We ordered a vanilla latte as a pick me up. Service was friendly, but it took quite a while for our drinks to come out, 15 minutes. Not bad, but longer than expected. The shop wasn't completely crowded, but it warmed popular. The shop is spacious. Vanilla latte was pretty average, not too sweet. Espresso was smooth, nutty. Drink was slightly creamy. There is street parking and a parking garage nearby. Solid place to get a vanilla latte, but be prepared for a bit of a wait.

Hojicha latte (seasonal, 2025)

There's both street and structure parking to get here. There can be a line but it moves fairly quick. After you order they'll call out your name. There's loads of seating here. The atmosphere is cozy and chill. The noise level was decent. It can be a nice place to study or meet up with a friend. The staff are nice and helpful. I got the seasonal hojicha latte. The latte was a bit hot at first but quickly cooled to a good drinking temperature. This latte was pretty good! It wasn't too sweet. I'd definitely return here again.

Coffee here is alway good! And also their breakfast. I love their space. Plenty of table & chairs. Good for big groups. Good for hanging out with friends and/or working on your computer. There are 2 rooms basically. It gets pretty crowded though...especially on the weekend. Employees are friendly and knowledgeable about coffee. They have signature drinks and seasonal specials. They have milk alternative

Stopped in for a morning coffee , it was fairly busy on a Friday morning. I ordered a drip coffee and sat by the window . Nice open coffee shops , music was a little loud in the one side , but did notice thy had another room that was a little quieter. The only down side is no refills on drip coffee .

Good place for coffee break. Very cozy place to hang out while strolling here in Pasadena with family. Self serve. Seated on your own . Ordered Almond croissants which was yummy. Crunchy not too sweet. The Coffee Latte was very fresh .

Good location, good wifi, good coffee. Service is great, place is nice with plenty of tables. Music a bit too empowering and taking away from the nice vibe.

Recently came back and tried the chai tumeric or golden chai latte. Was tasty and iced was great for a hot day. Good spot to get a little work done with a whole second room giving lots of good seating. Been here a couple times to work and have always had a good experience. Just FYI, they close the bathroom around 30 minutes before closing. Probably because the staff cleaned it and didn't want to clean again but that was a little bit of a hassle.

I was in the area, and picked this place through the great ratings on YELP. I ordered online, and I'm glad I did - the place was packed and very busy. I got breakfast burritos and they were fantastic. Eggs were fluffy, it wasn't greasy and actually tasted healthy. I've had tons of breakfast burritos and these were top notch. Salsa was interesting, a bit sour, and not very hot. Highly recommended!!

I love Copa Vida! It's been a minute since I've been here but it feels just as familiar as before. It's a great place to hunker down to study, read a book, or hang out with friends. :) I got the matcha latte, which comes hot or cold and with no, mid, or full sweetness. The chicken Caesar salad is also yummy and filling! There's a parking structure across the street that has a very minimal charge. There is also bathrooms with a baby changing station in the women's stall.

You pay at the front, get a number, find a seat (luckily, this cafe has plenty of seating), and the servers will deliver your order to your table - IF you ordered food. For drinks, you wait for your name to be called at the counter. The breakfast burrito was super delicious and of all the things we ordered, the only thing worth getting. Coffee and matcha latte were fine, nothing noteworthy or particularly outstanding. We also got a French toast and it was tasty, but again, nothing to write home about. With so much competition in the area, this place falls short.

The breakfast burritos are sooo good! Just enough potato, lots of egg. The cappuccino was also very good. We came here after the Rose Parade, so seating was limited and it was to go only. Service was good.

Iced Vanilla Latte - $6.25

Im sorry Heather I hope you dont see this thank you for the drink ;(. I'm not the biggest coffee person but I can drink coffee for funsies. Maybe I'm not the best person to be reviewing coffee... FOOD: Iced Vanilla Latte - $6.25 (3/5) TBH this was not anything special. If anything, it tasted very watered down once the ice melted (i mean obviously tho idk?). This coffee alright at best. I feel like even tho im not the biggest coffee person, I can still tell if a coffee tastes different than others. This tasted like any other coffee to me with slight vanilla taste. VIBES: The service here was amazing. They had the chill laid back type of vibe and was very helpful. Parking was street parking or parking structure like any other restaruant in the Pasadena area. Inside had a nice vibey feel, perfect for a coffee chat or study session. Plenty of tables and lots of others also studying here.

Came here with my best friend on a beautiful Sunday morning. Got to spend time with my best friend and get my Pasadena Coffee Passport stamped. This place is located on the corner of Green St (one way street) & Raymond Ave. There is plenty of street parking, but if you aren't as lucky as I am then you may park at the School House parking garage located between Fair Oaks Ave & Raymond Ave on Greet St. This coffee shop is cute and quite spacious. We ordered: - Vanilla Latte w/ Oat Milk - Honey Latte w/ Oat Milk - Sausage Burrito Since we dinned in they gave us a number and we chose a seat to our liking. I heard my name and number being called out. I I figured since they gave us a number they were going to bring the drink and food to us. I ended up going to the counter to pick up the drinks but they were not labeled. They didn't tell me which one was which. My best friend and I tried our best to figure out our drinks since they basically tasted the same. We just ended up giving up and just drank it. The lattes were very delicious and the burrito as well. The arugula was surprisingly a nice touch and texture to it. Next time we come I'll know to have them specify the drinks. The staff here were very sweet, I will say. The one thing that did caught me off guard and gave me the ick of my experience here was at the end. I needed to use the restroom and the odor is terrible. I'm not sure if it's because it is an old building, but I could not stand the smell.

Drinks were a little pricey so expect to pay $7+! I enjoyed that there were ice and sugar adjustments available and milk substitutions at no extra charge! Got the Honey Haze ($7.45) and it was just cold brew with honey and oat milk. I ordered a small with creamy oat milk and medium honey. However, it still seemed a bit too sweet for my preference. The coffee tasted like regular coffee I would get at a convenience store and nothing special. The Iced Coffee Rose ($7.45) was cold brew with a rose cream top. I requested it with light rose oat milk and light sugar. However, it still seemed too sweet. The rose cream top didn't taste floral at all. The coffee was nothing special so I definitely won't recommend. Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my drinks and I felt like the drinks were overpriced so I won't recommend or return unfortunately.

It wasn't the closest place to grab a cup of tea or coffee, but I always felt like it was worth the walk. They have extremely creative and premium drinks with innovative flavors. Service is very strong. They offer great suggestions. I am very happy that their standard base for milk tease is non-dairy, something I usually end up paying extra for. Their new location has easier parking and is a very cute building with a courtyard. I recently met a friend there, but we were on limited work breaks, and I was so distracted that I forgot to take a photo of my pistachio latte. I really enjoyed it. This is one of the tea shops in town that I will continue to frequent.

We had to circle the area a few times to find street parking. It would be nice if they had a designated parking lot in addition to street parking because some of the businesses around there had that. There was seating inside despite the store being pretty small, so my bf and I just ate inside. The cakes were pretty good! I got the Matcha Yuzu and he got the Kinako Chestnut. I couldn't really taste the yuzu until I tried only the first layer of cream. The matcha overpowers the yuzu a lot because there was two layers of matcha cream and one layer of matcha cake. Still really good and can taste that the matcha is high quality! As for the kinako chestnut, we couldn't taste the chestnut much but there were some chestnut pieces hidden in the cake! I would love to try the peach one as well but this place is quite far. Hopefully I'm in the area when they have the peach seasonal again.

Most of the cakes cost $9+ and the sandwiches were $10+! Got the Egg Heaven Sandwich ($13) and it was pretty much an egg salad sandwich. The bread didn't taste fresh and was quite dry. I was expecting the bread to be soft and fluffy but that wasn't the texture at all. The egg salad was quite heavy on mayonnaise and had too much pepper for my preference. Overall, I wasn't impressed with the sandwich unfortunately. The Sunny Side Up (Coconut Mango Mousse Cake) - $9.50 - was delicious! Love how it was nicely packaged in a cute tin! The mango mousse was so creamy and I could tell it was made with sweet mangos! The cake was so moist and fresh. The coconut cream on top made it even more delicious! Definitely recommend! The Tiramisu ($9.50) was so good! It was so creamy and every bite was nicely layered with mascarpone mousse/coffee jelly and topped with cocoa powder. I even checked Yelp to make sure the food actually looked like that! Instead... photos are what I received. Both burritos were like this, and the sandwich was somehow disappointing too. I typically remove sauces from my food cause I only need a little, and the sandwich left me dying for something moist to get it down. After a few bites, I opened it up to see if there was any garlic aioli at all and half the bun had none, while the other half had something reminiscent of sauce. The burritos were similarly dry and only palatable thanks to the salsa. The tortillas were so over toasted it was flaking apart like crazy, not to mention separated from the filling cause it's basically a hard shell, barely hanging in there lol. The eggs were dry and overcooked, very little avocado or cheese (hence dry, how many times can I say dry in one review!), and +$3.00 of bacon. The mocha wasn't bad, pretty rich and chocolatey. But the $18 burritos... shoulda just gone to Lucky Boy or Tops. Unlikely to return.
