It's a small cafe not too far from Angeles Crest. We decided to go here after hiking since it was the closest place with matcha (that wasn't Starbucks). There is not a lot of sitting, more of a grab and go type place. We tried their hojicha, matcha and iced coffee. They were all okay-ish. I got the matcha, I can't speak in details about the other two. But I was told they were all more milk than anything. The matcha was okay. I can't say it was a high quality matcha, I felt like I was drinking oat milk and ice. The service was good, they looked a bit under staffed or maybe too many people walked in. Initially they had one person making the drinks and simultaneously on the cashiers. Then a second staff joined in to help. But overall pretty friendly despite the circumstances. read more

I stopped by here after my pilates class and I am so happy I did. I ordered the salted maple iced latte per the barista's recommendation and I am happy I did. It was not too sweet and it went perfectly with my coffee crumble donut. The ambiance is chill and there is plenty of spots to sit and do work if you need. Service is so friendly too. I wanted to rank this coffee shop higher, but the Rose Vanilla Latte was just not my cup of tea. I visited this coffee shop on a Sunday early afternoon and it was decently busy. I ordered the Rose Vanilla Latte Iced and it was okay. The coffee was decent and I could taste the hints of rose and vanilla, but I wasn't the biggest fan of it. I also wish there was more coffee and less milk. However, it was still a decent iced coffee drink and not bad. The interior was nice with a couple of seating and tables. There was also wifi and outlets, but the wifi did break a bit. Also, the seating areas near the bathroom weren't the nicest so I'd recommend improving that area. The service was pretty good and the barista helping me out was nice and kind. Overall, a decent experience here. I would maybe come back again to try the different drinks. read more

Stopped in here for a Drip Black Hot Coffee on the way to JPL. ($3.75 cash) Coffee was fine, the woman who helped us fast and efficient but not that welcoming. 4% extra charge to use credit--posted prices are cash only. They don't have stoppers, so I used an old Starbucks green stopper I had in the car. (See pic of Starbucks stopper in Constellation Coffee Cup. Bunch of peeps just sitting around with laptops. Atmosphere inside is one you would want to stay a while. If you need a coffee and are in the area--sure stop in. Not sure I would drive 30 miles to come here otherwise. Stopped by for a quick bite before heading to JPL. they had a nice assortment of baked goods and I ordered a pecan scone warmed. Price was good but they gave me the wrong scone. After I told them, they gave me the right one. Scone was delicious, and worth 5 stars if they had gotten the order right. read more

I've been to this coffe shop twice, and both times it was disappointing. First time I went i got a cortado and it had this sourness to it (did not like it) and the girl at the counter wasn't very helpful either. Second time I went, because the review here is pretty good, so I wanted to give it a another shot. This time I got the rose vanilla latte (asked for it to be alittle less sweet) it straight up tasted like rose water!!! Where's the coffee? Ok,, thanks for making it less sweet, but less caffeine? We stopped by for a quick bite during the week. There was a constant flow of customers while we were there. My chocolate croissant was quite good. It looks like they have boxes of pastries delivered to this location. My matcha latte was underwhelming and lacking in flavor. Half way through the drink, it tasted more like milk. Service was prompt and friendly. I appreciate that they toast your pastries by default. There were a few tables inside. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Small La Canada coffee shop. Choose local coffee spot over Starbucks any day. Not quite the hang out or work from type coffee shop since seating is limited and it's pretty small. Stellar coffee and baked goods nonetheless. Super friendly staff. We were offered recommendations for coffee and they were a hit. Ordered an iced vanilla latte and a salted maple latter. Yum! Surprisingly plenty of parking in the plaza lot. Not too busy on a Saturday morning. I come here somewhat often. Parking isn't too hard, but don't expect to find a spot easily all the time. Service is always great, I've always been welcomed with a smile. I love the wunderkid cards they sell, I use them all the time for occasions. Coffee is good, but I'm not a big coffee drinker (lol) but if I'm in the mood for some caffeine then this is a good spot. Doesn't leave any weird after taste and was not bitter. Pleasantly enjoyed the pour over. The salted maple wasn't sweet either. The barista was efficient and attentive. I really wanted to try this spot after driving by a couple weeks prior. To be honest the coffee was underwhelming. Nearly $15 for both drinks, as a coffee connoisseur I was let down. I got both an oat milk latte and an iced rose latte and was disappointed in both. The latte wasn't fresh and tasted like watered down beans. The rose latte was SO sweet and felt as though soap or perfume was heavily poured into the coffee rather than having rose undertones. The inside has so much potential to embody the name but there was no signs of constellations. Plain walls and a few tables inside. sorry guys but this place ain't it. they boast a marzocco strada with a great grinder (that i can't remember the name of) as well as some fellow opus' for filter i'm assuming. all impressive gear, so why are we putting 5 ice cubes and 12 oz of milk in a latte. i asked the barista if you could taste the coffee in the latte before i ordered it and she said the coffee flavor pops through with the floral sweetness of the rose vanilla, and then got handed a cup of milk. we also ordered a purple rain which was just okay. tastes like ginger lemonade but very weak and mediocre. read more

I absolutely love this place. I have been to multiple coffee shops in the area, and this has to be in the top. All coffee is made fresh. The service is a plus, they work quickly and have a good vibe to them. I come here to study, it is usually pretty quiet, not typically a place to meet with people and talk. I only come here alone to get some work done, and its quiet enough to do so. The food is delicious. I love this place. I was craving a coffee and since I am not too familiar with the area I decided to go on yelp and saw I was super close to Constellation Coffee, so I gave it a shot. The parking here is very tight so be aware of that if you are visiting for the first time. Upon walking in the interior is very cute and trendy. They have bar seating at the window and tables and chairs all around. The service here is great! For my drink, I got the Rose Vanilla Latte with Oat Milk and iced since I love my coffee cold. The drink was amazing and popular for a reason, based on what I have seen on yelp. The rose and vanilla flavor makes the perfect combination. The coffee wasn't overly sweet which was great. Had to kill some time in La Canada this morning and decided to check out Constellation Coffee. The shop was semi-busy with a mix of people chatting and others hard at work. Great ambiance! I had the sugar maple latte and blueberry maple donut that I believe was actually from somewhere else. Both good! The latte was gorgeous but had a certain after taste. Together it came out to almost $12 too which I think was kind of high for the combo. Still--I would love to come back and try some more options! read more

I was around the area looking to grab some coffee. I came cross this cute hidden gem in the Pasadena area. They offer, cold brew, regular coffee and expresso in various flavors. I got the Vanilla Rose Latte with oat milk, very good!There are tables available , people come in to sit down ans study/work. Honestly, I had higher hopes for this place. I had heard from a friend that they had pretty good coffee, and I popped in just to grab it when I was in la Canada. To be completely honest, the staff was extremely friendly, but the coffee itself was lacking. I ordered one vanilla Rose latte iced and I ordered one brown maple latte iced. Brown maple latte was terrible. We didn't drink it. We ended up tossing it. It had a really weird like aftertaste do it. The roads vanilla was meh. read more

After my second visit, I would never recommend to anyone. I got a hojicha latte with no ice because I was going to drink it while driving and didn't want a diluted bev. The cup came barely half filled and I had to ask umm is this all? The guy nonchalantly said yep we give only 6 oz of milk or whatever and the rest is ice. Sure, I understand that cafes may have a certain ratio but come on... this for around $7 w tip ??? A ripoff and a joke of an establishment if they think customers would be pleased seeing a half filled cup. Visually, it looks ridiculous to me.
