    Little Lily's Kitchen is a great catering option for large events. We chose them out of the two preferred caterers from Castle Green for our wedding. We were so happy with every part of working with them from their email communication, zoom calls, seeing them at Castle Green's Open House, wedding tastings, and day of dining. Kari and Kevin are the best team to work with. They are pleasant and professional. They made sure to make us feel excited, comfortable, and included in the process of creating a menu of appetizers, main dishes, and drinks. We were able to create our menu and customize it to exactly what we wanted. We had a wedding tasting before the event and we were served a full course meal. We were so impressed with their hospitality, ambience, quality and quantity of food. We chose a Jamaican-American fusion for our catering and we were very satisfied that both of our requests were met. We have also eaten at their restaurant, Henry Parsons Project, and it was a great dining experience. We ordered their biscuit and honey butter and we added them to our wedding menu. They were a hit! We also had the Little Lily's bartenders at the after party that we hosted. They were gracious enough to be available for that portion of our evening as well. It was such a fun vibe and we were so excited to end the night with a bang!

    We are beyond pleased with our experience with Little Lily's Kitchen as the catering team we chose for our wedding. Before we got engaged, my husband and I had an excellent dinner at LLK owners Kari and Kevin's restaurant, Henry Parsons Project (also highly recommend). Once we started planning our wedding I remembered seeing that they do catering, so I reached out to Kari to learn more. We were looking for something more personalized than the usual chicken or beef option for our reception dinner. Good food and drinks were at the top of our wedding priority list, and we wanted to have some dishes that would represent my Mexican and his Italian heritage. LLK was the best option we found since they worked with us to create a custom menu of drinks, appetizers, dinner and desserts. We had so much fun at our tasting dinner and the team gracefully took our feedback for the few changes we wanted. We appreciated being able to work with LLK for not only bar and food service but also to handle the related rentals and staffing with them. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Weddings can be stressful, but it was a relief to know we were in good hands with Kari and the LLK team, and that our guests enjoyed the menu we crafted together. We look forward to our next meal at Henry Parsons Project.

    I was so lucky to have little Lily's cater a work lunch. The menu was like this: Pulled pork with Kansas City bbq sauce Grilled jerk chicken Veggie bean chili Potato salad Southern slaw Biscuits and honey butter Fresh fruit I enjoyed the chili and the breadsticks the most, followed by the biscuits and honey butter. I mean, how can you go wrong with honey and butter. Specially with a crunch on the outside and soft and doughy inside. It was definitely a southern style biscuit that holds its own or complements well with any jam or spread. I feel like every southern meal should have the sides be able to carry their own as a main dish. And there is no exception here. Every bite of chicken and pork was delicious, but having such unexpectedly tasty sides over shadowed the main dish, in the best way possible. I look forward to more little lily experiences.     Little Lily's was such a pleasure to work with for our wedding in 2023! We were married at Castle Green in Pasadena, and Kari and Kevin worked with us to create a menu that matched our stories and our venue. Everything ended up absolutely perfect! From the cocktails to the canapés to our tablescapes to the desserts, the entire night was an amazing experience for us and our guests. Kari and her team were on top of the service, and she was personally making sure that the bride and groom were attended to. We are so glad that we got the opportunity to work with Kari and Kevin, and we will make it a point to stop in the Henry Parsons Project (their restaurant in Pasadena) when we want more delicious food and memories of our special day!

    Kevin is an amazing chef! We hired him for our wedding in September 2018 because we were allowed only two catering choices for our venue (Rancho del Cielo in Malibu), and were a little trepidatious, but he hit it out of the park. We worked with Kevin over a few weeks via phone and email on our taste profiles and expectations, and made a trip out to his kitchen in Pasadena for an initial sampling, and then again for a complete menu. We had almost no complaints. I will only give praise here because if you're super picky there's always going to be something you're not totally OK with but ultimately it's not really a big deal, and that's basically how I felt. He hit all the right notes, was really creative, took all of our desires under consideration, and came up with stuff that I never would've thought of myself. The hallmarks of a good chef! This was our final menu, which we and the guests thoroughly enjoyed! I doubt we could've gotten this level of service and quality at a decent price (considering the complexity and our pickiness) with many other caterers around LA. If you have a choice, go with Kevin!     Being wedding + event planners in LA we get to try + work with so many catering companies-- I have to say that Little Lily's Kitchen is at the top of my list. When I recommend them to my clients I can 100% stand behind every dish they make + the service! Kevin, Kari, and the entire Little Lily's Kitchen team treats clients + guests as if they were FAMILY (something you don't get much of in the events industry). The FOOD IS FREAKING AMAZING!!! I think what I like most about the LLK team is that they LISTEN to you, they want to know what YOU like to eat and they want to genuinely get to know YOU. They will construct menus based on your tastebuds and on day of, watch out, that food will be raved about for years to come. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you LLK for being so great and such a blast to work with!

    Chef Kevin, Kari, and the entire team at Little Lily's Kitchen were incredible to work with at our February 2022 wedding at the Castle Green in Pasadena. They really took the time to get to know us and our food preferences beforehand. Knowing we were big foodies, they want all out with super creative, restaurant quality dishes that were not only delicious and unique but also aesthetically pleasing. They also helped us with beautiful linens and special vintage glassware. Everyone raved about the food, and Kevin and Kari were so kind, fun, helpful, and easy to work with. We also held our after wedding brunch at their newly remodeled kitchen and venue and it was gorgeous and delicious! Highly recommend.

    I cannot say enough good things about Little Lily's Catering. They help us with a 300 person event in July and were absolutely amazing. Finding a catering company that can handle an even of this magnitude is extremely difficult and they were absolutely amazing. The entire team was extremely responsive from the get go. I spent over an hour on the phone with Kari explaining what the event would be like and what we were looking for in terms of food. This was jus the initial call. I had several walk throughs at the site and countless emails back and forth. I was never given the impression I was taking up time. They were also more than accommodating to changes to the menu, offering price sensitive alternatives that still made the event shine. Emails were always answered promptly. This is also a full service group. Their lead bartender was able to help us craft custom cocktails for the evening. At all of the walk throughs their staff offered suggestions for layouts, decor, timing. Their input really helped with the flow of the event. The food itself was delicious. I had several people come up to me during the event to comment. Kevin, at his suggestion, was cooking burgers and sausages on the lawn, interacting with guests. It added an energy to the evening that helped things get going. Inside we had a seafood station that was never empty. Their staff was knowledgeable enough to be sure the passed appetizers got to all areas of the event; they weren't gobbled up at one entry point which seems to happen at the majority of the events I go to. During the event the staff made sure there was never an empty tray of food or a glass sitting on a table. They were also quick to make any changes I suggested. The bartenders were extremely professional and friendly. What I loved most about this group is they actually made the planning fun. At the tasting the popped a bottle of champagne and made sure everyone had a fabulous time. They also took detailed notes on the comments we had about the food; I didn't have to remind them of anything. I cannot say enough good things about everyone on this team.

    For all the people who are considering a private chef you must read this! First, let me start off saying that my wife is the most picky person ever and for NYE we wanted to entertain 12 people at our house and thought it would be a nice idea to do a 7 course meal with a private chef...so we started shopping around and my wife being skeptical of how good Kevin was going to be had a million questions. Lets just say she was blown away as were our guests...here is a summary of my dealings with Kevin and the food. Kevin himself - First let me tell you that a lot of chefs have an ego. In fact, a few places I called and asked basic questions turned out into a fight with the chefs because they thought they were the best thing since slice bread. Kevin was the exact opposite! Nicest guy over the phone and very accommodating NO EGO and he really should have one given his skills. He gave great ideas and got very excited about the whole concept and ideas we had. I have never seen someone this open and accommodating on the menu. Not to mention he was honest during the process with the food pairing Food - lets get down to the real deal! OMG was everything absolutely amazing. My palate was experiencing an orgasm. We started out with this amazing caprese spoon that just opened up my appetite, then we moved to this amazing zucchini fritter with some secret sauce and a shrimp. The flavor profile was so amazing my mouth is watering just writing this! That followed up with a tomato soup made from scratch and frankly i want more right this minute. Then we had this zesty salad which was fantastic along with Coq Vu Resling dish that was so delirious and tasty! I can go on and on ....but then he brought out bread pudding for dessert and oh man my guests still text me asking if I can get the recipe for that dessert lol. Clean up and service - 10 stars here. First the presentation of the food was unreal, so amazing how he can make it look like art with each plate. Kevin even brought dinnerware! Richard our english butler was a highlight of the night, we was awesome and on top of everything including the clean up. When they left everything was spotless. I cant thank you enough Kevin. You made our NYE and I am looking forward to working with you again. Anyone considering a chef trust me and get Kevin, if you are disappointed then youre the problem lol. You cant go wrong, hes a very talented chef and makes great great great food.

    Their logo should say amazing food because that's what they create! We wanted a custom dinner for our wedding in June 2018. It was important to us to not have the standard meat or fish option. Kevin and Kari asked us what foods WE would like to have at our wedding and they made it happen with a gourmet touch. They are so easy to work with... just cool, down to earth people that really want to make your day special. They are excited to create unique and custom food and truly enjoy what they do. Their food is soul and the best compliment you can get is when multiple guests commented on how great the food was. The service and staff where impeccable! They were always attentive to our needs. We never had to ask for anything. Kari spent a lot of time helping us create our table seatings and we had many compliments on that as well. We recommend them to anyone looking for a personal experience for their special event!

We instantly booked with them after. They also helped with the open bars we had at the wedding, so the food, the alcohol, the staff were seamless and amazing. We keep getting comments on how delicious the cocktail hour appetizers and dinner platters were. For cocktail hour, we had a charcuterie station, hamachi crudo, risotto cakes, and hangar steak. For dinner, we had an heirloom lettuce salad, braised short ribs, salmon, fingerling potatoes, and seasonal veggies w/ burrata. I was definitely not one of those brides that don't get to eat a bite of their food at their wedding. Oh, I sat and ate my ENTIRE plate of food! My favorite thing about Taste of Pace is that they are a zero waste catering company and they use every part of their ingredients. It's so amazing!

I ordered a half tray of lumpia and a half tray of turon and they arrived hot, fresh, and crispy! I definitely enjoyed a few before bringing it to work. The turon was especially good because it wasn't overly sweet like others I've had. There's is just the right amount! The order was delivered about 15 minutes before the scheduled time and it went very smoothly; very friendly service with the delivery guy. There were other trays of lumpia and turon at the potluck but my coworkers raved about the flavor and crispiness of the food from Pinot Eats. I highly recommend them for your catering needs and I'm definitely saving their number for all of mine. Thanks Pinoy Eats!
