The atmosphere and food were presentable and beautiful. Although I am disappointed in the customer service. We had to find someone to escort us in. There was no one working in the front. They were kind but none of the tables were cleaned when we arrived, our orders were messed up multiple times, and there was mold in our strawberries. We ordered a fried chicken sandwich but we received a meatloaf sandwich instead. I noticed a lot of the other customers had their orders wrong as well. Our food also came out cold. People go for the decorations not really the restaurant it's self. It's very understaff, they have a call button when ready to order. We wanted to order drinks first, which seemed to throw them off. Drinks took a good 20 minutes to get. Then trying to ordering food, they kept saying to give them a few minutes. Trying to get togo boxes, and the check at the end was a long wait time as well. I saw this Cafe on Tik Tok and was instantly interested in going. Parking is small and requires Vallet, so I'd recommend parking near the neighborhood. My friend and I arrived on a Sunday around noon and it wasn't busy at all. They did tell us we needed to make a reservation (which we didn't) but because of the timing they were able to accommodate so, just an fyi. I ordered an Italian combo and a side of French friends and the food was good! No complaints. Overall, I think this place was so cute and I made sure I took enough pictures of the scenery! Even with a call button they can't seem to bring the things we asked for. By the time we got our food we barely had enough time to pay our bill before they were turning off the lights on us. We sat down and were not served water for over 30 minutes. The server took our order on her phone, no big deal but my bfs order was not out in and of course he did not receive any food. The food was less than mediocre. The ambiance was cute with all the teddy bears, but that did not make up for the awful service and subpar food. I would not go to this place again. I don't even know where to start. This was easily the worst dining experience I've had in LA in the last 7 years. I came here with two coworkers after a long day. I was genuinely excited because a couple of Armenian micro-influencers I followed had raved about the place. Sadly the reality didn't match the hype. The cafe was almost empty, just two occupied tables and one waitress. The decor looks fine from a distance, but up close the fake flowers are dusty and faded, the teddy bears are dirty, and the tables were unclean with chipped top layer. The waitress was wiping them down with a soggy, dirty rag. Not very appetizing. We were too tired to leave, so we stayed, hoping the food would at least be decent. It wasn't. My friends ordered salads with chicken. Well they were served microwaved, soggy frozen nuggets. My pasta had a strange taste, like it had been reheated from the day before. My friend's pink cocktail was so bad she did not finish her first sip. My iced latte was about 90% tap water, 5% milk, 5% coffee. I took two sips and gave up. We tried using the call button for the check twice. No one came. After 20 minutes my friend had to go up to the bar to ask for it. It still took another 10 minutes for the waitress to show up. Dear owners: Instead of paying or feeding influencers to promote your cafe, please use that money to improve your food, cleanliness, and service. And to the influencers: Promoting a place like this for a plate of stale pasta is not a good look. read more
