There is rarely a hello, welcome, smile, or thank you from the staff. The overall attitude often feels bothered or uninterested, almost like customers are an inconvenience rather than appreciated guests. The coffee itself is decent at times, inconsistent at others, but customer service is what keeps people coming back. I truly hope the owner and management take this feedback seriously and focus on creating a more welcoming environment. A simple greeting, smile, and positive attitude go a long way. There are many coffee shops people can choose from, and feeling appreciated matters just as much as the product itself.
