Rounding up to a five, but in reality, I would say this is a solid 4.5 s. Crema does matcha quite well, I wouldn't compare it to rok or any of the other k town heavy hitters but this is probably the best in proximity to the north east area. So far I've tried the strawberry and fig drinks lightly sweetened which were perfect to taste. It is a smaller cup and costs 7.75 a little steeper than most places and does not include a cream top which will run you an extra dollar. There is street parking, but it could be busy. Staff is very fast working and nice.

Quick service, small, clean place, kind employees. I got the double so the coffee was expensive but not very special. It was good, but I probably wouldn't drive over to this particular coffee shop. I got the vanilla, brown sugar, shaken espresso.

Seems like this is a newer shop! We ordered 5 drinks, but sampled 3 of them (the other two were our family members'). They offer two drink sizes (the large one is nearly double the size of the larger one). We were hoping to get double matcha, but unfortunately they did not have the matcha cream today. Fig matcha: You have the option of adding a cream top, which I opted not to get. This was unique for the fig. You definitely get pieces of fruit in here, it almost has the texture of dates. Yuzu matcha: This does not contain any type of dairy/non-dairy portion. It is simply matcha with yuzu. This was refreshing as described and has the yuzu flavor, which is a fragrant citrus kind of flavor. Overall, I felt the matcha flavor was solid, more on the vegetal and umami side (don't come at me if I didn't describe that right, I'm still learning about how to describe matcha!) Crema latte (tiramisu inspired latte): The espresso was really smooth, a balanced drink, not too sweet. I enjoyed the cream top with the cocoa flavor. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. The shop is on the smaller side, and there's more just benches for you to sit and wait for your order, rather than a place you go to hang out or to study. There is some free street parking. Overall, a solid place to get matcha and coffee with unique offerings!

It was a delicious tasting matcha! My only feedback is consistency with the proportions of cream top. Mine had a very small dollop. Otherwise, the roses and cream matcha and milk and honey latte are definitely ones we'd come back for. Very friendly barista crew! Parking lot in the back with plenty of street parking!

Fresh on the block, Crema Coffee & Matcha is a new Glendale gem tucked in the cut. Clean setup, smooth ambience, and genuinely warm hospitality. Ordered the Roses N Cream Top Matcha with oat milk -- freshly prepped, creamy, and dialed in. Quick service, cozy feel. If you've been on that matcha run around Glendale lately, this new spot earns a repeat visit!

If you ever had Fig Matcha before, don't hold back and give it a try!! Cute, intimate indoor space with nice & polite employees creating delicious matcha and coffee drinks. Quick in and out, or maybe have a bit of a chat here, but not for working on laptop. I got their Fig Matcha! It has 6g of matcha ($7.75)! I chose the cream top (+$1) and oat milk (additional $). I believe they have oat, almond and whole milk as options. It was exactly what I needed and it was well made! Definitely one of the better ones I've tasted in town! Will be returning 100%! Parking? Yes; street parking, in front there is approx 30 minutes. Not sure about other parking spaces. Restroom? Yes; didn't use it so not sure the space.

The Fig Matcha is delicioussssssss & exceptionally better than any other fig matcha I have tried in LA. This place feels so so home-like. The baristas seem to know all their customers + remember their orders. Service like this is hard to come by. Their matcha is such high quality, you can literally tell by the first sip. The portions are so valid!!! And they offer a jumbo size which I would totally get next time (it's like a starbucks venti size)

Such a cute little grab-and-go coffee spot! They seem fairly new and while the drinks are good, there's definitely room for them to shine even more. Prices are a bit steep but pretty standard for the area. I tried the fig matcha and cream top latte (both recommended by the barista/owner). Both tasty, though I personally would've loved them a bit stronger. The highlight for me was the amazing customer service. Everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming which makes you want to come back. I'd happily return to try more drinks and support this local spot as they continue to grow. Heads up: it's a grab-and-go shop with street parking, which can be tricky in Glendale.

It doesn't look as nice as I drank a good amount lol, but it was really good.

Super cute place that seems to have opened just a few weeks ago( at least I had not seen it when I go on my afternoon walks). They don't have an actual sign, just a banner, so you can kind of miss it if you're not paying much attention. Place is small and had that very minimalistic white decor that's so popular now, but I personally do like it. I thought maybe they would have a banana matcha latte since it's been super popular right now, but was told they would have it soon. Got a rose matcha latte and it was very good. The rose foam that they used had a very nice taste to it, nothing overly strong, aka giving perfume vibes. LOL The staff was very kind and did answer any questions I had, I also appreciated them asking if I preferred my matcha more on the sweet or stronger side, not many places do that. I would definitely return and try their other drinks. Hopefully they'll add pastries as well.

New place in Glendale so I had to check them out. My current obsession is going to coffee shops whenever I get a chance. When my husband told me about this place I stopped by after a doctors appointment nearby. First impression was "why is this place so unwelcoming" ... I personally like warm cozy atmosphere when in a coffee or tea shop. So I wasn't a big fan of the minimalist decor. I'm thinking it's a grab and go place unless they have plans to add more. Anyways that's that now the coffee. I absolutely loved the iced shaken espresso with the rose water cold foam. So delicious. The smell and the taste of the coffee was just right. Customer service here was very friendly, my husband said the same thing when he went few days before me. Customer service is very important and they nailed it so far. Overall a great spot to get coffee and matcha from if you are on the go. I didn't notice any food items or pastries but who knows maybe soon. I'll stop by again next time I'm nearby and try something else. ...

Great matcha. Loved the sweetness (ordered regular) and the sweet foam on top! The workers were so sweet. Went above and beyond to make this mid-day treat special for my toddlers who got kid coffees (milk w/ strawberry syrup -- not the artificial kind. It must have been made in-house) Definitely check them out and show them some love! Small parking lot in the back :)

Cute little place just some benches inside no tables. Only about a mile away so will definitely be back to try more offerings. Tried fig matcha. Was very good and would get again.

100/10 -- just go. Everything is delicious and clearly handmade. I love that they whisked their matcha by hand, and you can tell the quality is truly premium read the other reviews. The cream isn't very sweet , which makes the matcha taste great. On top of that, it's run by genuinely good people. Such a special spot. You need to go if your a matcha lover!!! We will be back

It's good, but not worth $8.50 for a small in my opinion. I had the fig matcha and it was just okay, nothing special for the price.

I have never tasted anything like it. The balance was perfect--it wasn't overly sweet, but it wasn't sour either. I'm already counting down the days until next fall! Beyond the Latte While Cafe 86 is famous for its ube treats and drinks (and though I'm usually not a fan, both the latte and the ube cookies I tried were absolutely phenomenal), their menu is extensive. This review is for the King Jasmine Guava ($7.99) only!!…read more I don't like slushies or chunky drinks so I've had sips of their coconut mango and grape slushie before and didn't enjoy it... but that would be unfair since I don't like those types of drinks in general. So anyways Heytea was completely off my radar because I figured I wasn't their target audience (which is fair) HOWEVERRR this new guava drink has me in a chokehold!! It's not thick and chunky like their other stuff. And it's actually good?? I hate that it's good because I went from a Heytea hater to a Heytea frequenter. It's floral, fragrant and it's a perfect mix of guava and milk/cream. Never would I have thought to pair guava and dairy together BUT IT WORKS SOMEHOW. Think strawberries and cream... but guava. The jasmine tea isn't prominent but it's there as a base layer and definitely smells soooo good. The guava taste is strong and I don't know what magic they put in there but it's not artificial and gross. The cream on top is nice too! I tend to drink from the lid the first and just enjoy the cream and then afterwards I'll mix it in with the drink. It's $8 which is pricey.... But I hate that I like it. I've gotten it like 5 times this month alone. They ran out of stickers but the drink is still just as good!

When we walked in, it was a quaint quiet cafe and had an inviting atmosphere. We didn't get his name, unfortunately, but at the register the very nice gentleman gave us recommendations on what sweet coffees we can try. He recommended the Spanish Latte as a sweet iced coffee and I, myself, love sweetened condensed milk and so we both ordered it. Just as promised it was nice and sweet. Had more of a milkyness to it and not much strong coffee flavor if what you desire is the flavor of the bean. As for food, we ordered the Smoked Salmon Croissant and Turkey Baguette. Both light and not too heavy and delicious. On the side, it came with a nicely portioned side mixed green salad and a very tasty tangy vinaigrette. It was not a long wait at all after we ordered and it was a nice and quiet lunch. The music was not too loud, so we were able to enjoy having a conversation. It was such a cute place and I would definitely love to go again.

The guest of Honor, Ronnald M from Orlando Fl, is as sweet as the house made desserts in the display case. My lovely gals, Te-See & Rosie, joined us too, which made the gathering more fun. The entranceway is stunning - marbled floors, a gold staircase, and a gorgeous cascading chandelier. There is a side room that is also lovely and a lounge area upstairs. Our order consisted of Pistachio Toast, Croissant with butter & jam, Honey Cake, "Rafi" Coffee, Chai Latte, Iced Tea, and a glass of Prosecco. The Pistachio Toast was made with charcoal bread topped with a lightly sweetened pistachio spread and fresh strawberries & blueberries. It was tasty. The Honey Cake was like a crepe cake. It was good and not overly sweet. The Prosecco was crisp, light, & refreshing. Before we left, we had a nice chat with the owner, Tony.
