Just tried EATARRA's cheesesteak and wow, this thing was seriously good. I especially loved the no-sauce idea. You actually taste the meat, cheese, peppers and everything that's supposed to be in a good cheesesteak instead of covering it all up with sauce. The green peppers were a little spicy for me personally, but honestly, I still loved it. The sandwich was juicy, flavorful, and just hit the spot. P.S. Part I: Production of Service Four consecutive days of "Late night construction" from Midnight to 7 AM--No consideration for the residents of the neighborhood. During their construction hours they used drills, staple guns, slabs of wood, commercial dumpster (disposal of waste with noise) music blaring, lights --all while door is open. Ownership has showed a blatant disregard to managing public relations by showing NO CONSIDERATION. I've had to call the police several times. I attempted to call them directly (to express my concerns) beforehand, but call was forwarded to voicemail. Advisements: If you engage in after hour activities--have your phone setup. Rule number one: anticipate consumer concerns beforehand and have a resolution plan planned. I realize that you are a new business and doing "new business" things. But not to consider the other merchants and residential neighbors who could either patronize your business or protest your business establishment is not good business. How do you move into a neighborhood not being aware of city ordinances and regulations? I observe you making "good changes" to improve your business---e.g., new outdoor seating tables, chairs and umbrellas, thank you. I hope that your efforts to improve the environment and lives around you will extend beyond your business. If not, my thoughts are that you will begin to alienate your customers before they ever come into order foods and beverages. I walked in sometime around their opening to peruse menu and ask questions but I didn't feel too invited. I admit I was greeted by personnel which was very helpful. But they appeared not too knowledgeable in language, customer service or the menu. At this time, the owner was seated at a table with friends observing my interaction. In my opinion, you haven't been in business long enough to "just sit and observe" without welcoming newcomers and going over and beyond to welcome people. Hopefully you're willing to improve yourself as a business owner--not simply limiting your good hospitality to people you know. Part II: Customer Satisfaction I would visit again and would enjoy experiencing your menu. The foods look delicious. Pricing and business hours are marketable. Customer Beware. read more

The perfect Breakfast Burrito with THE FLUFFIEST eggs do exist at Eatarra. All the accouterments were included: chipotle, avo salsas and fresh radish slices, pickled carrots/ onions, hot pepper slices. I couldn't finish mine and saved the rest for later, portions are well-sized for your money. One of the owners came over to us at the Self-Order Kiosk to show us the rest of their menu and how they started with their mega-popular hamburgers. Next time! We came here after a morning run because of their extensive menu we saw on Yelp. Upon arrival, we noticed the menu seemed different. I'll admit I was a little disappointed and said I'll just get their simple cheeseburger. Well........ let's just say I'm so happy I did because it was delicious! Small little staple in the neighborhood that I hope never disappears. I wish it wasn't self checkout. I think the best thing about small restaurants are the small convos you get to have with the people that work there. It's what makes us human. The food was great. We ordered the bacon and sausage burrito with cheese. The tater tots inside the burrito made it so much better. Plus the sauces that came with it were a perfect touch!
