I've passed by this place quite a few times on my drive and had always been curious about it. The cute patio caught my eye, and I saw people brunching, so I had no choice. I love a spot with a lot of character, which is exactly what this place is. Vibes immaculate, huge variety of coffee/matcha drinks, and fresh food all around. I went for breakfast burrito and my usual iced vanilla latte. Great combo. It tastes great, and I loved the salsa verde on the side. It was a good portion, and I left feeling satisfied. I absolutely loved sitting outside and having fresh air with a great view. You are given a number at the counter, and your food is brought out to your table. I've also seen their promotions on Instagram and love that they do themed menus/events for holidays and such. I have yet to check out the San Marino location, but that's next on the list. ONLY ABOUT THE MATCHA I want to start by saying that after looking at other reviews, this place is probably better known for its food. However, I only tried the strawberry matcha, so this rating is based mainly on that. VIBE: The spot itself is pretty cute. It's small inside but has a lot of character, and the outdoor seating is great. It feels like a nice place to meet up and catch up with friends. Street parking is decent for a busy downtown area, though it could be better. STRAWBERRY MATCHA: Honestly, if this review were based on the matcha alone, it would probably be a 1-2 star rating. I could barely taste the matcha, and based on the color, it didn't seem like high quality. The strawberry portion was just okay, but at $11.50 (per the Yelp menu), it's way overpriced. Cute new find for me! I love how the location is on a small street and there were plenty of seating outdoors and parking. The food was great and there's other items my partner and I would like to try next time. I also ordered an iced matcha latte, which was okay; I'm used to a richer matcha flavor. I had also ordered a hot black coffee, and this is where I have to deduct a star. This has been open for 4-5 years while I was still under the impression of the previous cafe (which was also a local gem). So glad I stopped by and finally tried their deli -- Good coffee and sandwiches. The short rib sandwich, which they refer to as "stack" comes in a BIG portion with flavors. I also like the Crispy Capers Egg Salad. The layers of taste and interesting combination of fried capers with creamy but not greasy egg salad is AWESOME! Ordered Doordash and my order came quite fast - less than an hour! Got the San Marino sandwich ($23.40) and I was impressed by how big the sandwich was! The bread was so fresh and soft. The tuna salad had huge chunks of tuna and wasn't drenched with mayonnaise like how tuna salad sandwiches usually are at other places. The tuna salad was very delicious and packed with flavor! The Marino (tuna salad and avocado) sandwich was excellent and large, as usual (good for sharing). The Piccadilly Turkey Chili however was really too salty. We had previously had a cup of the chili, which was good, but for some reason, this time it was noticeably too salty. Apparently they are now having live music. It's a tie when it comes to the best thing about Piccadilly Grace, between the amazing FOOD and CUTE, breezy, fun ambiance! If you like very tasty, but healthy/clean food, with special extra whole food ingredients that give the food pops of flavor, varying texture (crunch) and visual appeal - you will not be disappointed!! Piccadilly Grace not only doesn't skip a beat with curating their dishes, but they add some incredible touches that make everything so wonderful! These are some of the tastiest most wonderful salads I've ever had & you can't go wrong with ANY of them, but my current favorite is the Asian Crunch Salad! I just add avocado. It comes with a side of delicious bread pieces, which is a nice touch, but it's also really nice that they ask if you'd like it. I hate wasting food, so it's great that they ask. Speaking of their dishes, literally they have the cutest dishes too, as in ceramic dishes that again besides what's in the dishes, it adds to the visual appeal and it makes my experience so warm and welcoming. I should also mention that I've tried their wraps and sandwiches, they're amazing. The turkey chili - GET IT! So good and doesn't taste like turkey at all but it's not super greasy like beef chili. Back to the ambiance...there is no indoor seating here. All seating is in their surrounding patio and it is adorable and enjoyable. Wooden two-person or group tables and with single seat chairs. Umbrellas cover most of them and give shade. But on a hot summer day, with the sun beating, it could get a little uncomfortable if you're there too long at about 2pm. I've been there a few times on a Friday afternoon, and they have had a vocalist, pianist & saxophone player playing some cover songs and they are good! Makes the experience that much more enjoyable. I'm not someone who enjoys sweet drinks, but I can speak to their delicious brewed black iced tea. Perfection every time. Parking is easily found on the surrounding streets, close by and you can even score some shade if you're lucky to park under a tree. Last, but not least, the staff are really friendly, helpful and give great customer service and table side service. Needed a quick sandwich and thought to check out this local spot. We got the Jester and a breakfast burrito and a couple of iced brewed teas. The sandwich was made with fresh, simple ingredients. The chipotle aioli elevated a simple lunch food. Had a bite of the breakfast burrito and the flavours were all there, well seasoned and enough bell peppers to once again elevate, but not outshine. This is actually just for the situation and not for the food because I have yet to taste my food. Came on a Sunday and there were a couple people in front of us. We ordered two tuna sandwiches and one cold meat sandwich. Can we have 45 minutes later we still hadn't gotten our food. I went up to inquire and they did bring out the sandwich for one of the adults. After another 10 minutes, I went to ask again about the two tuna sandwiches. Which is premade so we should only take two minutes. And I was told they were about to be made. It's been five more minutes now and still no food has arrived. $20 a poo for these sandwiches and this situation is terrible. If you're really backed up then you need to tell people when they order "it's gonna be a 40 minute wait". At the very least when I came up multiple times, they could've offered some chips or a cookie as an apology. But no go. Super disappointing. Update! Placed a pickup order 20 minutes ahead of the suggested pickup time. My order ended up being ready after 15 minutes after the suggested pickup time. We just ordered a breakfast burrito with short rib and chicken pesto sandwich. People were waiting for their food and I was told my order would be ready in 2-3 minutes after I had gotten there. Was waiting inside the store and the workers told me I wasn't allowed to wait inside because it was getting too crowded. Not sure if I just came at a very busy time ( Monday at 1pm) but fiora market wasn't this bad. The burrito was tasty and moderately sized. The plus is that the proportion of tortilla to egg and cheese were balanced and they provided a generous amount of short rib. Worth the additional $8. The sandwich was decent. I finally made it to this shop after having it bookmarked for ages and wow, I'm so glad I did. This corner sandwich joint is truly a hidden gem. I tried a few sandwiches during my visit - the Velvet Dilly (Brisket Pastrami), Burrata Caprese, and Marino (Tuna Salad) and each one had its own unique flavor profile but the Velvet Dilly stole the show. The brisket pastrami was phenomenal because it was tender, smoky and perfectly seasoned. The meat to bread ratio was generous so they definitely don't skimp! I have tried the vegetarian sandwich, and it was really good! The items tasted very fresh and it's a good size to share if you aren't looking to get super full. We miss you Fiore. I saw the notice about the change of name on the beloved Fiore. It hurt so much! I've been coming to fiore since 2015. I worked 2 blocks away and ordered at least 2x a week. It became this establishment that brought joy into my life. I saw that things were going to change in the upcoming months and so we decided to grab our last favorite bites before it starts. Sadly it already started. My favorite sandwich was the rare roast beef with balsamic onions! When I'd see Bill I'd always ask for extra onions and he was say "isn't it the best" I got my sandwhich and it has a heavy horseradish mayo. Really dense bread and noooo balsamic onions! Friday Sammy Tour stop #4! I can't even tell you how many times I have driven by Fiore, admired the cute neighborhoody cafe, and said I was going to visit soon. It's been years. But finally.. on our tour of sandwich spots..Fiore is on the calendar. Parking can be a little tricky. You might get lucky with street parking once in a while. There seems to be a steady flow of patrons picking up orders to go. There are several small areas for seating outside. Seating areas are much bigger than the inside space that is designed for ordering only. Paper menus are available at the counter. They serve sandwiches, salads, and coffee. Kids menu is also available. Bagged chips and pastries surround the counter to accompany your meal. I dare you to resist a giant cookie or lemon bar. We ordered: - Iced Vanilla Latte - Pork Belly Sandwich - Za'atar Garlic Chicken Sandwich - 2 cookies - 1 lemon bar Pricey but delicious so I can't complain too much. The pork belly sandwich was well worth the price as it was stacked with more than plenty of meat. I didn't love paying $5.50 for a cookie though. I had heard great things about their roast beef sandwich so Fiore might make another rotation on the sammy tour. read more

For starters, It's such a great little location and definitely where the good looking cool people are. I have been wondering about that in this lil town because they definitely are not hanging out wherever I usually am. Anywho... in reading some of the reviews. I think it's a shame to bash a new owner for a name change, menu updates, and stylistic changes. In my opinion, it's nice to see that the owner has and continues to make it her own. OK, here's my review... I shall call it "Once Upon a Breakfast Burrito". It was an overcast Sunday midday and I was on the hunt for a breakfast burrito spot. I was too lazy to head up to Lucky Boy and I also prefer not to have soggy french fries in my breakfast burrito so that took hi-life out of the equation as well. I searched "near me" and the picture that immediately popped up on the interwebs had me, this was it, and I was all in. Crowded as usual for this day and time I stood in line and placed my order for the bodega breakfast burrito with bacon and sausage. I told them it was to-go. They concurred and I paid the $25.10 which included the lowest tip option. I understand giving somebody a tip if they are performing a service outside of something they are already being paid for. But that ladies and gentlemen, is a completely different tangent and definitely for another time. So, it was a to-go order so I didn't get a number assigned to me and the lady said that they would bring it out to me. 10 minutes go by. I see those who ordered before me getting their various foods. 20 minutes go by and I start seeing the people that were behind me getting their various consumables. I got up from the table where I was sitting outside and walked back inside to inquire about my breakfast burrito. The young lady said that she would go check on my order and walked off into the kitchen. I remained standing inside for another few minutes and I didn't see her again. I walked back outside to see if I could locate her in hopes that she was bringing out a wonderful bodega breakfast burrito with bacon and sausage. However, that did not seem to be the case. I then walked back inside again and asked another lovely lady to cancel my order. She said that she was going to check only to turn around and say "oh here it is. We called your name." I smiled and left. That runtime was 40 minutes. Chapter 2 Once safely arriving home, I was delighted to find a very well put together player of the breakfast burrito game. Someone had thought this one through. The ingredients tasted of high-quality, everything was cooked very well, and the assembly and sliced presentation looked exactly like the picture from the web. So, kudos to you Piccadilly Grace for that one. Tragically, the salsa is that awful, generic, green, straight out of the bottle, and over the counter stuff you can find anywhere. So here's the takeaway. The service, although with a smile, takes way too freaking long. The quality of the burrito is pretty awesome however, the price of the burrito is far from awesome.
