Tro was quick to respond and addressed all my questions and concerns especially about the beef tenderloin remaining medium rare despite transporting and sitting out a bit before serving 55 people. First time using catering service for a holiday meal.Not going to lie I was a bit skeptical when I went to pick up the food. Location wasn't really in a place I would think of when picking up food. The service staff was very friendly. Brought out my order and gave me instructions on how I should reheat everything. On Thanksgiving day we were able to finally eat and I was blown away. Ordered via too Good to Go. Happy to try new things with the thrill of a blind bag. I think I ordered the XL size. Detailed instructions for pick up given. When I arrived at the location there was a lot of activity with staff and vans prepping. I rang the bell but no one directly addressed me as the instructions said. After ringing again and a few minutes longer, I walked up to the service door, (this is a catering kitchen not a restaurant), not wanting to be in the way. There were signs on the door and one of the staff that was going back and forth outside said someone should be with me. I got a tray of rice, roasted veg and pork, all well seasoned. They also included a piece of cake, portion of Mac salad, coleslaw, and a green salad. There was no salad dressing. I appreciated the food, the taste and quantity. I would be willing to come back even though it's not convenient to my location. Happy to be able to enjoy food at a great price that won't go to waste. read more

We booked Marbled LA to cater our family's Thanksgiving this year and can't say enough great things! As new parents with a newborn, cooking a full meal wasn't realistic for us this year (despite being nervous to outsource something we typically handle with our own family recipes). Everything arrived hot, ready to eat, and absolutely delicious. Our spread included the herb roasted turkey, bread stuffing, Idaho mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, sweet potatoes, carrots, creamed corn, a fruit and berry platter, and homemade pumpkin pie. Everything was so flavorful and the portions were super generous. We wouldn't hesitate to hire Marbled LA again and look forward to finding more occasions to do so! read more

Quick response from my Contact Us notification, and throughout the process Tro was very kind, helpful, and professional. Our catering order was delivered within the timeframe requested, and included everything we ordered. It also included the serving utensils, and nice tent cards so everyone knew what each item was. This review based on my experience using Marbled LA via the TOO GOOD TO GO app where their mission is to make sure good food gets eaten, not wasted. Pickup was super easy, and the food was delicious -- I had enough to feed 2 or 3 people. They catered a 300 person lunch at my company's DTLA office for Earth Day, and really went above and beyond, especially considering their reasonable pricing. He and his team were very responsive and accommodating through the planning process, and reached out afterwards for feedback.
