Cannot recommend.. This did not meet any of my expectations. I usually order a little bit from a restaurant I've never been to, damn me for not doing so here! I ordered too much!!! Too much unworthy food! Pictures and reviews from others suggested it would be good, but nope! I've ate at lots of other restaurants of similar, and nothing is like this, rather bland and uneventful. The chicken shish kebab was dry, and not much flavor. The pork ribs were decent. The ribeye steak was not the best. Considering that they state they use Harris Ranch, man I expected a great steak! Uneven cook on it too. I ordered a side onion, wth did they give me, a burnt onion?! Their sumac onions were not made right! Throwing some seasoning on some onions does not make it sumac onions! Things that were right? The roasted tomato, the roasted jalapeño. Possibly the hummus, as I quite liked the consistency and flavor. Wished the food was better. I don't understand their rating. I saw this place had many great reviews on Yelp so I gave it a try. The food disappoint however the wait time is awful. I ordered two wraps and ended up waiting over 30-40 minutes and there was only a few people inside the restaurant. Looks like they're pretty popular with catering so I think they were mainly focused on prepping for that. However, people who came in to pickup their bulk order, they were waiting for a long time too. Asides from that, food was great. I ordered the beef and chicken mixed wrap and the beef sheesh kabob wrap. It came with two sauce which went well with the wraps. You'll need to either park at the back lot of the restaurant or if you're lucky, you'll find street parking! The restaurant is super clean with some tables to sit and eat. It wasn't too busy when I went so we found a table easily. The cashier was kind and welcoming. My boyfriend and I each ordered the chicken breast plate. The chicken was juicy, well seasoned, and had great grilled bbq flavor. The pieces they gave were thick too! They aren't the type of kabob restaurants to give skimpy small pieces. The rice was cooked perfectly and accompanied the chicken well. My favorite part of the meal was the charred jalepeno and tomatoes!! The smokiness of the jalepeno and the warm juiciness of the tomato tastes great. The onion brought a bright crisp component to the meal. I love that they give lavash for free as part of the meal, I like making a little "wrap" with the chicken breast, onion, and sauce. The sauces added such great flavor to the chicken. The orange sauce was spicy and the white sauce was a creamy garlic sauce. The price of the meal is affordable and satisfying!! I was put in charge of getting the catering together for my friend's wedding this past February and was completely clueless. After calling what felt like an endless amount of places, the moment I spoke with the Original Kabob Factory's team, I immediately knew I was in good hands. The first representative I spoke with was very informative and passed along my information to Nick, who specializes in event affairs. Nick's communication with me was seamless from start to finish, and the whole process was made incredibly simple. We had a few calls discussing what food would be needed and what packages were available and I was able to place the full order through the website. Food delivery service on the day of the wedding was excellent. Nick hand delivered us our order, which sufficed 60+ guests, and it all arrived hot and perfectly packaged. He provided head to toe descriptions of all the food that was included in the package and there were no errors. Nick is a saint! Everyone at the wedding devoured the food. I grabbed my plate towards the end of the night, and even though the plate was cold (an error on my part for waiting so long), I went back for thirds. Rich taste and simply delicious. We got catering for our office holiday party (about 200 ppl) and this was a hit ! They arrived exactly on time and brought all the trays (all still warm) up to our floor, and very politely helped us with our setup. Out of many protein choices, we chose the chicken kabobs and beef lulehs, all nicely marinated (not too much, not too little) and grilled to be perfectly juicy, same for the vegetables. Sides were just as impressive, the shirazi salad was so fresh, the hummus and tzatziki dips were the real deal, and even the rice was so light and fluffy. They had also included two of their own signature sauces, very original. Besides the variety of the sides, portions were generous (this is an understatement). Basically we were spoiled. One thing I've learnt organizing for years, large groups are always a challenge, so finding a place that delivers on both quality and quantity is a real win. Huge thank you. read more

This was a nice casual spot with a few lung picnic tables inside and out. It was empty when I showed up on a Thursday for lunch. The young lady behind the counter was very nice and explained everything to me letting me know that the louleh was the most popular order so I went with that.
