordered and received my food really quickly. I got the Show Stopper sandwich, which usually comes with bacon, egg, cheese, avocado, hash brown, and cali sauce, but I replaced the bacon with an Impossible patty. I like how you can customize all their sandwiches to make them vegetarian by swapping the meat for an Impossible patty or just removing the meat completely. The sandwich was really delicious and I especially liked the chipotle aioli sauce. Super worth a try if you're in the area and I'd definitely come back! I want to try their coffee drinks too.

We had a busy day ahead of us and needed a filling breakfast, so we hopped on Yelp and found this little gem! The layout (inside and outside was so cute! Perfect for little breakfast date vibes). The staff was so friendly and provided great recommendations. Our food was ready relatively quickly and it was very good! The presentation was immaculate and I thoroughly enjoyed every bite! Will definitely be back when I'm in the area!

Super yummy muffin sandwiches! Vibes were calm and great. Coffee wasn't my favorite, but their sandwich was so good! Service was straightforward and chill. The muffin sandwich was so good, I got it two days in a row for breakfast, don't sleep on them! It came with a delicious creamy sauce that made it taste even better with every bite!

Interesting little spot north on Brand Boulevard. You can't miss it as it's got the yellow striped awning out front. In fact, the branding has a yellow and black palette...kind of like, um, the Wu Tang Clan colors! So maybe it wasn't a surprise the guys behind the counter were rocking the iconic Wu Tang Clan symbol on their t-shirts, but instead of the group's name, it said "Muffins." Clever! Anyway, the menu has a bunch of English muffin sandwiches, mainly breakfast. Lots of other coffees and hot beverages are offered here as well. It's a to-go place mainly, although there are a few seats inside and covered tables out front as well that you're welcomed to dine on. I ordered the following: - Classic Americano - 5.5/10: Very basic breakfast sandwich. Not sure why I was expecting something different or out of this world, but it is what exactly is described: egg, cheese, bacon and aioli between English muffins. What would you pay for a sandwich like this that's fair? Well, $8.50 is pretty steep. I will say their muffins are a little larger than the ones you get at the store, so maybe that's why it's an expensive sandwich. - Hash Brown - 5/10: Again, just your super basic hash brown, kind of like the ones you get at McDonald's, but not quite as tasty. And for $2.50? Well, you're probably better off at McDonald's. So yeah, I guess the novelty is this is just a quick pick-up-and-go spot for a breakfast sandwich. If you're a local or work/live around the corner, then I guess this isn't a bad spot for exactly that.

Me and my boyfriend just wanted a quick breakfast on our trip up to NorCal. I got the blast off and my bf got the mother muffin salmon. We didn't do any egg or avocado add on bc let's be real... it's rough out here It was good but to be really honest, I think I could've made the same at home for cheaper. The outside has a seating area that's decorated with plants and it's super cute and vibey.

Food was good... amped up egg McMuffins at an amped up price... Americano Muffin -great flavor with the aioli (garlicky mayo) otherwise standard bacon, egg, cheese on a egg muffin Hash browns are kicked up a notch with seasoning salt which was nice and unexpected Service was meh- Friday am -not particularly busy but there were a handful of other customers. No welcomes, no good Morning, no acknowledgment-nada Pretty much no service, borderline rude. I'm good spending my money elsewhere it feels appreciated. One lady was nice and smiled and she was on the pass. She gets all the stars and is probably doing half of the work too.

Went to this one by mistake not realizing it wasn't the one closer to universal studios. Seemed smaller than the other but had the same menu. Sausage redemption is my go to sandwich, had it with egg white this time. No tea but I've tried the tea at the other location and liked it. Worth a try.

A Pastrami and a Philly Cheesesteak which they recommended. It was unbelievable how good the sandwiches were. The rolls were warm and crispy, and the flavors were well balanced. The Pastrami had a brilliant balance between the mustard and pickle. The Philly Cheesesteak had the same brilliant balance with the meat and cheese that was in every bite. I was torn between the two great sandwiches. I'd have to say that this place has become, so far, my favorite spot for a Philly Cheesesteak and Pastrami. This place is a must return kind of place for me to stop by for a bite (even when I'm not hungry), and I can't wait to recommend or bring people here. Chefs made the sandwiches perfectly and were quick to get us our food. No private parking lot. No chairs but only tables to stand and eat your food, but it was worth it. I mentioned this because we missed it on one of our attempts. Finally, on Sunday evening, my husband and I had a chance to visit Butcher and Booze. Very interesting store, with a delicious smell. There is a huge section of drinks where you can find very unique wines and alcoholic beverages. They also have a section of Japanese drinks, and in another corner, different kinds of unique seasonings, BBQ charcoal, and other BBQ supplies. The staff are very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Next to the drinks section, there are several tables available indoors and two tables on the sidewalk for outdoor dining to enjoy your meals. Their food menu is very interesting, and we tried the Philly cheesesteak and pastrami sandwiches (which they prepare completely in-house from A to Z). The sandwiches were super delicious, juicy, and full of flavor. One thing that surprised me was the amount of salt they used -- it was exactly the right amount, and we didn't get thirsty after eating them. These sandwiches are some of the best we've tried so far, and I highly recommend giving them a try. I noticed a huge samovar (large kettle) and another kettle in the corner of the open kitchen, and I asked about them. Argisht, who noticed my interest and who I believe is behind the kitchen and the delicious food success there, started a very warm and helpful conversation with us and surprised us by serving cups of tea. The tea tasted super soft and delicious. If you have ever tried Middle Eastern tea, you will love this tea. Luckily, they are selling it in the store, if I am not wrong it was Sri Lanka tea, which I have never seen in any store around Glendale or Burbank. Thank you for the great food, awesome store, and very positive and friendly service. With just one visit, Butcher and Booze will become one of your usual spots, so don't miss it!

We decided to try buy some wagyu burger patties for the white elephant (we ended up winning these back during our white elephant - they were excellent!). The patties were juicy, rich, and so tasty! Can't wait to try other cuts! When we checked out, they offered us two small complimentary bottles of champagne and some produce from their refrigerated area. this was so kind of them to do so.
