Good size. My order was to go and what I really appreciated was that they gave me 3 different salsas, pickled onion/radishes, and pickled jalapeños/carrots. Now some people may not care for these condiments but I am big on these things. I love me some good salsas and toppings. Most places I go to that have salsas, might have 1 that I actually like but I really liked all 3 I was given. I would alternate the salsas with each bite. I ordered from Eatarra this morning after my sister showed me an Instagram video of their breakfast burrito. It honestly looked amazing, and we were genuinely excited to try it. When we arrived, it was clearly busy, which is totally understandable for a popular breakfast spot. However, what stood out immediately was how disorganized everything felt behind the counter. Staff were bumping into each other, orders seemed chaotic, and there didn't appear to be any clear system in place. Everyone was waiting over 30 minutes for food. Our order took about 40 minutes. While delays can happen, the bigger issue was that multiple customers were experiencing mistakes and confusion. A family ahead of us had ordered before we did, but their ticket was apparently forgotten, which meant they ended up waiting even longer. People were visibly frustrated, and the only response staff kept repeating was "sorry for the wait," with no effort to make things right or acknowledge the mounting issues. When our order was finally called, it was sealed up, and I specifically asked if everything was included. I was reassured that it was. Fortunately, I decided to check before leaving. Sure enough, only 2 burritos were in the bag instead of the 4 we ordered. I went back, and the response was minimal. There was barely an apology, just a quick correction as if this level of mistake was normal. Unfortunately, the issues didn't end there. After finally getting home and opening the food, I realized the sausage and bacon burrito I ordered didn't even have bacon. At that point, it just felt like the entire experience reflected a lack of attention to detail and quality control. After waiting 40 minutes, dealing with missing items twice, and then getting home to find the order still incorrect, it was incredibly disappointing. To make matters worse, the food itself was just mid. Definitely not worth the time or frustration. I really wanted to like this place, especially after seeing how good the food looked online, but the disorganization, repeated mistakes, and lack of meaningful customer service made this a frustrating experience from start to finish.
