We ordered a vanilla latte as a pick me up. Service was friendly, but it took quite a while for our drinks to come out, 15 minutes. Not bad, but longer than expected. The shop wasn't completely crowded, but it warmed popular. The shop is spacious. Vanilla latte was pretty average, not too sweet. Espresso was smooth, nutty. Drink was slightly creamy. There is street parking and a parking garage nearby. Solid place to get a vanilla latte, but be prepared for a bit of a wait.

There's both street and structure parking to get here. There can be a line but it moves fairly quick. After you order they'll call out your name. There's loads of seating here. The atmosphere is cozy and chill. The noise level was decent. It can be a nice place to study or meet up with a friend. The staff are nice and helpful. I got the seasonal hojicha latte. The latte was a bit hot at first but quickly cooled to a good drinking temperature. This latte was pretty good! It wasn't too sweet. I'd definitely return here again.

Coffee here is alway good! And also their breakfast. I love their space. Plenty of table & chairs. Good for big groups. Good for hanging out with friends and/or working on your computer. There are 2 rooms basically. It gets pretty crowded though...especially on the weekend. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable about coffee. They have signature drinks and seasonal specials. They have milk alternative

Stopped in for a morning coffee , it was fairly busy on a Friday morning. I ordered a drip coffee and sat by the window . Nice open coffee shops , music was a little loud in the one side , but did notice thy had another room that was a little quieter. The only down side is no refills on drip coffee .

Cafe Latte. - A latte with foam art in a white ceramic cup on a matching saucer is shown, featuring a leaf design created with steamed milk. Behind the latte, a black plate holds a partially eaten pastry with powdered sugar and a fork resting on the plate. The surface appears to be a speckled countertop.

Good place for coffee break. Very cozy place to hang out while strolling here in Pasadena with family. Self serve. Seated on your own . Ordered Almond croissants which was yummy. Crunchy not too sweet. The Coffee Latte was very fresh .

Good location, good wifi, good coffee. Service is great, place is nice with plenty of tables. Music a bit too empowering and taking away from the nice vibe.

Recently came back and tried the chai tumeric or golden chai latte. Was tasty and iced was great for a hot day. Good spot to get a little work done with a whole second room giving lots of good seating. Been here a couple times to work and have always had a good experience. Just FYI, they close the bathroom around 30 minutes before closing. Probably because the staff cleaned it and didn't want to clean again but that was a little bit of a hassle.

I was in the area, and picked this place through the great ratings on YELP. I ordered online, and I'm glad I did - the place was packed and very busy. I got breakfast burritos and they were fantastic. Eggs were fluffy, it wasn't greasy and actually tasted healthy. I've had tons of breakfast burritos and these were top notch. Salsa was interesting, a bit sour, and not very hot. Highly recommended!!

The breakfast burritos are sooo good! Just enough potato, lots of egg. The cappuccino was also very good. We came here after the Rose Parade, so seating was limited and it was to go only. Service was good.

I love Copa Vida! It's been a minute since I've been here but it feels just as familiar as before. It's a great place to hunker down to study, read a book, or hang out with friends. :) I got the matcha latte, which comes hot or cold and with no, mid, or full sweetness. The chicken Caesar salad is also yummy and filling! There's a parking structure across the street that has a very minimal charge. There is also bathrooms with a baby changing station in the women's stall.

You pay at the front, get a number, find a seat (luckily, this cafe has plenty of seating), and the servers will deliver your order to your table - IF you ordered food. For drinks, you wait for your name to be called at the counter. The breakfast burrito was super delicious and of all the things we ordered, the only thing worth getting. Coffee and matcha latte were fine, nothing noteworthy or particularly outstanding. We also got a French toast and it was tasty, but again, nothing to write home about. With so much competition in the area, this place falls short.

brisket lunch burrito, croque madame, lavender latte iced - The image shows a meal set on a rustic, textured table against a brick wall. On the left, a burrito filled with rice, beans, and vegetables is partially unwrapped on a pink plate, accompanied by a small container of green sauce. In the center, a clear plastic cup contains iced coffee with a lid. On the right, a gray plate holds a meat dish topped with a fried egg and a creamy white sauce garnished with chopped herbs.

copa vida is a nice cafe with good food and coffee. the brisket lunch burrito was so good and refreshing. there were so many flavors with the pico de gallo, green sauce and brisket and the super crunchy hash browns added nice texture. the croque madame was also delicious but a little on the heavier side with a lot of sauce. the iced lavender latte was good but i wish it had a little stronger espresso flavor and less milky.

    Iced Vanilla Latte - $6.25

Im sorry Heather I hope you dont see this thank you for the drink ;(. I'm not the biggest coffee person but I can drink coffee for funsies. Maybe I'm not the best person to be reviewing coffee... FOOD: Iced Vanilla Latte - $6.25 (3/5) TBH this was not anything special. If anything, it tasted very watered down once the ice melted (i mean obviously tho idk?). This coffee alright at best. I feel like even tho im not the biggest coffee person, I can still tell if a coffee tastes different than others. This tasted like any other coffee to me with slight vanilla taste. VIBES: The service here was amazing. They had the chill laid back type of vibe and was very helpful. Parking was street parking or parking structure like any other restaruant in the Pasadena area. Inside had a nice vibey feel, perfect for a coffee chat or study session. Plenty of tables and lots of others also studying here.

The main reason I'm giving this recent visit two stars is because of the service. I walked into the store about five minutes after the app notified me that my drinks were ready and specifically told me to check in with "Luz," our barista. So I walked over and politely asked about my order. She responded with a facial expression that closely resembled disgust--as if she was silently asking why I was even speaking to her--and said, "We're working on it," with a frown. ...Okay. After our drinks finally came out, she placed them on the counter, called my name, and immediately walked away. Correct me if I'm wrong, but from what I remember, Philz Coffee baristas usually ask customers to taste their drinks and let them know if the flavor needs to be adjusted. That's kind of part of the experience. Unfortunately, I didn't get that opportunity because she disappeared before I could say anything. To make things worse, all of the sweetness levels were off. I ordered three drinks - the drink that was supposed to be "sweet and creamy" wasn't sweet enough, the one that was supposed to have "light sugar" was somehow too sweet, and the last drink wasn't sweet at all--it was just bitter. At that point, between the attitude and the inconsistent drinks, it just wasn't worth the hassle. Sadly, I most likely won't be returning to this location. I had already taken a break from coming here, and this visit pretty much confirmed why. I'll continue making the drive to the Philz Coffee in Glendale instead, where the drinks are consistently good and the experience is much better. This location, unfortunately, just isn't it.

I'm assuming because it isn't near the shopping areas of downtown, so it's not quite as bad. They have a designated parking area in the back of the coffee shop, but you can easily find parking on the street. We came on a Sunday morning and noticed all the seats being taken up inside. They have seats lined on the exterior of the perimeter of the store, too. The AC was blasting when we came, matching the cold, rainy temperature outside... we actually didn't end up staying here for long due to the that. When we were in line, we were able to peruse the merchandise that they had for display. Shirts, snacks, or drinkware. We also decided what items we had wanted from their menu. I was quite disappointed that they discontinued their mochi drink. I ended up getting their banana latte and my fiancé ordered their coffee coffee latte. We also ordered their beautiful dessert. Their banana latte was good but it truly tasted like an overripe banana; the type you put in your freezer to save for banana bread. I didn't quite like it. It was also topped with toffee bits, which gave the drink a new appeal. I think I preferred my fiancé's drink over mine. We ordered their Tropical Fruit dessert as well, which reminded me of the viral pastries I would see influencers eat. It had a crunch exterior made of chocolate with real mango chunks inside. It was mixed with passion fruit mousse and coconut crunch and sponge, like an almond joy bar. It was delicious but quite expensive to purchase. I'd love to try their other ones such as the Dubai chocolate one or their raspberry. Overall, the experience was quite decent. Their workers are very stressed and fixated on pumping out the drinks at a fast rate. I'd come back if I'm ever in the area, to try other drinks they have alongside their desserts.

The burritos were similarly dry and only palatable thanks to the salsa. The tortillas were so over toasted it was flaking apart like crazy, not to mention separated from the filling cause it's basically a hard shell, barely hanging in there lol. The eggs were dry and overcooked, very little avocado or cheese (hence dry, how many times can I say dry in one review!), and +$3.00 of bacon. The mocha wasn't bad, pretty rich and chocolatey.
